Online Exam December 2017 According to Region has been released on date 25th November 2017– The Delhi Police is going to conduct the online Examination for the 7307 vacancies of Constable (Male/Female) on 05th to 08th December 2017. Candidates may download Delhi Police Constable Hall Ticket 2017 from its official website @ delhihomeguards.nic.in. Delhi Police PET/ PST Tests 2017: 

The Delhi Police has been conducted the PET/ PST Exam 2017 for 4772 Posts in October month. Candidates who have been passed this exam will able to download Delhi Police Admit Card 2017 for written Exam (CBT) on date 05th to 08th December 2017.

Physical Endurance test (qualifying) for the post of Constable (Exe.) Male for all candidates including Ex-servicemen and Departmental candidates (age-wise) will be as under:-

Medical Standard for Both Posts:

  • The minimum distant vision should be 6/12 of two eyes (Without glasses) and shall be free from colour blindness.
  • Candidates who have undergone Lasik Surgery for improvement of their vision (Eyesight) will be eligible if their vision (Eyesight) is found normal after the conduct of the following tests at the Govt Hospital:
  1. Contrast Sensitivity
  2. Dim light vision (Mesopic Vision)
  3. Glare acuity

Delhi Police Constable Syllabus:

 

Candidates who are going to appearing in the exam for recruitment of Temporary Constables (Executive) Male and Female in Delhi Police- 2017 must check the  Delhi Police Constable Syllabus for the examination is as follows:

 

  • Reasoning
  • General Knowledge/ Current Affairs
  • Numerical Ability

 

Reasoning: Analytical aptitude and ability to observe and distinguish patterns will be tested through questions principally of non-verbal type. This component may include questions on analodies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding, and decoding etc.

 

General Knowledge/ Current Affairs: Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him/her. The Test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Scientific Research etc.

 

Numerical Ability: This paper will include questions on problems relating to number Systems, Computation of the whole Number, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest Profit and Loss, Discount, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work etc.

 

  • The questions in all the above components will be of Matriculation level.
  • All questions will be of Objective Multiple Choice type.
