1.भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था नोटबंदी और जीएसटी अपनाने की अस्थाई बाधाओं से उबरने लगी है-अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष :-
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष ने कहा है कि भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था नोटबंदी तथा वस्तुय और सेवा कर प्रणाली अपनाए जाने पर उत्पन्न व्यवधानों से उबरने लगी है। समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई से भेंट में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष के उप-प्रबंध निदेशक ताओ चांग ने कहा कि भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में हाल के वर्षों में मजबूती आई है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पिछली तिमाही में सात दशमलव दो प्रतिशत बढ़ी है और भारत विश्व की तेज गति से बढ़ती अर्थव्यवस्था वाला देश हो गया है।
Indian economy is recovering from the temporary barriers to the ban on cancellation and adoption of GST-International Monetary Fund :-
The International Monetary Fund has said that India’s economy is recovering from the interruptions arising on the ban of banknotes and the adoption of the goods and services tax system. In a meeting with the news agency PTI, International Monetary Fund Deputy Managing Director Tao Chang said that the Indian economy has been strengthened in recent years. He said that the country’s economy has increased by seven percentage point two percent in the last quarter and India has become a country with rising economy at the fast pace of the world.
2.उच्चतम न्यायालय का जांच एजेंसियों को 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम मामले की जांच छह महीने में पूरी करने का निर्देश :-
उच्चतम न्यायालय ने केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो – सीबीआई और प्रर्वतन निदेशालय को 2जी स्पैक्ट्रम आवंटन मामलों की जांच छह महीने में पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया है। शीर्ष न्यायालय ने 2जी स्पैक्ट्रम और एयरसेल मैक्सिस सौदे सहित इससे जुड़े मामलों पर केन्द्र से दो सप्ताह में प्रगति रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा है।
न्यायमूर्ति अरूण मिश्रा और नवीन सिन्हा का मानना है कि इन मामलों की जांच में काफी लंबा समय लग गया है और देश के लोगों को ऐसे संवेदनशील मामलों में अंधेरे में नहीं रखा जा सकता।
Supreme Court directs investigation agencies to complete 2G spectrum case in six months :-
The Supreme Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Directorate of External Affairs to complete the investigation of 2G spectrum allocation in six months. The Supreme Court has asked the Center to submit a progress report within two weeks from the Center on matters related to it including 2G spectrum and Aircel Maxis deal.
Justice Arun Mishra and Naveen Sinha believe that investigation of these cases has taken a long time and the people of the country can not be kept in the dark in such sensitive cases.
3.नेपाल में विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त, कई यात्रियों के मारे जाने की आशंका :-
काठमांडू के त्रिभुवन अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर यूएस बंगला एयरलाइंस का एक विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया जिसमें कई यात्रियों के मारे जाने की आशंका है। ‘काठमांडू पोस्ट’ के अनुसार विमान हवाई अड्डे पर उतरते समय रनवे पर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। विमान यूएस बंगला एयरलाइंस का था।
विमान में सवार किसी भी यात्री के जिंदा बचने की उम्मीद नहीं है। विमान के दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने के बाद हवाई अड्डे से धुएं का गुबार दूर-दूर तक नजर आ रहा था।
Airliner crashes in Nepal, many passengers may be killed :-
A plane of US Bungalow Airlines crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, in which many passengers are expected to be killed. According to ‘Kathmandu Post’, the plane crashed on the runway when landing at the airport. The aircraft was of US Bungalow Airlines.
There is no hope of any survivor living in the plane alive. After the plane crashed, the fumes from the airport were being seen far and wide.
4.उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक पर आधारित खुदरा महंगाई दर फरवरी, 2018 में 4.44 फीसदी रही :-
केन्द्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय ने आज फरवरी, 2018 के लिए उपभोक्ता खाद्य मूल्य सूचकांक (सीएफपीआई) पर आधारित महंगाई दर के आंकड़े भी जारी किए। इस दौरान ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए सीएफपीआई आधारित महंगाई दर 3.62 फीसदी (अनंतिम) रही, जो फरवरी 2017 में 2.01 थी। इसी तरह शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए सीएफपीआई आधारित महंगाई दर फरवरी, 2018 में 2.45 फीसदी (अनंतिम) आंकी गई, जो फरवरी 2017 में 1.87 फीसदी थी। ये दरें जनवरी, 2018 में क्रमशः 5.05 तथा 4.06फीसदी (अंतिम) थीं।
अगर शहरी एवं ग्रामीण दोनों ही क्षेत्रों पर समग्र रूप से गौर करें तो उपभोक्ता मूल्य सूचकांक (सीपीआई) पर आधारित महंगाई दर फरवरी, 2018 में 4.44 फीसदी (अनंतिम) आंकी गई है, जो फरवरी, 2017 में 3.65 फीसदी (अंतिम) थी। वहीं, सीपीआई पर आधारित महंगाई दर जनवरी, 2018में 5.07 फीसदी (अंतिम) थी। इसी तरह यदि शहरी एवं ग्रामीण दोनों ही क्षेत्रों पर समग्र रूप से गौर करें तो उपभोक्ता खाद्य मूल्य सूचकांक (सीएफपीआई) पर आधारित महंगाई दर फरवरी, 2018 में 3.26 फीसदी (अनंतिम) रही है, जो फरवरी, 2017 में 2.01 फीसदी (अंतिम) थी। वहीं, सीएफपीआई पर आधारित महंगाई दर जनवरी, 2018 में 4.70 फीसदी (अंतिम) थी।
Retail inflation based on the Consumer Price Index was 4.44 per cent :-
The Central Statistical Office today released the inflation data based on the Consumer Food Prices Index (CFPI) for February , 2018 . During this period, CFPI-based inflation was 3.62 per cent (Provisional) for rural areas , which was 2 inFebruary 2017 . 01 was Similarly, CFPI based inflation for urban areas was peggedat 2.45 percent (Provisional) in February , 2018 , which was 1.87 percent inFebruary 2017 . 5.सीलिंग के खिलाफ दिल्ली में आज ‘महाबंद‘, 7 लाख से अधिक कारोबारी उतरेंगे सड़क पर :-
नई दिल्ली –
सीलिंग के विरोध में मंगलवार को दिल्ली के बाजार बंद रहेंगे। कंफेडरेशन ऑफ ऑल इंडिया ट्रेडर्स (कैट) द्वारा घोषित इस बंद को दिल्ली के 2500 से अधिक व्यापारिक संगठनों का साथ मिल रहा है। माना जा रहा है कि सात लाख से ज्यादा व्यापारी अपना कारोबार बंद रखकर सीलिंग के खिलाफ विरोध जताएंगे। कैट के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री प्रवीण खंडेलवाल ने बताया कि थोक व खुदरा बाजार भी बंद में शामिल हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सीलिंग के खिलाफ करोलबाग में आर्य समाज रोड पर व्यापारियों की महापंचायत भी होगी। इसमें आगे की रणनीति पर विचार-विमर्श होगा। साथ ही दिल्ली के अन्य बाजारों में धरना-प्रदर्शन भी होगा।
Delhi against sealing today Mahaband ‘, will play more than 7 million business on the road :-
In New Delhi – Delhi’s markets will remain closed on Tuesday in protest of sealing. This band, declared by Confederation of All India Traders (CAT), is getting more than 2500 business organizations from Delhi. It is believed that more than seven lakh traders will protest against sealing by keeping their businesses closed. Kat’s National General Secretary Pravin Khandelwal said that wholesale and retail markets are also joining the band. He said that against the ceiling, there will also be a Mahapanchal of traders on Arya Samaj Road in Karol Bagh. It will discuss further strategy. Also in other markets of Delhi there will also be demonstration demonstrations.
6.निर्यातकों को जल्द मिलेगा जीएसटी रिफंड, 15 मार्च से शुरू होगी प्रक्रिया :-
निर्यातकों को जीएसटी के बकाया रिफंड के भुगतान की प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू होने के आसार हैं। जीएसटी लागू होने के बाद से निर्यातकों की करीब 30,000 करोड़ रुपये की रिफंड राशि अटकी हुई है। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय में सोमवार को निर्यातकों की इस दिक्कत के संबंध में एक बैठक हुई।
बैठक में वाणिज्य मंत्रालय और वित्त मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों ने हिस्सा लिया। वाणिज्य मंत्रालय लगातार निर्यातकों की इस समस्या को वित्त मंत्रलय के समक्ष उठा रहा था। निर्यातकों के संगठनों का मानना है कि अगर सरकार रिफंड की अटकी हुई इस राशि का भुगतान जल्दी कर देती है तो निर्यात वृद्धि की रफ्तार भी बढ़ जाएगी। भुगतान अटकने की वजह से छोटे और मझोले निर्यातकों के लिए नए ऑर्डर लेना मुश्किल हो रहा है।
GST refunds to be started soon, exporters will start from March 15 :-
The exporters are expected to start the payment of the outstanding refund of GST soon. Since the GST has been implemented, the refund amount of about 30,000 crores of exporters has been stuck. In the Prime Minister’s Office on Monday, there was a meeting with exporters regarding this problem.
In the meeting, the officials of the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Finance took part. Ministry of Commerce was constantly raising the problem of exporters in front of the Finance Ministry. Organizations of exporters believe that if the government is quick to pay the amount stuck with refund, then the speed of export growth will increase. Due to the stagnant payment, small and medium exporters are finding it difficult to get new orders.
Sources reveal that in the meeting, the Finance Secretary assured that their department will start the process of clearing refunds from March 15. Under this, the states will also be asked to pay the outstanding amount of exporters as soon as possible. Sources say that if the Finance Ministry starts its process from March 15, the exporters will start getting refund of the refund from the beginning of next month.
7.श्री सुरेश प्रभाकर प्रभु ने नागर विमानन मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार संभाला :-
वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभाकर प्रभु ने नागर विमानन मंत्रालय का अतिरिक्त प्रभार ग्रहण करते हुए कहा कि विमानन क्षेत्र भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के तेजी से बढ़ते क्षेत्रों में से एक है। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि मुक्त आकाश नीति से विमानन क्षेत्र में शानदार वृद्धि हो रही है और इस वृद्धि के लाभ रोजगार सृजन में बढ़ोतरी के रूप में देखा जाएगा।
विमान संपर्क बढ़ने और सस्ता किराया के कारण छोटे शहरों के लोग कामकाज और छुट्टियों के लिए विमान यात्रा करने लगे हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप भारतीय विमान सेवाओं को एक हजार से अधिक विमान बुक करने का आदेश देना पड़ा। ऐसा मुख्य रूप से कम लागत वाली विमान सेवाओं के नेतृत्व में हुआ।

Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu, Minister of Commerce & Industry, took additional charge of Civil Aviation Ministry, saying that the aviation sector is one of the fastest growing areas of the Indian economy. चीन की ‘रबर स्टांप‘ संसद ने जैसे ही राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग को आजीवन सत्ता में बने रहने का अधिकार दिया, दुनियाभर में उनका विरोध शुरू हो गया है। सबसे पहले अमेरिकी विश्वविद्यालयों में उनके खिलाफ पोस्टर लगाए गए। इन पर चीनी व अंग्रेजी में, ‘नॉट माई प्रेसीडेंट‘ और ‘आई डिसएग्री‘ (मैं असमत हूं) लिखा है। अमेरिका, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और ब्रिटेन समेत कई देशों में जिनपिंग के खिलाफ पोस्टर लगाए जा रहे हैं। बाद में फ्रांस, नीदरलैंड्स, कनाडा और हांगकांग यूनिवर्सिटी के छात्र भी इस अभियान में शामिल हो गए। अभियान चलाने वालों का कहना है, सरकार ने बड़ी आसानी से इस बात को प्रचारित कर दिया है कि जनता ही जिनपिंग को राष्ट्रपति बनाना चाहती है। वे भूल गए कि सोशल मीडिया के युग में वे इस बात को छिपा नहीं पाएंगे। ट्विटर पर भी जिनपिंग के खिलाफ आंदोलन चलाया जा रहा है।
