CLAT is scheduled to be held tentatively on May 13th, 2018 in online mode. Over 50,000 candidates appear in the exam for 2,984 seats, making the selection ratio even below 0.06. General Knowledge and Current Affairs: This section is considered to be the toughest of all. English: This section contains 40 questions that test your proficiency in the English language. But there are some effective methods which you can follow for developing such skills in a short span of time.Well, you must start reading a good newspaper and magazine on a daily basis. This will be of great help. Then undergo English mock tests online. You may also refer to the Grammar book written by Wren & Martin.

Logical Reasoning: This section covers 40 questions for testing your ability to identify logical links, patterns and rectify illogical arguments. This includes questions from deductions, logical sequence, syllogism, odd one out, analogies, statement, assumptions and more. You should practice regularly for scoring in this section.

Mathematics: This section contains 20 questions related to elementary Mathematics. The concepts covered include profit and loss, percentage, simple interest, compound Interest, time and work, average and mixture and probability.While many students tend to ignore this section, one must prepare well for it.
