एस्टोनियाई सरकार ने लक्जमबर्ग के साथ एक समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने के बाद अगले साल
लॉन्च होने वाला दुनिया का पहला डाटा एंबेसी स्थापित किया है।
एस्टोनिया, देश की डिजिटल निरंतरता की गारंटी के लिए, डची में सर्वर पर अपनी महत्वपूर्ण
सूचनाओं की बैकअप फाइल रखने की योजना बना रहा है।
Estonia to open the world’s first data Embassy in Luxembourg :-
The world’s first ever data embassy is set for launch next year after the
Estonian government signed a deal with Luxembourg.
Estonia is planning to keep backup files of its vital information on servers in
the duchy in order to guarantee country’s digital continuity.
2. आईसीसी द्वारा आयरलैंड और अफगानिस्तान को टेस्ट दर्जा :-
आयरलैंड और अफगानिस्तान को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट परिषद द्वारा टेस्ट क्रिकेट का दर्जा प्रदान किया
गया है।
इससे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट के शीर्ष स्तर पर टेस्ट क्रिकेट खेलने वाले देशों की संख्या बढ़कर 12 हो गई
है।
बांग्लादेश को 2000 में टेस्ट दर्जा देने के बाद से पहली बार किसी देश को यह दर्जा मिला हैं।
ओवल में आईसीसी की पूर्ण परिषद की बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से यह बदलाव किए गए। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय
क्रिकेट परिषद का मुख्यालय दुबई में है।
Ireland & Afghanistan awarded Test status by ICC :-
Ireland and Afghanistan have been granted Test status by the International
Cricket Council.
It increases the number of countries competing at the top level of
international cricket to 12.
They are the first admissions since Bangladesh gained Test status in 2000.
The changes were passed unanimously at the ICC full council meeting at The
Oval. International Cricket Council is headquartered in Dubai.
3.राजधानी, शताब्दी ट्रेनों में सुधार के लिये ‘ऑपरेशन स्वर्ण’ लॉंच :-
यात्रा करने वाले लोगों द्वारा कई वर्षों की शिकायतों के बाद, प्रीमियम ट्रेनों को अब बदलाव के लिए
तैयार किया गया है।
रेलवे मंत्रालय राजधानी और शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस ट्रेनों में सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए “ऑपरेशन
स्वर्ण” लॉन्च कर रहा है।
पहले चरण में, मुंबई-दिल्ली राजधानी एक्सप्रेस और मुंबई-अहमदाबाद शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस को उन्नयन
के लिए चुना गया है।
काम 26 सितंबर से शुरू होगा। चरणबद्ध तरीके से और अधिक ट्रेनों की पहचान की जाएगी।
Rajdhani, Shatabdi trains set for revamp under ‘Operation Swarn’ :-
After years of complaints by the travelling public, the premium trains are
now set for a makeover.
The Railway Ministry is to launch “Operation Swarn” to improve services in
Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express trains.
In the first phase, the Mumbai-Delhi Rajdhani Express and Mumbai-
Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express have been selected for upgradation.
Work will start from September 26. More trains will be identified in a phased
manner.

एयरलाइन इन द वर्ल्ड का नाम दिया गया है।
2017 पेरिस एयर शो में खाड़ी आधारित वाहक को विश्व एयरलाइन पुरस्कारों में सम्मानित किया
गया।
2011, 2012 और 2015 में शीर्ष स्थान हासिल करने के बाद यह पिछले 10 वर्षों में कतर एयरवेज
को चौथी बार सम्मानित किया गया है।
Qatar Airways voted best airline in the world :-
Qatar Airways has been named Best Airline in the World for 2017 by leading
consumer aviation website Skytrax.
The Gulf-based carrier was presented with the honour at World Airline
Awards at the 2017 Paris Air Show.
This is Qatar Airways’ fourth win in the last 10 years after securing the top
spot in 2011, 2012, and 2015.
5.खराब ऋणों से निपटने के लिए आरबीआई ओवरसीईंग कमेटी में 5 सदस्यों के नाम जारी :-
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने ओवरसीईंग कमेटी (ओसी) के पांच सदस्यों के नामों की घोषणा की, जो उन
तनावग्रस्त खातों का समाधान करेंगे जहां एक कंपनी का एक्सपोजर 500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है।
पांच सदस्यों में मौजूदा सदस्य पूर्व चीफ सतर्कता आयुक्त प्रदीप कुमार, जो अध्यक्ष होंगे और
भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के पूर्व अध्यक्ष जानकी बल्लभ होंगे।
समिति में तीन अन्य सदस्य होंगे- कैनरा बैंक के पूर्व अध्यक्ष एमबीएन राव, एलएंडटी फाइनेंस
होल्डिंग्स के गैर-कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष वाई एम देवस्थली और सेबी के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य एस रमन।
RBI releases names of the 5 members in Overseeing Committee to
tackle bad loans :-
The Reserve Bank of India announced the names of five members of the
Overseeing Committee (OC) which looks into the resolution of stressed
accounts where a company’s exposure exceeds Rs 500 crore.
The five members include existing members former Chief Vigilance
Commissioner Pradeep Kumar who will be the Chairman and former State
Bank of India Chairman Janki Ballabh.
The committee will comprise three other members – former chairman of
Canara Bank MBN Rao, non-executive chairman of L&T Finance Holdings YM
Deosthalee and former SEBI whole-time member S Raman.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासचिव एंटोनियो गुटरस ने आतंकवाद विरोधी प्रयासों को मजबूत करने के लिए
नई उच्च स्तरीय स्थिति बनाई है, जो कई संयुक्त राष्ट्र एजेंसियों और विभागों में फैली हुई हैं।

Russian diplomat Vladimir Voronkov to be first UN counter-terrorism
chief:-
The United Nations has announced the appointment of its first counter-
terrorism chief, Russian diplomat Vladimir Voronkov.
The new high-level position has been created by United Nations secretary-
general Antonio Guterres to strengthen counter-terrorism efforts that had
been dispersed among several United Nations agencies and departments.
Voronkov will hold the title of under-secretary- general.
