1.वस्तु और सेवा कर की शिकायतों के लिए निर्धारित फॉर्म को आसान बनाने की योजना :-
वित्ता मंत्रालय वस्तु और सेवा कर – जीएसटी-प्रणाली शुरू होने के बाद व्या पारियों के खिलाफ खरीदारों की शिकायतों के लिए निर्धारित फॉर्म को आसान बनाने की योजना बना रहा है। सरकारी सूत्रों ने बताया है कि मंत्रालय की स्थालयी समिति को फॉर्म में जटिलताओं के बारे में कई शिकायतें मिलने के बाद यह कदम उठाया गया है। अब कोई भी व्यिक्ति बिना किसी विशेषज्ञ की मदद से शिकायत फॉर्म को आसानी से भर सकेगा।
स्थाहयी समिति को व्या्पारियों के खिलाफ एक सौ 70 शिकायतें मिली थीं जिनमें कर की दर घटाए जाने के बाद उसका फायदा ग्राहकों को न मिलने की शिकायत की गई है।
Plans to simplify the prescribed form for the goods and services tax complaints :-
Ministry of Finance is planning to simplify the prescribed form for the complaints of buyers against the goods and services tax – after the launch of GST-system. Official sources have said that this step has been taken after getting the various complaints about the complexities in the form to the Standing Committee of the Ministry. Now anyone can easily fill the complaint form with the help of a specialist.
The Standing Committee had received about one hundred 70 complaints against traders, after complaining of lack of tax rate and not benefiting customers.
2.उद्योगों की बजट में लाभांश वितरण कर को 10 प्रतिशत करने की मांग :-
भारतीय उद्योग परिसंघ- सीआईआई ने सरकार से आगामी बजट में लाभांश वितरण कर-डीडीटी की दर को तर्कसंगत बनाते हुये 10 प्रतिशत करने की मांग की है। उद्योग मंडल का कहना है कि इससे विभिन्न अंशधारकों को देश के वित्तीय बाजारों में भागीदारी का मौका मिलेगा।
सीआईआई ने सरकार को इस बारे में सौंपे प्रस्तुतीकरण में कहा है कि इसके विकल्प के रूप में, वितरित लाभांश पर कर से संबंधित कराधान के कई स्तरों की समस्या से निपटने के लिए लाभांश देने वाली कंपनी को अपने वितरित लाभांश सहित पूरे लाभ पर कंपनी कर की दर से कर देना चाहिए।
वर्तमान में एफपीआई को ब्याज भुगतान पर स्रोत पर विदहोल्डिंग कर कटौती पांच प्रतिशत है। यह घरेलू कंपनियों के रुपये में अंकित कार्पोरेट बॉंड में किये गये निवेश पर मिलने वाले ब्याज से संबंधित है। यह दर 20 प्रतिशत से घटाकर पांच प्रतिशत पर आ गई है। यह व्यवस्था जून 2020 तक ही रखी गई है।
Demand for distributing dividend distribution tax to 10% in industry budget :-
Confederation of Indian Industry- CII has demanded the government to make a dividend distribution tax – DDT rate rationalized to 10 percent in the forthcoming budget from the government. Industry Board says that this will give opportunity to different stakeholders to participate in the financial markets of the country.
CII has said in the presentation submitted to the Government that in order to deal with the problem of taxation on the various levels of taxation related to taxes on the distributed dividend, the company giving dividend to the company on full profit, including its distributed dividend, Do it at the rate.
At present, the tax deducted by the FPI on the source of interest is 5%. It is related to the interest paid on investments made in corporate corporate bonds of rupees in domestic companies. This rate has been reduced from 20 percent to five percent. This arrangement has been kept till June 2020.
3.ऑस्ट्रेलियाई ओपन टेनिस में वीनस विलियम्स और स्लोअन स्टीफंस पहले ही दौर में हारी :-
मेलबर्न में इस साल के पहले ग्रैंड स्लैम टूर्नामेंट ऑस्ट्रेcलियाई ओपन टेनिस में विश्व की पांचवें नंबर की खिलाड़ी वीनस विलियम्स और उनकी जोड़ीदार स्लोअन स्टीफंस को पहले दौर में ही हार का सामना करना पड़ा।
दो बार फाइनल खेलने वाली वीनस स्विटजरलैंड की बेलिंडा बेनकिक से 3-6, 5-7 से और स्टीफंस चीन की शुआइ झांग से 6-2, 6-7, 2-6 से हार गई।
Venus Williams and Sloane Stephens lose in the first round in Australian Open :-
In the first Grand Slam tournament this year in Melbourne, world’s fifth player Venus Williams and his partner Sloan Stephens had to face defeat in the first round.
Venus, who played twice, lost to Belarus 3-6, 5-7 from Switzerland and Stephen’s 6-2, 6-7, 2-6 by China’s Shuai Zhang.
4.प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी राजस्थान के बाड़मेर में रिफाइनरी के कार्य शुभारंभ में भाग लेंगे :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी 16 जनवरी,2018 को राजस्थान के बाड़मेर में पचपदरा में राजस्थान रिफाइनरी के कार्य शुभांरभ के अवसर पर आयोजित समारोह में भाग लेंगे।
राजस्थान के पास प्रचुर मात्रा में तेल और गैस का भंडार है। राजस्थान रिफाइनरी राज्य की पहली रिफाइनरी होगी। इसका निर्माण 9 एमएमटीपीए के रिफाइनरी और पेट्रोकेमिकल परिसर के रूप में किया गया है। इस रिफाइनरी के उत्पाद भारत स्टेज-6 उत्सर्जन मानको के अनुरूप होंगे। परियोजना की अनुमानित लागत 43 हजार करोड़ रूपए है और यह हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड(एचपीसीएल) और राजस्थान सरकार का संयुक्त उपक्रम है।
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the work of refinery in Barmer, Rajasthan :-
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will participate in the function organized on January 16, 2018, at the Barmer in Rajasthan, on the occasion of the work of Rajasthan Refinery in Pachapada.
Rajasthan has plenty of oil and gas reserves. Rajasthan refinery will be the first refinery in the state. It has been constructed as a 9 MMTPA refinery and petrochemical complex. The products of this refinery will be consistent with India Stage-6 emission norms. The estimated cost of the project is 43 thousand crores and it is a joint venture of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Rajasthan Government.

राष्ट्रीय संस्कृति महोत्सव-2018‘ के सातवें संस्करण का कर्नाटक के बंगलूरु में 14 जनवरी, 2018 को उद्घाटन किया गया। केंद्रीय रसायन एवं उर्वरक तथा संसदीय मामले मंत्री श्री अनंत कुमार एवं केंद्रीय संस्कृति राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री डॉ. महेश शर्मा ने इस महोत्सव का उद्घाटन ज्ञान ज्योति सभागार, पैलेस रोड, गांधी नगर बंगलूरु में किया।

7.म्यांमार में रोहिंग्याओं की होगी वापसी, अगले हफ्ते तैयार हो जाएगा पहला कैंप :-
बांग्लादेश से लौटने वाले रोहिंग्या मुस्लिम और हिंदू शरणार्थियों के लिए म्यांमार में अगले सप्ताह तक आवास तैयार हो जाएंगे। ये अस्थायी आवास 30 हजार लोगों के लिए तैयार होंगे। ये अस्थायी आवास म्यांमार और बांग्लादेश के अधिकारियों के बीच हुए समझौते की निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर तैयार हो रहे हैं।
अगस्त 2017 में म्यांमार के रखाइन प्रांत में हुई हिंसा में करीब साढ़े छह लाख रोहिंग्या मुस्लिम भागकर बांग्लादेश चले गए थे। यह हिंसा रोहिंग्या आतंकियों के म्यांमार के सुरक्षा बलों पर किए गए हमले की प्रतिक्रिया में हुई थी।
Rohingyas will return to Myanmar, the first camp will be ready next week :-
Reuters Rohingya Muslims and Hindu refugees returning from Bangladesh will be ready in Myanmar by next week. These temporary accommodation will be ready for 30 thousand people. These temporary accommodation are being prepared within the stipulated time of the agreement between the officials of Myanmar and Bangladesh.
In August 2017, about six and a half million Rohingya migrants fled to Bangladesh due to violence in Myanmar’s Rahein province. This violence took place in reaction to the Rohingya militants attacked on the security forces of Myanmar.
