1.पाकिस्तान ने कराची की मलेर जेल से एक सौ 47 भारतीय मछुआरों को रिहा कर दिया :-
पाकिस्ताछन ने रविवार को कराची की मलेर जेल से एक सौ 47 भारतीय मछुआरों को रिहा कर दिया। जेलप्रशासन के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, इन लोगों को आठ महीने पहले गिरफ्तार किया गया था और उन्हेंश लाहौर भेजा जाएगा। अधिकारियों ने यह भी बताया कि ये लोग बाघा सीमा चौकी से होकर स्विदेश लोटेंगे। पाकिस्ताजनी अधिकारियों के अनुसार, मलेर जेल में अब भी दौ सौ 62 भारतीय मछुआरे बंद है।

2.विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने कहा-भारत, दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया क्षेत्र-आसियान में आर्थिक और रक्षा सहयोग बढ़ाने का इच्छुषक :-
विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्विराज ने कहा है कि भारत दक्षिण पूर्व एशिया क्षेत्र में साझा सुरक्षा और खुशहाली के सिद्धांतों पर आधारित क्षेत्रीय संगठन का विकास करना चाहता है। शनिवार को जकार्ता में आसियान देशों के सम्मेालन का उद्घाटन करते हुए उन्होंाने कहा कि भारत आसियान देशों के साथ घनिष्ठआ संपर्क बनाना चाहता है। उन्हों ने कहा कि भारत समुद्री सुरक्षा, व्यािपार और निवेश, शिक्षा और सांस्कृ ति विरासत जैसे क्षेत्रों में आसियान देशों के साथ सहयोग का इच्छुीक है।
उन्होंने कहा, “इंडोनेशिया और इंडिया के बीच में ट्रेड और इन्वेास्ट मेंट बढ़ना चाहिए। जो इंडोनेशिया में व्याोपार करने आए थे उस समय शायद ऐसा वक्ती आपकी जिन्दवगी में आया था जब आपको ये लगा कि भारत के बाहर पैसा कमान का अवसर ज्या दा है इसलिए यहां से निकलो और आपने भारत छोड़ा और आप भारत से निकले। आज भारत में अपार संभावनाएं धन कमाने की हैं। अगर वो समय निकलने का था तो ये समय भारत लौटने का समय है।”
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said: India, South-East Asia Region-ASEAN seeks to increase economic and defense cooperation :-
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has said that India wants to develop a regional organization based on the principles of shared security and prosperity in the South East Asia region. Inaugurating a conference of ASEAN countries in Jakarta on Saturday, he said that India wants to have close contacts with ASEAN countries. He said that India is keen on cooperation with ASEAN countries in areas such as maritime security , trade and investment , education and cultural heritage.
They said , ” Trade and investment should be increased between Indonesia and India. It was a time when you came to life in Indonesia when you came to live in Indonesia, when you felt that there is an opportunity to earn money outside India, so leave from here and you left India and you came out of India. Today, immense possibilities in India are to make money. If that was the time to leave then this time it is time to return to India. “
3.दिवालिया प्रक्रिया में फंस चुकी कंपनियों को आयकर में राहत :-
दिवालिया प्रक्रिया से गुजर रहीं कंपनियों को आयकर विभाग ने न्यूनतम वैकल्पिक कर यानी मैट के मामले में राहत दी है। आयकर कानून के सेक्शन 115जेबी के अनुसार पिछले वर्षो के घाटे या बकाए डेप्रिसिएशन (इसमें से जो भी कम हो) को समायोजित करने के बाद कंपनियों को होने वाले मुनाफे पर मैट देना होता है।1विभाग ने कहा है कि आंकलन वर्ष 2018-19 (वित्त वर्ष 2017-18) से दिवालिया प्रक्रिया से गुजर रहीं कंपनियों के लिए इस नियम में रियायत दी गई है। इंसॉल्वेंसी एंड बैंक्रप्सी कोड (आइबीसी) के तहत अगर किसी कंपनी के खिलाफ दिवालिया कार्रवाई का आवेदन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा स्वीकार कर लिया गया है तो उसे अपने पिछले वर्षो के घाटे और बकाया डेप्रिसिएशन दोनों को अपने लाभ में से घटाने की अनुमति होगी।
Income tax relief to companies stuck in bankruptcy process :-
The Income Tax Department has given relief to the companies who have gone through bankruptcies in case of minimum alternate tax ie Matt. According to Section 115 JB of Income Tax Law, after adjusting the previous year’s deficit or deferred depreciation (whichever is less), companies have to give matte on the profits. The Department has said that the assessment year 2018-19 (Finance For the companies passing through bankruptcies from the year 2017-18) the concession has been given in this rule. Under the Insolvency and Bankrice Code (IBC), if the application for bankruptcy proceedings against any company has been accepted by the competent authority, then it will be allowed to deduct both of its previous year’s losses and outstanding depreciation from its profits.
4.नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में विश्व पुस्तक मेला शुरू :-
नई दिल्लीई के प्रगति मैदान में विश्वे पुस्तक मेला शनिवार से शुरू हो गया। इसमें बेल्जियम, केनैडा, चीन, डेनमार्क, मिस्र, फ्रांस, जर्मनी और ब्रिटेन सहित चालीस से अधिक देश भाग ले रहे हैं। पुस्त क मेला 14 जनवरी तक चलेगा। सूचना और प्रसारण सचिव एन के सिन्हाग ने प्रकाशन विभाग के स्टॉ ल का उद्घाटन करते हुए कहा कि आज आवश्येकता इस बात की है कि युवा पीढ़ी में पुस्ताक पढने की संस्कृुति को बढावा दिया जाये।
World Book Fair starts in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi :-
The World Book Fair began on Saturday in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. More than forty countries are participating in this, including Belgium , Kenya , China , Denmark , Egypt , France , Germany and Britain. The book fair will last till 14th January. While inaugurating the publication department’s stall, Information and Broadcasting Secretary NK Sinha said that today’s requirement is that the culture of reading in the younger generation should be encouraged.
5.सरकार ने कहा- मौजूदा वित्त वर्ष में सकल घरेलू उत्पाiद की वृद्धि दर साढ़े छह प्रतिशत रहेगी :-
वर्ष 2017-18 में सकल घरेलू उत्पामद की वृद्धि दर साढे छह प्रतिशत आंकी गई है। वर्ष 2016-17 में यह सात दशमलव एक प्रतिशत रही थी। नई दिल्लीी में कल वर्ष 2017-18 के लिए राष्ट्रीकय आमदनी के अग्रिFम अनुमानों पर संवाददाता सम्मे लन को संबोधित करते हुए प्रमुख सांख्यिकीकार टी सी ए अनंत ने कहा कि कृषि, वन उद्योग और मत्य्लन उद्योग में वृद्धि की दर पिछले वर्ष के चार दशमलव नौ प्रतिशत से कम होकर मौजूदा वित्तस वर्ष में दो दशमलव एक प्रतिशत दर्ज होने की संभावना है। उन्होंेने कहा कि बिजली, गैस, पानी आपूर्ति और अन्या आवश्यदक सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में वृद्धि की दर पिछले वर्ष के सात दशमलव दो प्रतिशत से बढकर वर्ष 2017-18 में साढे सात प्रतिशत हो जाने की आशा व्यृक्ति की।

11.20 जनवरी से महंगी हो जाएंगी ये बैंकिंग सेवाएं, बैंक ब्रांच जाना पड़ेगा महंगा :-
20 जनवरी से किसी बैंक शाखा में जाना आपको भारी पड़ सकता है। सभी सरकारी और निजी क्षेत्र के बैंक शाखाओं में दी जाने वाली उन तमाम सेवाओं के लिए शुल्क वसूलने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं जो अब तक मुफ्त हैं।
कुछ सुविधाओं के लिए शुल्क की समीक्षा होगी। इन सुविधाओं में पैसा निकालने, जमा करने, मोबाइल नंबर बदलवाने, केवाईसी, पता बदलवाने, नेट बैंकिंग और चेक बुक के लिए आवेदन करने जैसी सुविधाएं शामिल हैं। जिस शाखा में आपका खाता है, उससे इतर किसी दूसरी शाखा में जाकर बैंकिंग सेवा लेने पर भी अलग से शुल्क लिया जाएगा। शुल्क पर फीसद का जीएसटी भी लगेगा। यह शुल्क आपके खाते से काट लिया जाएगा।
बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने इस तरह के कदम की पुष्टि की है। अधिकारी का कहना है कि नए शुल्कों को लेकर आंतरिक आदेश मिल चुके हैं। नाम नहीं बताने की शर्त पर एक अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘हम रिजर्व बैंक के दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करते हैं। नियमों के अनुसार संबंधित बैंक का बोर्ड सभी मानकों को जांचकर सेवाओं पर लगाए जाने वाले शुल्क का फैसला लेता है। बोर्ड से मुहर लगने के बाद ही इसे अंतिम रूप दिया जाता है।’

It may be too heavy to go to a bank branch since January 20. All government and private sector banks are preparing to charge for all the services offered in the branches which are so far free.
The fee will be reviewed for some features. These facilities include facilities like withdrawal, depositing, changing mobile number, KYC, address change, net banking and application for check book. The branch at which you have your account will be charged separately, even if you have to go to any other branch and take banking services. Fees will also have a GST of the fee. This charge will be deducted from your account.
A senior official of Bank of India has confirmed such a move. The official says that internal orders have been received for new charges. On condition of anonymity, an official said, “We follow the RBI guidelines. According to the rules, the board of the concerned bank decides to charge all the standards and check the charges for services. It is finalized only after the sealing of the board. ” This move will affect the account holders across the country.
