1.भारत और बेलारूस ने व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और कौशल विकास में सहयोग से संबंधित मुद्दों पर बात की :-

बेलारूस के शिक्षा मंत्री श्री करपिएंका झार ने आज पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस और कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता मंत्री श्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान से मुलाकात की। दोनों नेताओं में भारत और बेलारूस के बीच व्यावसायिक शिक्षा और कौशल विकास में सहयोग संबंधी विभिन्न मुद्दों पर बातचीत हुई।

बेलारूस के मंत्री ने विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में विशेष संदर्भ के साथ व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण के क्षेत्र में अपनी विशेषज्ञता जाहिर की। उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के बारे में भी बताया जिनका विकास इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वाहनों के रखरखाव और मरम्मत में प्रशिक्षण दिए जाने के लिए किया गया है।

India and Belarus discuss issues pertaining to collaboration in Vocational education and Skill Development  :-

Minister of Education, Belarus, Mr. Karpienka Ihar met the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, shri Dharmendra Pradhan here today. Various issues pertaining to collaboration between the two countries in the field of vocational education and skill development were discussed.

The Minister of Belarus highlighted the expertise of his country in the field of vocational training, with special reference to the manufacturing sector.

2.पद्म पुरस्कारों के लिए नामांकन की अंतिम तिथि 15 सितंबर, 2017 :-

वर्ष 2018 के पद्म पुरस्कारों के लिए नामांकन की प्रक्रिया जारी है। पद्म पुरस्कार, 2018 के लिए नामांकन स्वीकार करने की अंतिम तिथि 15 सितंबर, 2017 है।

पद्म पुरस्कारों के लिए नामांकन/ सिफारिश गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा तैयार पद्म पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन ही स्वीकार किए जा रहे हैं। यह पोर्टल www.padmaawards.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है। ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग नामांकन प्रक्रिया में शामिल हो रहे हैं जो 15 सितंबर, 2017 की आधी रात को बंद होगी।

15 सितंबर, 2017 के बाद प्राप्त नामांकन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Last date for nominations of Padma Awards is September 15, 2017 :-

The process of nominations for the Padma Awards, 2018 is on. The last date for receipt of the nominations for the Padma Awards, 2018 is September 15, 2017.

The nominations/recommendations for the Padma Awards are being received online only on the Padma portal designed by MHA, which is available on the address www.padmaawards.gov.in. With the online portal, public at large have been enabled to participate in the nomination process which closes at midnight on September 15, 2017 (Friday).

Nominations received after September 15, 2017 will also not be considered.

3.भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण इंफाल हवाई अड्डे पर एकीकृत कार्गो टर्मिनल का निर्माण करेगा :-

भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के निर्यात योजना के लिए व्यापार इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर (टीआईईएस) के तहत आर्थिक मदद हासिल करने के बाद इंफाल हवाई अड्डे पर एकीकृत कार्गो टर्मिनल का निर्माण कराएगा।

मणिपुर सरकार ने वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के एसाइड (एएसआईडीई) योजना के तहत इंफाल के तुलिहल हवाई अडडे पर आयात-निर्यात कार्गो टर्मिनल (ईआईसीटी) की स्थापना करने की योजना बनाई है।

Airports Authority of India undertakes construction of Integrated Cargo Terminal at Imphal airport :-

Airports Authority of India will undertake construction of Integrated Cargo Terminal at Imphal Airport after obtaining grant-in-aid under Trade Infrastructure for Export Scheme (TIES) of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.

The Government of Manipur had planned to establish an Export Import Cargo Terminal (EICT) at Tulihal, Imphal Airport under ASIDE Scheme of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

4.रक्षा मंत्री तीनों सेना प्रमुखों और रक्षा सचिव के साथ रोजाना बैठक करेंगी :-

रक्षा मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमण ने रक्षा मंत्रालय की गतिविधियों और काम-काज के तरीकों से परिचित होने के लिए वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ कई बैठके कीं और निर्णायक मुद्दों पर सीधे निर्देश भी दिए।

रक्षा मंत्री ने अधिग्रहण प्रस्तावों की गति तेज करने की जरूरत पर विशेष बल दिया। काम-काज निश्चित समय सीमा में जल्द निपटाने के लिए पाक्षिक रूप से डीएसी बैठक करने का फैसला लिया गया।

Raksha Mantri to hold daily meetings with the three Service chiefs and the Defence Secretary :-

Raksha Mantri Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman held a number of meetings with senior officials to familiarize with the activities and functioning of the Ministry of Defence and gave clear directions on critical issues. Special emphasis was laid by the Minister on the need to step up the pace of acquisition proposals. Towards ensuring time bound and speedy disposal, it has been decided to hold DAC meetings on a fortnightly basis.

5.दूसरा राज्य स्टार्ट–अप सम्मेलन नई दिल्ली में :-

केंद्र सकरार का औद्योगिक नीति और प्रोत्साaहन विभाग (12.09.17) नई दिल्लीe में दूसरे राज्यठ स्टार्ट-अप सम्मेरलन का आयोजन करेगा। केन्द्री य वाणिज्यव उद्योग राज्य. मंत्री सी.आर. चौधरी सम्मेकलन का उद्घाटन करेंगे। इसमें राज्यर और केन्द्र  शासित प्रदेशों के वरिष्ठय अधिकारी, उद्योग जगत के प्रतिनिधि, फंडिंग एजेंसियां, निवेशक और स्टाार्टअप्स  भाग लेंगे।

सम्मेटलन में करीब चार बिन्दुंओं पर मुख्य  रूप से चर्चा होगी :

i.स्टामर्टप्सर के लिए राज्यर सरकारों द्वारा प्रशासनिक सुधार।

ii.स्टामर्टप्सर के लिए मौजूदा सुविधाएं और इनके विकास में राज्यु सरकारों की भूमिका।

iii.स्टामर्टप्सर के लिए कोष स्थाधपित करने में राज्यु सरकार की भूमिका।

iv.स्टामर्टप्सर के लिए नियमों का सरलीकरण।

सम्मेमलन में स्टा र्टप्सक के लिए राज्य  सरकारों और केन्द्र  शासित प्रदेशों द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों पर भी चर्चा होगी। साथ ही स्टामर्टप्स  के लिए सकरात्म‍क माहौल बनाने के लिए कार्य योजना पर भी बातचीत होगी। उम्मीरद जताई जा रही है कि यह सम्मेरलन स्टा र्टप्स‍ के लिए बेहतर माहौल तैयार करने में महत्व पूर्ण भूमिका अदा करेगा।

Second State Start Up Conference in New Delhi Tomorrow :-

The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Government of India is organizing the Second State Startup Conference on 12 September, 2017 in New Delhi. The conference shall be inaugurated by the Minister of State, Shri C.R. Choudhary and shall be attended by senior functionaries from State/Union Territory Governments, Incubators/Accelerators, Funding agencies, VCs, Angel investors and Startups.

The discussions shall be conducted around four key themes related to key components of the startup ecosystem, namely:-

i.Governance reforms to be undertaken by States for Startups.

ii.Incubation facilities in India and role of State Governments in developing these facilities.

iii.Role of State Governments in setting up funds for Startups.

iv.Making regulations easier for Startups.

Further, in order to provide momentum towards building up a positive Startup ecosystem in the States, a framework for ranking various States/ Union Territories on the basis of initiatives taken to promote Startups will also be discussed.

The conference is expected to provide a significant impetus to the creation of an enabling Startup Ecosystem in the country.

6.स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण राज्य मंत्री श्री अश्विनी चौबे ने ई–हेल्थ केयर के क्षेत्र में कम लागत वाली तकनीक के प्रयोग पर सातवें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उदघाटन किया :-

स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण राज्य मंत्री श्री अश्विनी कुमार चौबे ने आज अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान नई दिल्ली में ई-हेल्थ केयर के क्षेत्र में कम लागत वाली तकनीक के प्रयोग पर सातवें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उदघाटन किया ।

श्री चौबे ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में ई-एप्लीकेशन के प्रयोग से खर्चों में कमी आएगी और चिकित्सकों तथा मरीजों का समय बचेगा।

Shri Ashwini Choubey inaugurates the 7th International Conference on Cost Effective Use of Technology in eHealth Care :-

Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, today inaugurated the 7th International Conference and Workshop on Cost Effective Use of Technology in eHealth Care at AIIMS, New Delhi.

The Minister further stated that that e-application in healthcare will reduce cost and save time for doctors and patients.
