1.राष्ट्रपति बिहार के दौरे पर :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री राम नाथ कोविंद कल (9 नवंबर 2017) बिहार का दौरा करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति के रूप में यह उनकी पहली बिहार यात्रा है।
राष्ट्रपति अपनी यात्रा की शुरूआत भारत के पहले राष्ट्रपति डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद को श्रद्धांजलि देकर करेंगे। वे पटना में डॉ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद गोलंबर स्थित उनकी प्रतिमा पर जाएंगे।
उसी दिन वे पटना में सम्राट अशोक कन्वेंशन सेंटर पर बिहार कृषि रोडमेप 2017-2022 की शुरूआत करेंगे। दिल्ली लौटने से पहले वे पटना के जयप्रकाश गोलंबर स्थित श्री जयप्रकाश नारायण की प्रतिमा पर श्रद्धासुमन अर्जित करेंगे।
President visits Bihar tomorrow :-
President Shri Ram Nath Kovind will visit Bihar (November 9, 2017) tomorrow This is his first Bihar visit as President.
The President will commence his visit by paying homage to the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad. They will go to Patiala on their statue in Dr. Rajendra Prasad Bulara. On the same day they will start the Bihar Agricultural Roadmap 2017-2022 at Emperor Ashok Convention Center in Patna.
Before returning to Delhi, he will earn a lot of reverence on the statue of Shri Jai Prakash Narayan, located at Jaiprakash Bullet, Patna.
2.विशेषज्ञों ने भारत में रोजगार सृजन की रणनीतियों पर चर्चा की :-
‘हमारे देश में युवा जनसंख्यार पूरी दुनिया में सबसे अधिक है और प्रत्येrक युवा रोजगार चाहता है। आने वाली पीढि़यां हमे माफ नहीं करेंगी यदि रोजगार सृजन के लिए हम अविलंब कदम नहीं उठाते हैं।’ उक्ता विचार केन्द्री य श्रम व रोजगार राज्या मंत्री (स्वअतंत्र प्रभार) श्री संतोष मोहन गंगवार ने रोजगार सृजन की रणनीतियों पर चर्चा के लिए आयोजित बैठक में व्य्क्तत किए।
इस बैठक का आयोजन वीवी गिरी नेशनल लेबर इंस्टीयटयूट (वीवीजीएनएलआई) द्वारा नोएडा में किया गया था। उन्हों ने कहा कि हमारा मंत्रालय प्रत्यरक्ष रूप से रोजगारों का सृजन नहीं करता है, परंतु रोजगार प्रदान करने वालों और रोजगार के इच्छुहक लोगों के लिए एक उपयुक्तप वातावरण की सुविधा उपलब्धर कराता है। उन्होंाने आगे कहा कि सरकार और उनका मंत्रालय कौशल विकास और रोजगार सृजन के लिए सही दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।
उन्हों़ने ऐतिहासिक निर्णय, विमुद्रीकरण का उल्लेवख करते हुए कहा कि इसके पिछले एक वर्ष में सुखद परिणाम सामने आये हैं। पिछले एक वर्ष में ईपीएफओ और ईएसआईसी के लाभान्वितों की संख्याु 1 करोड़ से अधिक हो गई है। इस अवसर पर श्री गंगवार ने वीवीजीएनएलआई द्वारा प्रकाशित 4 पुस्तिकाओं को जारी किया और संस्था न के पुनर्निर्मित सेमिनार ब्लॉ क का भी उद्घाटन किया।
Experts Discussed Employment Generation Strategies In India :-
‘The young population in our country is highest in the whole world and every young person wants employment. We will not forgive future generations if we do not take immediate steps for employment generation. ” The above idea expressed in the meeting organized by the Union Minister of State for Labor and Employment (Independent Charge) Mr. Santosh Mohan Gangwar to discuss the strategies of employment generation.
This meeting was organized in Noida by the VV Giri National Labor Institute (VVGNLI). He said that our Ministry does not directly create employment, but provides a suitable environment for those providing employment and those wishing to work. He further said that the government and his ministry are moving forward in the right direction for skill development and employment generation. He made a historic decision, Referring to monetization, he said that good results have come out in the last one year.
In the last one year, the number of beneficiaries of EPFO and ESIC has gone upto 10 million. On this occasion Shri Gangwar released 4 books published by VVGNLI and also inaugurated the reconstituted Seminar Block of the Institute.
3.c9 से 11 नवंबर तक चलने वाले जैविक कृषि विश्व कुंभ 2017 का उद्घाटन करेंगे :-
केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री, श्री राधा मोहन सिंह ग्रेटर नोएडा में 9 से 11 तक चलने वाले जैविक कृषि विश्व कुंभ 2017 का उद्घाटन करेंगे। यह आयोजन ग्रेटर नोयडा के इंडिया एक्सपो सेंटर में हो रहा है। इस आयोजन में विश्व के 110 देशों के 1400 प्रतिनिधि और 2000 भारतीय प्रतिनिधि शामिल होंगे।
कृषि विश्व कुंभ का आयोजन तीन साल में एक बार दुनिया के किसी देश में होता है। इस बार यह भारत में हो रहा है। पिछला कुंभ 2014 में इस्तांबुल में हुआ था। आयोजन को इंटरनेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग मूवमेंट्स (आईफोम) और ओएफआई मिलकर कर रहा है। इस आयोजन में भारत के 15 राज्यों से 55 बीज समूहों द्वार 4000 प्रकार के बीजों की प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन करेंगे।

Union Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Minister, Shri Radha Mohan Singh will inaugurate the World Kumbh 2017 in Greater Noida from 9 to 11 Organic Agriculture. This event is being held at the Greater Noida’s India Expo Center. The event will consist of 1400 representatives from 110 countries and 2000 Indian representatives. Agriculture World Kumbh is organized once in three years in any country in the world. This time it is happening in India. Previous Kumbha was held in Istanbul in 2014. The International Federation of Organic Farming Movements (IFO) and OPI are being organized by the organization. In this event, the exhibition of 4000 types of seeds from 55 seeds groups from 15 states of India will be organized.
4.भारत का द्वितीय प्रौद्योगिकी एवं नवाचार सहायता केन्द्र (टीआईएससी) चेन्नई स्थित अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय में स्थापित किया गया :-
भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के औद्योगिक नीति एवं संवर्धन विभाग (डीआईपीपी) ने विश्व बौद्धिक संपदा संगठन (विपो) के टीआईएससी कार्यक्रम के तहत चेन्नई स्थित अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार संगठन (सीआईपीआर) में भारत का द्वितीय प्रौद्योगिकी एवं नवाचार सहायता केन्द्र (टीआईएससी) की स्थापना के लिए अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय के साथ एक संस्थागत समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं।

5.अमेरिकी ट्रांसजेंडर डानिका रोम ने वर्जीनिया चुनाव में रचा इतिहास :-
अमेरिका की एक ट्रांसजेंडर डेमोक्रेट ने वर्जीनिया की आम सभा के निचले सदन में चुनाव जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया है। संगीतकार और पूर्व पत्रकार डानिका रोम हाउस ऑफ डेलीगेट्स की सीट जीतने वाली वर्जीनिया की पहली ट्रांसजेंडर है।
डानिका ने रिपब्लिकन पार्टी के प्रतिद्वंद्वी रॉबर्ट मार्शल को चुनाव में मात दी। कुल मतदान में से 95 फीसदी मतों की गणना के बाद मार्शल के 45 फीसदी मतों की तुलना में डानिका ने 55 फीसदी मत हासिल किए।
समलैंगिक समुदाय ने डानिका को आम सभा के निचले सदन में चुनाव जीतने वाली पहली ट्रांसजेंडर करार दिया है।

Danika defeats Republican Party’s rival Robert Marshall in the election. After calculating 95 percent of the votes in total voting, Danika got 55 percent of the votes compared to 45 percent of Marshall’s votes.
The gay community has termed Daniya as the first transgender to win the election in the lower house of the General Assembly.
6.दक्षिण सागर में चीन ने रुकवाया फिलीपींस का काम, बना रहा था सैंड बार :-
फिलीपींस में राष्ट्रपति रोड्रिगो दुतेर्ते की चीन समर्थक मुहिम को बड़ा झटका लगा है। चीन के विरोध के चलते फिलीपींस को दक्षिण चीन सागर में सैंड बार (बालू की दीवार) बनाने का काम रोकना पड़ा है। यह जानकारी देश के सेना प्रमुख ने दी है।

सर्वे में कौन रहा टॉप पर – ग्रांट थोर्नटन की अंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यापार रिपोर्ट (आईबीआर) के अनुसार इस सर्वे में इंडोनेशिया टॉप पर रहा है। इंडोनेशिया के बाद फिनलैंड ने दूसरा स्थान हासिल किया है। इसके बाद नीदरलैंड नंबर 3 पर, फिलीपींस नंबर 4 पर, ऑस्ट्रिया नंबर 5 पर और नाइजीरिया नंबर 6 पर रहा है।
India slips to seventh in Business Optimization ranking, Indonesia tops :-
In the Business Optimization Index, India slipped from number two to 7th position. This decline in India’s ranking has been seen during the September quarter. This decline is indicative of the downside of the economy. This information came out through a survey.
