1.संसद का बजट सत्र आज से, राष्ट्रपति के संबोधन के बाद जेटली पेश करेंगे आर्थिक सर्वे :-
संसद का बजट सत्र आज से शुरू होगा इस सत्र की शुरुआत राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के संयुक्त संबोधन से होगी जिसके बाद वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली आर्थिक सर्वे पेश करेंगे। 1 फरवरी को संसद में केंद्र सरकार देश का आम बजट पेश करेगी। इस सत्र में बजट के अलावा तीन तलाकसमेत कई अहम बिलों पर चर्चा होगी। तीन तलाक से जुड़ा बिल लोकसभा में पास हो चुका है लेकिन राज्यसभा में विपक्ष ने इसकी राह रोक रखी है।
माना जा रहा है कि संसद का बजट सत्र भी हंगामेदार हो सकता है। रविवार को पहले सरकार और फिर लोकसभा अध्यक्ष की सर्वदलीय बैठक में यह बात स्पष्ट रूप से सामने आई।
Budget session of Parliament from today, Jaitley will present economic survey after President’s address :-
The budget session of Parliament will start from today. This session will begin with the joint address of President Ramnath Kovind after which Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the Economic Survey. In the Parliament on February 1, the Central Government will present the country’s general budget. Apart from the budget, many important bills will be discussed in addition to the budget of three divorces. The bill related to the three divisions has been passed in the Lok Sabha but the opposition in the Rajya Sabha has stopped its proceedings.
It is believed that the budget session of the Parliament can also be rigid. This matter was clearly revealed on Sunday in the all-party meeting of the first government and then the Speaker of Lok Sabha.
2.राजस्थान- प.बंगाल में उपचुनाव के लिए वोटिंग शुरू :-
राजस्थान की दो लोकसभा सीटों और एक विधानसभा सीट पर हो रहे उपचुनाव के लिए मतदान शुरू हो गया है। वहीं, पश्चिम बंगाल की भी एक लोकसभा और एक विधानसभा सीट पर भी आज उप चुनाव हो रहा है। दोनों राज्यों में हो रहे उपचुनाव में मतदाताओं में खासा उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है।
राजस्थान में उपचुनाव, वोटिंग शुरू, राजस्थान में अलवर, अजमेर लोकसभा सीट और भीलवाड़ा की माण्डलगढ़ विधानसभा सीट पर मतदान हो रहा है। इस चुनाव में खास बात यह है कि देश में पहली बार दोनों लोकसभा सीटों पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वोटिंग मशीन (ईवीएम) पर प्रत्याशियों के नामों के साथ उनकी फोटो भी लगाई गई है। बता दें कि पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री सांवरलाल जाट के निधन के कारण रिक्त हुई अजमेर संसदीय सीट पर 26 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं। वहीं महंत चांदनाथ के निधन के कारण खाली हुई अलवर संसदीय सीट पर 11 प्रत्याशी चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। वहीं, विधायक कीर्ति कुमारी की मौत के कारण खाली हुई मांडलगढ़ विधानसभा सीट पर कांग्रेस के विवेक धाकड़ और भाजपा के शक्ति सिंह सहित 14 उम्मीदवार चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं।

3.राजधानी के बाद गुरुग्राम में एकत्र होंगे 48 देशों के मुखिया :-
दिल्ली में गणतंत्र दिवस के बाद अब राजधानी से सटे हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम जिले में विदेशी राष्ट्रा ध्यगक्षों का जमावड़ा होगा। करीब चार दर्जन राष्ट्रों के प्रमुख यहां एकत्र होंगे। इसे लेकर यहां तैयारियों जोरों पर चल रही है। उन जगहों को सजाया संवारा जा रहा है, जहां राष्ट्रा ध्यंक्षों के जाने की संभावना है।
सौर ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से 11 मार्च को नई दिल्ली में 48 देशों के शासनाध्यक्ष आएंगे। मौका होगा अंतरराष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन (आइएसए) का स्थापना सम्मेलन, जिसे सोलर समिट नाम दिया गया है।

4.सेना को विश्वस्तरीय बनाने पर जोर दे रहे चीनी राष्ट्रपति चिनफिंग :-
दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी सेना चीन की पीपल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी (पीएलए) खुद को विश्वस्तरीय बनाने जा रही है। इसके लिए नए युग के सैन्य प्रशिक्षण का खाका जारी किया गया है। इसे राष्ट्रपति शी चिनफिंग की अध्यक्षता वाले केंद्रीय सैन्य आयोग (सीएमसी) ने मंजूरी दे दी है।
साल 2013 में सत्ता में आने के बाद से चिनफिंग देश की 23 लाख सैनिकों वाली सेना को युद्ध जीतने के लिए असली लड़ाई जैसा प्रशिक्षण देने पर जोर दे रहे हैं। इसी का परिणाम है कि पीएलए, नौसेना और वायुसेना तिब्बत के साथ ही विवादित दक्षिण चीन सागर और ताइवान के समीप व्यापक सैन्य अभ्यास करती रहती है। इसके अलावा चिनफिंग ने पीएलए की कमान संरचना में भी भारी बदलाव किया है।
Chinese President Chenfing insists on making the army world class :-
The world’s largest army is going to make the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) a world-class. A new era military training has been released for this. It has been approved by the Central Military Commission (CMC) headed by President Xi Chunfing.
Since coming to power in 2013, Chinfing is pushing the country’s 23 lakh soldiers to train like real fighting to win the war. The result of this is that PLA, Navy and Air Force conduct extensive military exercises near the disputed South China Sea and Tibet as well as Tibet. Apart from this, Chunfing has also made huge changes in the command structure of the PLA.
5.अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के विमान में लगेंगे 152 करोड़ के रेफ्रिजरेटर :-
अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के विमान ‘एयर फोर्स वन’ में लगे दो रेफ्रिजरेटरों को बदला जाना है। ट्रंप प्रशासन ने इसके लिए विमान और उसके कलपुर्जे बनाने वाली कंपनी बोइंग से 152 करोड़ रुपये का समझौता किया है।
बोइंग ने 1990 में पहली बार राष्ट्रपति के प्रयोग के लिए एयर फोर्स वन विमान बनाया था। इसके बाद से अब तक इनमें लगे रेफ्रिजरेटरों को नहीं बदला गया है। इस विमान में लगे पांच रेफ्रिजरेटरों में करीब तीन हजार प्लेट भोजन रखने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए। गत दिसंबर महीने में अमेरिकी वायु सेना ने पांच में से दो रेफ्रिजरेटर को बदलने के लिए बोइंग के साथ करार पूरा किया था।
US presidential plane to get 152 million refrigerator :-
Two refrigerators in the US president’s aircraft ‘Air Force One’ have to be replaced. The Trump Administration has signed an agreement with Boeing for the aircraft and its components company, Boeing 152 crores.
Boeing created the Air Force One aircraft for the first time in the presidential experiment in 1990. Since then, the refrigerators attached to them have not been changed so far. The five refrigerators in this plane should have the capacity to store about three thousand plate food. In December last year, the U.S. Air Force completed the deal with Boeing to replace two of the five refrigerators.
6.सुरक्षा हालात बिगड़ने पर अफगान गर्वनर आरिफ शाह ने दिया इस्तीफा :-
अफगानिस्तान के पश्चिमी प्रांत फराह के गवर्नर मुहम्मद आरिफ शाह जहां ने गुरुवार को अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। इस्तीफे का एक कारण उन्होंने प्रांत में बिगड़े सुरक्षा हालात को बताया है। स्थानीय लोग भी कई महीनों से तालिबान के लौटने के डर से प्रशासन के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।
आरिफ ने आरोप लगाया कि प्रांत में राजनीतिक दखल और ईरान से लगती पश्चिमी सीमा पर सुरक्षा बलों के बीच भ्रष्टाचार काफी बढ़ गया है। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैंने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दिया क्योंकि फराह प्रांत में सुरक्षा के हालात काफी बिगड़ गए हैं। साथ ही मेरी जिम्मेदारियों में विभिन्न व्यक्तियों द्वारा दखल दिया जा रहा था।’
Afghan Governor Arif Shah resigns after security situation worsens :-
Muhammad Arif Shah, Governor of the Western Province of Farah, where he resigned from his post on Thursday. ब्रिटेन में भारतीय मूल के 10 साल के बच्चे मेहुल गर्ग ने मेनसा आइक्यू टेस्ट में सर्वाधिक अंक हासिल किए हैं। ऐसा कर वह दशक में सबसे कम आयु में यह उपलब्धि हासिल करने वाला बालक बन गया है। मेहुल ने अल्बर्ट आइंस्टीन और स्टीफन हॉकिंग जैसे कुशाग्र लोगों को पीछे छोड़ दिया है। मेहुल ने अपने 13 वर्षीय बड़े भाई ध्रुव गर्ग के नक्शे-कदम पर चलते हुए स्पर्धा में हिस्सा लेने का फैसला किया था। ध्रुव ने पिछले साल 162 अंकों के साथ सर्वाधिक स्कोर किया था। मेहुल को उसके प्रियजन माही भी बुलाते हैं।
