1.अमरीका के राष्ट्रपति डोनल्ड ट्रम्प ने येरूशलम को इस्रायल की राजधानी के रूप में मान्यता देने के फैसले के खिलाफ संयुक्त राष्ट्र प्रस्ताव का समर्थन करने वाले देशों की वित्तीय सहायता रोकने की धमकी दी :-
अमरीका के राष्ट्रपति डोनल्ड ट्रम्प ने धमकी दी है कि येरूशलम को इस्रायल की राजधानी के रूप में मान्यता देने के फैसले के खिलाफ संयुक्त राष्ट्र प्रस्ताव का समर्थन करने वाले देशों की वित्तीय सहायता रोक दी जाएगी। श्री ट्रंप ने व्हाइट हाउस में कहा कि कई देश लाखों-करोड़ों डॉलर अमरीका से लेते हैं और वे अमरीका के खिलाफ मतदान की बात करते हैं। श्री ट्रम्प की ये प्रतिक्रिया संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में येरूशलम को इस्राइल की राजधानी के रूप में मान्यता देने के मुद्दे पर मसौदा प्रस्ताव पर मतदान से पहले आई है

US President Donald Trump has threatened to stop the financial assistance of countries supporting the UN resolution against the decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Mr Trump said in the White House that many countries take millions of dollars from the US and they talk about voting against the United States. This response of Mr Trump came in the United Nations General Assembly before voting on a draft proposal on the issue of recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel
2.भारत की ट्वेंटी-20 क्रिकेट में सबसे बड़ी जीत :-
भारत ने ट्वेंटी-20 अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट की तीन मैचों की श्रृंखला के पहले मैच में श्रीलंका को 93 रन से हरा दिया। भारत की ट्वेंटी-20 क्रिकेट में यह सबसे बड़ी जीत है। कल रात कटक में भारत ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए निर्धारित 20 ओवर में तीन विकेट पर 180 रन बनाए। जीत के लिए 181 रन के लक्ष्य के जवाब में श्रीलंका की पूरी टीम 16 ओवर में 87 रन पर ही सिमट गई। भारत की ओर से यजुवेंद्र चहल ने चार विकेट लिए। उन्हें मैन ऑफ द मैच घोषित किया गया। दोनों देशों के बीच दूसरा ट्वेंटी-20 मैच शुक्रवार को इंदौर में खेला जायेगा।
India’s biggest victory in Twenty20 cricket :-
India defeated Sri Lanka by 93 runs in the first match of the three-match series of Twenty20 International cricket. This is the biggest victory in India’s Twenty20 cricket. Last night, in Cuttack, India scored 180 runs in three wickets in 20 overs. In reply to the target of 181 runs for victory, the whole team of Sri Lanka got reduced to 87 runs in 16 overs. India took four wickets by Yajuwendra Chahal. He was declared Man of the Match. The second Twenty20 match between the two countries will be played in Indore on Friday.
3.‘सुशासन एवं सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं की प्रतिकृति’ पर दो दिवसीय क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन कल गुवाहाटी में शुरू होगा :-
‘सुशासन एवं सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं की प्रतिकृति’ पर क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन का शुभारम्भ कल गुवाहाटी में होगा। इस दो दिवसीय सम्मेलन का आयोजन भारत सरकार के कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय के प्रशासकीय सुधार एवं लोक शिकायत विभाग (डीएआरपीजी) द्वारा असम सरकार के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है। असम के मुख्यमंत्री श्री सर्बानंद सोनोवाल कल इस सम्मेलन का शुभारम्भ करेंगे और प्रतिनिधियों को संबोधित करेंगे।
Two-day regional conference on “Reception of good governance and best practices” will start tomorrow in Guwahati :-
Regional conference on ‘Good governance and replication of best practices’ will be held in Guwahati tomorrow. This two-day conference is being organized in collaboration with Assam Government by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances Department (DARPG), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India. Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal will inaugurate this conference and address the delegates.
4.जज एडवोकेट जनरल विभाग ने 34वां कोर दिवस मनाया :-
जज एडवोकेट जनरल (जेएजी) विभाग ने 21 दिसंबर, 2017 को अपना 34वां कोर दिवस मनाया। इस अवसर पर इंडिया गेट के अमर जवान ज्योति पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की गई। एडजुटेंट जनरल तथा जेएजी विभाग के कर्नल कमांडेंट लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल अश्विनी कुमार ने मेजर जनरल वी सी चित्रवंशी तथा अन्य अधिकारियों, जवानों और पूर्व अधिकारियों के साथ पुष्पांजलि अर्पित की।
Judge Advocate General Department celebrated 34th Core Day :-
The Judge Advocate General (JAG) Department celebrated its 34th Core Day on December 21, 2017. Wreaths were paid to Amar Jawan Jyoti of India Gate on this occasion. Lt Gen Ashwani Kumar, Colonel Commandant, Adjutant General and JAG Department presented wreath with Major General VC Chitwanshi and other officers, jawans and former officials.
5.ग्रामीण आबादी के वित्तीय समावेशन के लिए दर्पण परियोजना लांच की गई :-
संचार मंत्री श्री मनोज सिन्हा ने आज सेवा गुणवत्ता में सुधार, सेवाओं में मूल्यवर्धन तथा बैंक सेवा से वंचित ग्रामीण आबादी के वित्तीय समावेशन के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिए दर्पण – “डिजिटल एडवासंवेंट ऑफ रूरल पोस्टऑफिस फॉर ए न्यू इंडिया” परियोजना लांच की। उन्होंने कहा कि 1400 करोड़ रुपये के आवंटन के साथ आईटी आधुनिकीकरण परियोजना का लक्ष्य प्रत्येक शाखा पोस्ट मास्टर (बीपीएम) को कम शक्ति का टेक्नालाजी समाधान उपलब्ध कराना है। इससे सभी राज्यों के ग्रामीण उपभोक्ताओं की सेवा में सुधार के लिए लगभग 1.29 लाख शाखा डाकघर सेवा देंगे। श्री सिन्हा ने बताया कि आज की तिथि में 43,171 शाखा डाकघरों ने दर्पण परियोजना को अपना लिया है ताकि ग्रामीण आबादी के वित्तीय समावेशन का लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सके। यह लक्ष्य मार्च, 2018 तक पूरा करना है।
Mirror project was launched for financial inclusion of rural population :-
Communications Minister Mr. Manoj Sinha launched the “Digital Advancement of Rural Postoffice for a New India” project today to achieve the goal of financial inclusion of deprived rural population, to improve service quality, value addition to services and financial services of deprived rural population. He said that with the allocation of Rs.1400 crores, IT modernization project aims to provide a lesser technological solution to each branch post master (BPM). With this, approximately 1.29 lakh branches will be given post office services to improve the service of rural consumers of all states. Mr. Sinha said that today 43,171 branch post offices have adopted the mirror project to achieve the goal of financial inclusion of the rural population. This goal is to be completed by March, 2018.
6.यरुशलम पर भारत ने अमेरिका के खिलाफ डाला वोट :-
संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने गुरुवार को एक प्रस्ताव पारित कर अमेरिका से यरुशलम को इजरायल की राजधानी के तौर पर मान्यता देने के फैसले को वापस लेने को कहा है। तुर्की और यमन की ओर से पेश इस प्रस्ताव का भारत समेत 128 देशों ने समर्थन किया। जबकि अमेरिका और इजरायल समेत सिर्फ नौ देशों ने ही प्रस्ताव के विरोध में वोट दिया। 35 देशों ने प्रस्ताव पर मतदान में हिस्सा नहीं लिया।
India voted against the US against Jerusalem :-
The United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution on Thursday asking the US to withdraw the decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. The proposal, proposed by Turkey and Yemen, supports 128 countries, including India. Only nine countries, including the United States and Israel, voted against the proposal. 35 countries did not participate in voting on the proposal.
7.देश में 1 करोड़ कमाने वाले 30,000, लेकिन 100 करोड़ कमाने वाले सिर्फ 5 :-
आकलन वर्ष 2015-16 के लिए आयकर विभाग की ओर से जारी आयकर रिटर्न के आंकड़े बताते हैं कि 30,000 से ज्यादा करदाताओं की कमाई 1 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की है। इनमें से सिर्फ 5 लोग ही ऐसे हैं जिनकी कमाई का आंकड़ा 100 करोड़ रुपए से लेकर 500 करोड़ तक का है।
1 करोड़ से 5 करोड़ रुपये के बीच वेतन पाने वालों की संख्या 28,919 है, जबकि 1,228 करदाताओं ने 5 करोड़ रुपये से 10 करोड़ रुपये के वेतन की घोषणा की है। करीब 346 लोग ऐसे हैं जिनका वेतन 10 करोड़ से अधिक लेकिन 25 करोड़ से कम है। वर्ष 2016-17 के दौरान कुल कर संग्रह में प्रत्यक्ष करों का योगदान 50 फीसद से घटकर 49.66 फीसद हो गया है। यह स्थिति वित्त वर्ष 2006-07 के बाद पहली बार देखने को मिली है। इसके बावजूद इस वर्ष प्रत्यक्ष कर संग्रह में 15 फीसद का इजाफा देखने को मिला है। बीते साल कुल कर संग्रह में प्रत्यक्ष कर का योगदान करीब 51 फीसद का रहा था।
30,000 earning 10 million in the country, but only 5 who earn 100 crore :-
Data for income tax returns released by the Income Tax Department for the assessment year 2015-16 show that more than 30,000 taxpayers earn more than Rs 1 crore. Of these, only 5 are those whose earnings figure is between 100 crores and 500 crores :-
The number of wage earners between Rs 1 crore and 5 crore is 28,919, while 1,228 taxpayers have announced salary of Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore. There are about 346 people whose salary is more than 10 crores but less than 25 crores. The contribution of direct taxes in the total tax collection during the year 2016-17 has come down from 50 per cent to 49.66 per cent. This position has been seen for the first time since the financial year 2006-07. Despite this, the direct tax collection has seen an increase of 15 percent this year. In the past year, direct tax contribution in the total tax collection was about 51 percent.
8.रणजी ट्रॉफी : पांच रन से जीतकर विदर्भ पहली बार फाइनल में, दिल्ली से होगा मुकाबला :-
तेज गेंदबाज रजनीश गुरबानी की शानदार गेंदबाजी से विदर्भ ने गुरुवार को यहां रोमांचक सेमीफाइनल में गत चैंपियन कर्नाटक को पांच रन से शिकस्त देकर पहली बार रणजी ट्रॉफी फाइनल में प्रवेश किया। गुरबानी ने मैच में 162 रन देकर 12 विकेट अपने नाम किए, जो उनका सर्वश्रेष्ठ गेंदबाजी प्रदर्शन भी है। उनके इस प्रदर्शन ने विदर्भ की ऐतिहासिक जीत की नींव रखी। विदर्भ की टीम अब देश की सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रथम श्रेणी टीम के खिताब के लिए इंदौर में 29 दिसंबर से दिल्ली से भिड़ेगी। दिल्ली ने मंगलवार को बंगाल को पारी और 26 रन से हराकर दस साल बाद रणजी ट्रॉफी के फाइनल में जगह बनाई थी।
Ranji Trophy: Vidarbha wins by five runs in final :-
Kolkata, Patrera With the superb bowling of fast bowler Rajneesh Gurbani, Vidarbha defeated last champion Karnataka by five runs in the thrilling semi-final here on Thursday to enter the Ranji Trophy final for the first time. Gurbani made his name in the match by taking 16 wickets, 12 wickets, which is also his best bowling performance. His demonstration laid the foundation for the historic victory of Vidarbha. Vidarbha’s team will now fight against Delhi from Indore on December 29 for the title of the country’s best first-class team. Delhi, on Tuesday, defeated Bengal by 26 runs and finished the Ranji Trophy final ten years later.
9.पेट्रोल-डीजल पर जीएसटी लगाने को सरकार तैयार: अरुण जेटली :-
केंद्र सरकार पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों को जीएसटी के दायरे में लाना चाहती है, लेकिन ऐसा वह सिर्फ राज्यों के साथ आम सहमति के बाद ही करेगी। यह जानकारी केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने दी है।
राज्यसभा में उत्तर देते हुए अरुण जेटली ने कहा, “जहां तक केंद्र सरकार का संबंध है, हम जीएसटी के तहत पेट्रोलियम उत्पादों को लाने के पक्ष में हैं। मुझे इसे स्पष्ट रूप से रखने दें। लेकिन हम राज्यों की सहमति का इंतजार करेंगे और मुझे उम्मीद है कि कुछ चरणों में अपेक्षा के बाद राज्य इससे सहमत होंगे।”
उन्होंने कहा कि पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों को बाहर नहीं रखा गया है, ये जीएसटी कानून का एक हिस्सा थे, लेकिन इन उत्पादों पर जीएसटी लागू करने का फैसला जीएसटी काउंसिल के दो तिमाही सदस्यों (75 फीसद) की सहमति के बाद ही लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए किसी भी कानून में कोई और संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी क्योंकि 115वें संवैधानिक संशोधन में पहले से ही इसकी अनुमति है।
Government ready to set up GST on petrol and diesel: Arun Jaitley :-
The central government wants to bring petroleum products to the realm of GST, but it will do so only after the consensus with the states. This information was given by Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
Replying to the Rajya Sabha, Arun Jaitley said, “As far as the Central Government is concerned, we are in favor of bringing petroleum products under GST. Let me keep it clearly. But we will wait for the consent of the states and I hope the state will agree with the expectations in some phases. “
