1.नितिन गडकरी ने गोवा में अंतर्देशीय फेरी सेवा का उद्घाटन किया :-
केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग, शिपिंग और जल संसाधन, नदी विकास एवं गंगा संरक्षण मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरी ने आज गोवा के बंदरगाह शहर वास्को में अंतर्देशीय फेरी सेवा का उद्घाटन किया।
Nitin Gadkari inaugurates inland ferry service in Goa :-
Union Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Conservation Minister, Shri Nitin Gadkari today inaugurated inland ferry service in the port city of Vasco in Goa.
2.ब्रिटेन तथा यूरोपीय संघ, 29 मार्च 2019 और दिसम्बर 2020 की अवधि के दौरान ब्रिटेन के यूरोपीय संघ से अलग होने की शर्तों पर सहमत :-
यूरोपीय संघ से ब्रिटेन के अलग होने की बहुत सी प्रक्रियाओं पर दोनों पक्षों में सहमति हो गई है, इसके बाद ब्रिटेन, यूरोपीय संघ से व्यवस्थित तरीके से अलग हो सकेगा। यूरोपीय संघ के वार्ताकार माइकल बरनियर ने कहा कि दोनों पक्ष अलग होने की एक अवधि पर राजी हो गए हैं। इस कदम को निर्णायक माना जा रहा है। ब्रिटेन के वार्ताकार डेविड डेविस के साथ बैठक के बाद श्री बरनियर ने यह जानकारी दी। यूरोपीयन संघ से ब्रिटेन के अलग होने की अवधि अगले वर्ष 29 मार्च से शुरू होगी।
Britain and the European Union agree on the terms of being separated from the European Union during the period of March 29, 2019 and December 2020 :-
Many aspects of the separation of the UK from the European Union have been agreed on both sides, after which Britain will be separated from the European Union in a systematic manner. European Union negotiator Michael Barnier said that the two sides have agreed on a period of separation. This move is considered to be decisive. Following a meeting with UK negotiator David Davis, Mr. Bernier gave this information. The period of separation of Britain from the European Union will start from March 29 next year.
3.‘आनुवंशिक बीमारी’ पर भी मिलेगा बीमा क्लेम, इरडा ने दिये निर्देश :-
रक्त चाप और मधुमेह जैसी आम हो चली बीमारियों को भी आनुवंशिक बीमारी बता बीमा दावा खारिज करने वाली बीमा कंपनियों को इरडा ने बड़ा झटका दिया है। भारतीय बीमा विनियामक एवं विकास प्राधिकरण (इरडा) ने सोमवार को बीमा कंपनियों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे किसी भी बीमाधारक के बीमा दावे को ‘आनुवंशिक बीमारी’ के नाम पर खारिज नहीं कर सकतीं। इतना ही नहीं, नियामक ने यह भी कहा है कि बीमा कंपनियां नए ग्राहकों के लिए भी ‘आनुवंशिक बीमारियों’ को बीमा दायरे से बाहर वाली बीमारियों की सूची में नहीं रखेंगी।
इरडा का यह निर्देश दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के उस फैसले के बाद आया है, जिसमें न्यायालय ने कहा था कि कंपनियों द्वारा बीमा दायरे से बाहर रखी गई ‘आनुवंशिक बीमारियों’ की सूची बेहद विस्तृत, अस्पष्ट और भेदभावपूर्ण है। न्यायालय के मुताबिक यह सूची संविधान की धारा 14 के तहत समानता के अधिकार का भी उल्लंघन है।
बीमा कंपनियों को भेजे पत्र में इरडा ने कहा, ‘उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले के आलोक में स्वास्थ्य बीमा मुहैया कराने वाली कंपनियों को निर्देश दिया जाता है कि वे किसी भी बीमा दावे को ‘आनुवंशिक बीमारी’ के नाम पर खारिज नहीं कर सकतीं।’
‘Genetic Disease’ will also be available on Insurance Claim, IRDA Instructions :-
IRDA has given a big jolt to insurers who reject insurance claims to tell genetic disease to common diseases like blood pressure and diabetes. Indian Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) on Monday instructed insurers that they can not dismiss the insurance claim of any insured in the name of ‘genetic illness’. Not only this, the regulator has also said that insurance companies will not even put ‘genetic diseases’ in the list of diseases beyond the insurance scope for new customers.
This directive of IRDA came after the Delhi High Court’s decision in which the court had said that the list of ‘genetic diseases’ kept out of the insurance scope by the companies is extremely detailed, ambiguous and discriminatory. According to the court, this list also violates the right to equality under section 14 of the Constitution.
In the letter sent to insurance companies, Irda said, “In the light of the decision of the High Court, companies providing health insurance are instructed that they can not dismiss any insurance claim in the name of” genetic illness “.
4.बिहार के राज्यपाल को ओडिशा के राज्यपाल पद का अतिरिक्त प्रभार :-
राष्ट्रपति ने बिहार के राज्यपाल सत्य पाल मलिक को ओडिशा के राज्यपाल का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपा है। श्री मलिक इसके साथ अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन भी करते रहेंगे। ओडिशा के वर्तमान राज्यपाल एस सी जमीर का कार्यकाल 20 मार्च 2018 को पूरा हो रहा है। उनके स्थान पर नए राज्यपाल की नियुक्ति तक श्री मलिक ओडिशा के राज्यपाल का काम काज देंखेगे।
Governor of Bihar, additional charge of Odisha governor :-
The President has given additional charge of governor of Odisha to Satya Pal Malik, Governor of B’s defeat. Shri Malik will continue to discharge his duties with him. The tenure of the current governor of Odisha SC Jamir is being completed on March 20, 2018. Upon his appointment, till the appointment of the new governor, Mr. Malik will work for the governor of Odisha.
5.सरकार ने झारखंड के देवघर जिले में प्लास्टिक पार्क की स्थापना को मंजूरी दी :-
केन्द्रीय रसायन एवं उर्वरक और संसदीय मामलों के मंत्री श्री अनंत कुमार ने घोषणा की है कि भारत सरकार ने आज यहां झारखंड के देवघर जिले में एक प्लास्टिक पार्क की स्थापना को मंजूरी दी है। इस परियोजना की स्थापना 150 एकड़ क्षेत्र में 120 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से की जाएगी और इसमें अनेक पॉलिमर उत्पाद तैयार किए जाएंगे, जिनमें बुनी हुई बोरियां, मॉल्डेड फर्नीचर, पानी की टंकी, बोतल, पाइप, मच्छरदानी इत्यादि शामिल हैं। मंत्री महोदय ने कहा कि इसमें प्लास्टिक उद्योग के लिए एक परितंत्र की स्थापना करने हेतु निवेश आकर्षित करने और स्थानीय जनता के लिए रोजगार अवसर सृजित करने की असीम संभावनाएं हैं।
श्री अनंत कुमार ने संवाददाताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि इस परियेाजना से लगभग 6000 लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार और 30,000 से भी ज्यादा लोगों को अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिलने की उम्मीद है।
Government approves setting up of plastic park in Deoghar district of Jharkhand Devgarh :-
Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers and Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Anant Kumar has announced that the Government of India has approved the establishment of a plastic park in the district of Deogarh of Jharkhand. The project will be set up in 150 acres of land at a cost of Rs 120 crores and several polymer products will be produced in it , which include knit bows, moulded furniture, water tank, bottle, pipes, mosquito nets etc. The Minister said that there is immense potential for attracting investments and setting up an ecosystem for the plastics industry to create employment opportunities for the local public.
6.राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृतिक दृश्य-श्रव्य अभिलेखागार (एनसीएए) विश्व का पहला विश्वसनीय डिजिटल भंडार बना :-
संस्कृति मंत्रालय की राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृतिक दृश्य-श्रव्य अभिलेखागार (एनसीएए) परियोजना को विश्व का पहला विश्वसनीय डिजिटल भंडार का प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त हुआ है। इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय कला केन्द्र (आईजीएनसीए) द्वारा कार्यान्वित इस परियोजना को ब्रिटेन की संस्था, प्राइमरी ट्रस्टवर्दी डिजिटल रिपॉजिटरी ऑथराइजेशन बॉडी लिमिटेड (पीटीएबी) ने आईएसओ 16363 : 2012 का प्रमाण-पत्र दिया है। (http://www.iso16363.org/iso-certification/certified-clients/indira-gandhi-national-centre-for-the-arts) देश भर के 25 शहरों में किए गए सर्वेक्षण के आधार पर अगले पांच वर्षों में इस भंडार में 3 लाख घंटों की ऑडियोविजुअल सामग्री को एकीकृत किया जाएगा।

The National Cultural Visual Audit (NCAA ) project of the Ministry of Culture has received the certificate of the world’s first trusted digital store. The project implemented by the Indira Gandhi National Center for Art (IGNCA) has been certified by ISO 16363: 2012 by the British Institute, Primary Trustworthy Digital Repository Authorization Body Ltd. (PTAB).
