Under the new directions, FIPs operating in the securities market will have to enter into an agreement with the account aggregators, which will also mention the rights of both the parties and the dispute settlement mechanism. Explain that FIPs will be able to share the financial information obtained through the account aggregator only after taking consent from the consumer.
