Environment Minister Dr.Harshavardhana has released the Asthma Book for Schools in New Delhi. This leaflet will be distributed in about one lakh schools in the country. 3.The Union Cabinet has approved several important decisions, signed MoU with South Korea:-
The Union Cabinet has approved the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between India and South Korea. The main purpose of this memorandum is to increase mutual cooperation and exchange of information in the field of tourism. The Cabinet also gave approval for a Memorandum of Understanding for enhancing cooperation in the field of Transport Education between India and Russia. The government also approved the proposal in the first meeting of the International Solar Coalition -ISA, from the earlier date, Under which amendments to the ISA draft agreement were said to open its membership for all member states of the United Nations. The Cabinet also approved the agreement of mutual legal assistance in criminal cases between India and Morocco. The Cabinet also gave approval to change the name of Jharsuguda Airport of Odisha to Veer Surendra Sai Airport. Veer Surrendra Sai was a well-known freedom fighter from Odisha. Changing the name of this airport will fulfill the long pending demands of the Odisha government.
4.IIT Madras created the country’s first microprocessor, till now the dependents were abroad:-

9.It is mandatory to install emergency buttons and VLTs in new public vehicles from January:-
In all new public vehicles to be registered from Jan. 1 next year, it is mandatory to place the VLT device for the information of the button and the current location of the vehicle for the emergency. It has been said in the release issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways that it is compulsory to set up these equipment in all new public vehicles except auto rickshaw and e-rickshaw.
10.Jaitley can come in top 50 in ISAF ranking: India:-
