Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravi Kumar said that India has looked at the negative global response on this issue. He said that with instability neither Europe nor the world will benefit. Catalonia’s regional parliament announced on Friday it would be separated from Spain through secret ballot .
The Spanish government has dissolved the regional parliament and has terminated the government and the regional police chief and announced a new election on December 21.
2.Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuk on a four-day visit to India :-
Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuk is reaching New Delhi on a four-day trip to India today. His wife Pema Wangchuk will also be with them.
During his stay in India, Mr. Wangchuk, President Ramnath Kovind, will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Prime Minister, Bhutan will also give dinner in honor of the King. Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and other ministers will meet with Mr.
Wangchuck. Both sides can review progress on various issues of mutual cooperation .
3.Vice President inaugurated National Conference and Exhibition :-
Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu said that every Indian should remember Sardar Patel’s invaluable contribution in building a modern and integrated India.
Inaugurating the two-day National Conference and exhibition ‘Building the Gandhian Nationalist – Life and Times of Sardar Patel’ in New Delhi on Tuesday, Shri Naidu said Sardar Patel was a selfless leader and the interest of the country was paramount for him.
On this occasion, Union Culture Minister Mahesh Sharma said that Sardar Patel is the source of inspiration for all the citizens.
4.Defense Minister and Railway Minister visited the Elphinstone Road Station in Mumbai :-
Defense Minister Nirmala Sitaraman and Railway Minister Piyush Goyal visited the Elphinstone Road station in Mumbai on Tuesday. He was accompanied by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Mr. Fadnavis later told the media that the army will assist in the construction of the footover bridge of Elphinstone Road Station. This work will be completed by January next year.
5.Vice Admiral Karmbir Singh takes charge of the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief :-
Vice Admiral Karmibir Singh took over the charge of the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Naval Command on Tuesday.
They took salute of the parade parade at the Naval base and inspected the platoons of naval personnel in the ships and the establishments of Eastern Naval Command.
6.Election Commission allocated National Parties to All India Radio and Doordarshan for the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election :-
The Election Commission has allotted national parties for broadcasting on Akashwani and Doordarshan for the Gujarat assembly elections . Every National Party will be given 45-45 minutes to broadcast in Doordarshan and Akashwani Regional Centers in Gujarat .
Prasar Bharati will decide the date and time of transmission with the advice of the Election Commission.
For the 182-member assembly elections in the state, elections will be held on 9 and 14 December in two phases .Counting will take place with Himachal Pradesh on 18th December.
Voting for 68 Assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh will be held on November 9 .
7.Government extended the last date for submission of GST and other returns till November 30 :-
The government has extended the deadline for submission of GST and other returns for July to November 30.
This has been done for convenience of businessmen and taxpayers . The last date for submission of this return was October 31.
With the second return, the first returns will be matched till 30 November. The date for submission of third return of GST for July has also been increased to 11th December. Earlier this date was 10th November.

Sitaraman. Financial Services Secretary Rajiv Kumar told the tweeter that the government is working on reforms in the banking sector and
an alternative system has been started to strengthen the government banks .
9.Sensex new record of 33,295 points, Nifty new record :-
The Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange rose to a new record high of 33,295 points in the opening trade today .
National Stock Exchange Nifty also reached new record of 10,369 points. Public sector enterprises , durable consumer goods , infrastructure and vehicle companies were operating in profits.
Positive Asian signs also strengthened the market. Earlier , the Sense touched the record level of 33,286.51 points during the trading on October 27 . Earlier on Friday, the Nifty touched the record level of 10,366.15 points during the trade .
10.India will play in Malaysia women’s Asia Cup hockey :-
India will play Malaysia in their third and final group match in women’s Asia Cup hockey today . In Japan’s Kakamigahara this match will begin at eleven o’clock in the Indian time .
The Indian team is at the top by winning two matches in Pool A of four teams . He defeated China by four goals yesterday
