1.जर्मन चांसलर एंजेला मार्केल ने सीरिया में ‘नरसंहार’ के अंत की मांग की :-
सीरिया की राजधानी दमिश्क के निकट स्थित घोउटा क्षेत्र में लगातार पांचवें दिन भी हवाई हमला जारी रहा। सरकारी फौजों की ओर से किए जा रहे हमले में रविवार से अभी तक तीन सौ लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं। साढ़े आठ साल से चल रहे गृह युद्ध में यह सबसे बड़ा हमला बताया जा रहा है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र और जर्मनी की चांसलर एंजेला मर्केल ने सरकार से हमला रोकने की अपील की है।
सीरिया में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के राजदूत स्टाफन डी मिसटुरा ने कहा कि सुरक्षा परिषद को पूर्वी घोउटा क्षेत्र में हमला रोकने के लिए प्रस्ताव लाना चाहिए। मानवाधिकार संगठन और बचाव एजेंसियों का कहना है कि सीरिया और रूसी सेना हेलीकॉप्टर से बम सहित कई तरह के विस्फोटक बरसा रही है। इससे कई बाजार और अस्पताल ध्वस्त हो गए हैं। जान बचाने के लिए लोग भूमिगत ठिकानों में छुपे हैं।
German Chancellor Angela Merkel demands end to ‘genocide’ in Syria :-
Air strikes continued for the fifth consecutive day in Ghouuta region, near the Syrian capital Damascus. Three hundred people have lost their lives since Sunday in the attack on government forces. This is the biggest attack in a civil war that lasted for eight and a half years. United Nations and German Chancellor Angela Merkel has urged the government to stop the attack.
United Nations ambassador in Syria, Staffan de Misura, said that the Security Council should bring a proposal to stop the attack in the eastern Ghouta region. Human rights organizations and rescue agencies say that Syria and the Russian army are producing many types of explosives, including a bomb from the helicopter. This has destroyed many markets and hospitals. People are hiding in underground bases to save lives.
2.झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने देवघर कोषागार मामले में लालू प्रसाद यादव की जमानत याचिका खारिज की :-
झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने आज चारा घोटाले के एक मामले में राष्ट्रीय जनता दल प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद की जमानत याचिका नामंजूर कर दी। लालू प्रसाद ने देवघर कोषागार मामले में उच्च न्यायालय में जमानत याचिका दायर की थी, जिसमें उन्हें साढ़े तीन साल कैद की सज़ा सुनाई गई थी। न्यायमूर्ति अपरेश कुमार सिंह ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद जमानत याचिका खारिज की।
Jharkhand High Court rejects bail plea of Lalu Prasad Yadav in Devghar treasury case :-
Jharkhand High Court today rejected the bail application of RJD chief Lalu Prasad in a case of fodder scam. Lalu Prasad had filed a bail plea in the High Court in the Devgarh Treasury case , in which he was sentenced to three and a half years of imprisonment. Justice Apareesh Kumar Singh rejected bail application after listening to the arguments of both parties.
3.मेघालय में विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार चरम पर :-
मेघालय में विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार चरम पर पहुंच गया है। उधर, नगालैंड में मोकोकचुंग जिले के तुली विधानसभा क्षेत्र में कथित चुनावी हिंसा में एक व्यक्ति मारा गया और एक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया है कि यह घटना कल हुई, जब युवाओं के एक समूह ने जिप्सी में जा रहे एक अन्य समूह पर पत्थर फेंके। नगालैंड बेप्टिस्ट चर्च काउन्सिल और विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों ने राज्य में चुनावी हिंसा की बढ़ती घटनाओं पर चिंता व्यक्त की है।
काउन्सिल ने एक बयान में राज्य में चुनावी हिंसा तत्काल समाप्त करने का आह्वान किया। काउन्सिल ने सभी पक्षों से लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों को बनाये रखने और निष्पक्ष तथा शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव की अपील की। राज्य के मकोकचुंग जिले में चुनावी हिंसा में तीन महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यवहार, जबकि एक उम्मीदवार पर हमला और कुछ युवकों के साथ मार पीट की गई। जिला प्रशासन ने हिंसा पर काबू पाने के लिए प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में धारा 144 लगा दी है और अब तक 96 एफ आई आर दर्ज की गई हैं।
Meghalaya assembly election campaign at the peak :-
Assembly elections in Meghalaya have reached the peak. On the other hand , one person was killed and one seriously injured in alleged electoral violence in the Tuli assembly constituency of Mokokchung district in Nagaland. District Superintendent of Police said that the incident occurred, when a group of young people going into the gypsy threw stones at another group. The Nagaland Baptist Church Council and various social organizations expressed concern over the rising incidents of electoral violence in the state.
In a statement , the Council called for an immediate end to electoral violence in the state. The Council appealed to all parties to maintain democratic values and to hold a fair and peaceful election. Three women were abused in electoral violence in Makokchung district of the state , while one candidate was attacked and beaten with some youths. The District Administration has imposed Section 144 in the affected areas to overcome the violence and so far 96 FIRs have been lodged.
4.पंजाब नेशनल बैंक ने फिर कहा – नीरव मोदी धोखाधड़ी मामले में देनदारियां चुकाने के लिए उसके पास पर्याप्त परिसंपत्ति :-
पंजाब नेशनल बैंक ने फिर कहा है कि देनदारियां चुकाने के लिए उसके पास पर्याप्त परिसंपत्तियां और पूंजी है। बैंक ने अपनी रेगुलेटरी फाइलिंग में कहा है कि उसने नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चोकसी से बकाया कर्ज वसूलने के लिए सभी वैधानिक तरीके अपनाये।
बैंक ने इन खबरों के बाद ऐसा किया है जिनमें बताया गया था कि नीरव मोदी ने कहा है कि बैंक ने मामले को सार्वजनिक कर वसूली के सभी रास्ते बंद कर दिए हैं।
उधर, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट की सर्वोच्च संस्था भारतीय चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट संस्थान ने ग्यारह हजार चार सौ करोड़ रूपये के धोखाधड़ी मामले में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक और गीतांजलि जेम्स के ऑडिटरों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है। आई सी ए आई ने कहा है कि उसने पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के उप महाप्रबंधक को बुलाया है और धोखाधड़ी से संबंधित ब्यौरा देने को कहा है। संस्थान ने इस मामले में जांच शुरू कर दी है।
Punjab National Bank again said – Neerav Modi has enough assets to pay liabilities in the fraud case :-
Punjab National Bank has again said that it has enough assets and capital to repay the liabilities. In its regulatory filing, the bank has said that it has adopted all legal methods to recover outstanding debt from Neerav Modi and Mehul Choksi.
The bank has done this after the news that it was stated that Neerav Modi has said that the bank has closed all the ways of public tax collection.
On the other hand , the chartered accountant Institute of Chartered Accountants has issued a show-cause notices to the auditors of Punjab National Bank and Gitanjali James in the scam case of Rs 11 thousand 4 hundred crore rupees. ICAI has said that he has called the Deputy General Manager of Punjab National Bank and asked to give details of the fraud. The institute has started investigating this matter.
5.केन्द्रीय सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने उत्तराखण्ड में तीन एफएम परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया :-
केन्द्रीय सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने आज उत्तराखण्ड के पिथौरागढ़ में चंपावत और अल्मोड़ा जिले में आकाशवाणी की तीन एफएम परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। इन दो जगहों पर डेढ़ किलोवॉट का ट्रांसमीटर लगाया जाएगा। इससे पहले उन्होंने वसंतोत्वस मेले में भाग लिया। छह दिन तक चलने वाले इस मेले का उद्देश्य कुमांयू क्षेत्र की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को बढ़ावा देना है।

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani today laid foundation stones of three FM projects of AIR Radio in Champawat and Almora districts of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. In these two places, one and a half kilo watts transmitter will be installed. Earlier, he participated in the Vasantotas Mela. The purpose of this fair for six days is to promote the cultural heritage of the Kumaon region.
6.ईरान में परमाणु कार्यक्रम तय समझौते की सीमा के अनुरूप – आईएईए :-
संयुक्त राष्ट्र की परमाणु वॉचडॉग अंतरराष्ट्रीय परमाणु ऊर्जा एजेंसी (आईएईए) ने अपनी तिमाही रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि ईरान वर्ष 2015 में बड़े देशों के साथ किये गये परमाणु समझौते की शर्तों अनुसार ही अपने परमाणु कार्यक्रमों को चला रहा है।
समाचार एजेंसी रायटर ने जानकारी दी कि आईएईए की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार ईरान ने समझौते के अनुसार यूरेनियम परमाणु भंडार की न्यून संवर्धन की सीमा को पार नहीं किया है और यूरेनियम को तय सीमा 3.67 प्रतिशत से अधिक यूरेनियम संवर्धन नहीं किया। गौरतलब है कि अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ईरान के साथ किये गये परमाणु समझौते को दोषयुक्त मानते हुए कड़ी निंदा कर चुके हैं।
The nuclear program in Iran is in line with the framework of the agreement – IAEA :-
United Nations Atomic Watchdog International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in its quarterly report said that Iran is running its nuclear program according to the conditions of the nuclear deal with the major countries in 2015.
Reuters reported yesterday that according to the IAEA report, Iran has not exceeded the limit of low enrichment of uranium atom as per the agreement, and uranium has not increased uranium enrichment of more than 3.67 percent of the fixed limit. Significantly, US President Donald Trump has condemned the nuclear deal with Iran as faulty and strongly condemned it.
