2.One Nation One Fertilizer Scheme: All types of fertilizers will be sold under the same brand name ‘Bharat’

One Nation One Fertilizer scheme is going to be implemented in the country from October 2, 2022 . Under this scheme all types of fertilizers will be sold in India under the same brand name ‘ Bharat ‘. Also, the government renamed the Fertilizer Subsidy Scheme as Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Fertilizer Project.(Pradhanmantri Bhartiya Janurvarak Pariyojna – PMBJP). After the implementation of this scheme, Bharat Urea, Bharat DAP, Bharat MOP and Bharat NPK will be available in the market under single brand names like Urea, DAP, MOP and NPK etc. It has been said in this plan that private and public sector companies will have to name their products as India and the bag will also have the logo of the Prime Minister’s Indian Fertilizer Project (Pradhanmantri Bhartiya Janurvarak Pariyojna – PMBJP). This new brand name and logo, along with the subsidy title, will be on two-thirds of the printable area on the bag, while one-third will be used for fertilizer companies’ details and its emblem as well as other information as per the regulations.

3.Integrated Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY cards will be issued soon

The Ministry of Health has recently informed that soon the Ayushman card will be implemented in the state logo and state-specific health schemes.It will be co-branded with the flagship health scheme of the Centre. This step has been taken by the government to reduce the confusion among the citizens so that they can know which schemes are applicable for them. According to the Health Ministry, at present about 20 schemes are being run in many states. At present, except Delhi, Odisha and West Bengal, all other states and union territories have agreed to co-brand the cards. After this co-branding, their joint name will be changed to ‘Ayushman Card’. The card will be bilingual in English and the local language. Under the new arrangement, eligible beneficiaries of any government insurance scheme will be able to avail this coverage in any of the 25,000 hospitals empaneled under the central scheme. The central government will provide a cover of ₹5 lakh, and beyond that individual states are free to add to the insurance package. According to the Ministry of Health, about 188.1 million persons have been verified under this scheme till August 17, 2022, out of which updated Ayushman cards have been issued to 141.2 million people.
