1.आरबीआई ने 1 फरवरी से 2017 से निकासी सीमा वापिस ली :-
लोगों को बड़ी राहत देते हुए, आरबीआई ने 01 फरवरी 2017 से एटीएम से निकासी की सीमा समाप्त कर दी है और साथ ही तत्काल प्रभाव से चालू खाता और ओवरड्राफ्ट खाता की सभी सीमाएं भी वापिस ले ली हैं.
2.इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक ने पायलट सेवा शुरू की :-
इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक (IPPB) ने रायपुर और रांची में अपनी पायलट सेवा शुरू करने के साथ अपना संचालन शुरू किया. नए बैंक की चुकता इक्विटी 800 करोड़ रु है, जिसमें से सरकार ने पहले ही 275 करोड़ रु का संचार (infuse) कर लिया है
3.नार्थ ईस्ट इन्वेस्टर्स सम्मिट का पहला संस्करण शिलोंग में संपन्न :-
केंद्रीय कपड़ा मंत्री श्रीमती स्मृति जुबिन ईरानी ने मेघालय के शिलोंग में नार्थ ईस्ट इन्वेस्टर्स सम्मिट के पहले संस्करण का उद्घाटन किया. दो दिवसीय सम्मिट 30 जनवरी 2017 को संपन्न हुई.
4.’BHIM’ ऐप यूज़र्स अब आधार नंबर के ज़रिए भेज सकेंगे पैसे :-
डिजिटल भुगतान ऐप ‘BHIM’ (भारत इंटरफेस फॉर मनी) को आधार से जोड़ा गया है, जिससे यूज़र्स आधार नंबर के ज़रिए पैसे का लेनदेन कर सकेंगे.
5.FGII ने बैंक ऑफ़ महाराष्ट्र के साथ बैंकाश्योरेंस करार किया :-
फ्यूचर जनरली इंडिया इंश्योरेंस कंपनी (FGII) ने पुणे स्थित बैंक ऑफ़ महाराष्ट्र के साथ एक एजेंसी करार की घोषणा की है.
6.एपी सिंह IPPB के अंतरिम एमडी और सीईओ नियुक्त :-
केंद्र ने, लोक एसेट मैनेजमेंट और निवेश विभाग में पूर्व संयुक्त सचिव एपी सिंह को IPPB का अंतरिम प्रबंध निदेशक और सीईओ नियुक्त किया है.

The National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) jointly launched India Innovation Index. Besides country’s first innovation index portal was also launched.
Government introduces alternative funding mechanism of electoral bonds: Budget :-
The Union Government has announced two measures in the Budget 2017-18 to bring in greater transparency in funding of political parties. These include capping cash funding by a single anonymous donor to Rs. 2000 (one tenth of the current limit of Rs 20,000) and introduction of the electoral bonds. It will take effect from 1 April, 2018.
Mahila Shakti Kendra will be set-up at village level: Budget :-
Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in his Budget Speech 2017-18 announced corpus of Rs 500 crore for setting up Mahila Shakti Kendras in the 14 lakh ICDS Anganwadi Centres at village level. These kendras will provide one stop convergent support services for empowering rural women with opportunities for skill development, employment, health, nutrition and digital literacy.
Government notifies new rules for medical devices :-
Under the new rules, manufactures will not be required to renew licenses periodically and submission of applications and grant of licenses will be done online.
India signs $201.50 million Financing Agreement with World Bank for TEQIP III :-
The Union Government has singed Financing Agreement for IDA credit of $201.50 million with World Bank for the ‘Third Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme’ (TEQIP III).
