This group will accelerate the translation of genomic data leading to clinical and public health research using high-level genomic technologies for interventions from clinical and surveillance samples, and clinical assays. Epidemiological and bioinformatics tools for future use in the U.S. and will monitor the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 and other viruses.
