1.अमेरिकी सदन में सबसे लंबा भाषण देकर पेलोसी ने रचा इतिहास :-
अमेरिका सदन में वरिष्ठ डेमोक्रेट सांसद नैंसी पेलोसी ने कम से कम 108 साल पुराने इतिहास को तोड़ते हुये गैर-दस्तावेजी युवा प्रवासियों को स्वदेश भेजने के बचाव में आठ घंटे से भी ज्यादा लंबा भाषण दिया। अगले महीने 78 साल की होने जा रही कैलिफोर्निया की जानी मानी डेमोक्रेटिक सांसद स्थानीय समय के मुताबिक सुबह 10.04 मिनट पर सदन पहुंची और भाषण देना शुरू किया। सांसद ने बोलना शुरू किया और इसके बाद वह लगातार बोलती रहीं। उन्होंने आठ घंटे और सात मिनट तक भाषण दिया और उनका संबोधन शाम छह बज कर 11 मिनट पर समाप्त हुआ। उनके एक सहयोगी के मुताबिक, भाषण के दौरान वह चार इंच की सैंडल पहनी हुयी थी और खड़ी होकर भाषण दे रही थी। इस दौरान उन्होंने सिर्फ पानी पीया। यह अल्पसंख्यक नेता और सदन की पूर्व अध्यक्ष के दृढ़ निश्चय का एक उल्लेखनीय प्रदर्शन है। एक क्लर्क से मिले संदेश को जोर से पढ़ते हुये पेलोसी ने कहा कि मुझे सदन हाउस के एक इतिहासकार से अभी एक संदेश मिला है जिसमें पुष्टि की गयी है कि मैंने कम से कम 1909 के बाद से सदन में सबसे लंबा भाषण का रिकार्ड बनाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे इस बात से काफी आश्चर्य हो रहा है।
Pelosi created history by giving the longest speech in the U.S. House :-
Senior Democrat MP Nancy Pelosi broke the history of at least 108 years in America House, giving an address of more than eight hours in the rescue of non-documented young immigrants. California’s next 78-year-old Democratic MP, according to local time, reached the house at 10.04 am and began to give a speech. The MP started speaking and after that he continued to speak. He spoke for eight hours and seven minutes and his address ended at six and 11 minutes in the evening. According to one of his colleagues, During the speech, he was wearing a four-inch sandal and was standing up to give a speech. During this, they only drink water. This is a remarkable demonstration of the determination of the minority leader and the former president of the House. Reading a message from a clerk, Pelosi said that I received a message from a historian of the House House, which has confirmed that I have made the record of the longest speech in the House since at least 1909. He said that I am very surprised at this.
2.कुंभ से पहले इलाहाबाद की सड़क एवं पानी में चलेंगी इलेक्ट्रिक बसें :-
केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गड़करी ने इलाहबाद में कुंभ से पहले सड़कों पर एवं पानी में इलेक्ट्रिक बसें चलाने की घोषणा की है। श्री गडकरी ने 5632 करोड़ रूपए की लागत वाली पांच परियोजनाओं के शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण समारोह में कहा कि कुंभ से पहले इलाहाबाद में इलेक्ट्रिक बस के साथ ही पानी में भी बसें चलाई जाएगी। केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में जहां देश आगे बढ़ रहा है वहीं मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के कुशल मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश आगे बढ़ रहा है। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा कुंभ के आयोजन की व्यवस्था करना अपने आप में ऐतिहासिक और गौरवपूर्ण है। प्रयाग के कुंभ में देश-विदेश से करोड़ों श्रद्धालु यहां आते हैं। प्रदेश सरकार वर्ष 2019 में होने वाले कुंभ की तैयारी तेजी से कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि हल्दिया से इलाहाबाद तक जल परिवहन शुरू किया जाएगा और इलाहाबाद में पांच रिवर पोर्ट भी बनाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कुंभ से पहले गंगा 80 फीसदी तक अविरल और निर्मल हो जाएगी। सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट का पानी भी गंगा में जाने से रोका जाएगा। गंगा को निर्मल बनाने के लिए ट्रस्ट बनाया गया है जिसमें आम लोग भी स्वेच्छा से अपनी सहभागिता दे सकते हैं।
Electric buses will run in Allahabad’s road and water before Aquarius :-
Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has announced to run electric buses on roads and water before the Aquarius in Allahabad. Shri Gadkari said in the fundraising and inauguration ceremony of five projects worth Rs. 5632 crore, that buses will be run in the water along with an electric bus in Allahabad before the Kumbh. The Union Minister said that while the country is moving forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state is moving forward under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Arranging arrangements for organizing of Kumbh by the state government itself is historic and glorious. Crores of devotees from the country and abroad come here in the Aquarius Prayag. The state government is preparing for the preparation of Kumbha in the year 2019. He said that water transport will be started from Haldia to Allahabad and five river ports will also be constructed in Allahabad. He said that before the Aquarius Ganga will be up to 80 percent irrevocable and clean. Water of sewage treatment will also be prevented from going to the Ganges. A trust has been created to make the Ganga clean, in which the common people can voluntarily give their participation.
3.आर्थिक मामलों की समिति ने उज्ज्वला योजना के लक्षित लाभार्थियों की संख्या बढ़ाने और अतिरिक्त आवंटन को मंजूरी दी :-
मंत्रिमंडल की आर्थिक मामलों की समिति ने प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत लक्षित लाभार्थियों की संख्या पांच करोड़ से बढ़ाकर आठ करोड़ करने और अड़तालीस अरब रुपए के अतिरिक्त आवंटन करने को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह फैसला इस योजना के प्रति ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं में भारी उत्साह और बिना रसोई गैस कनैक्शन वाले परिवारों को इस योजना के दायरे में लाने के उद्देश्य से लिया गया है। इस योजना के संशोधित लक्ष्य को वर्ष 2020 तक हासिल किया जाना है।
Committee of Economic Affairs increased the number of targeted beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme and approved additional allocation :-
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the increase in the number of targeted beneficiaries from five crore to eight crore and additional allocation of forty seven billion rupees under the Prime Minister Ujjwala Scheme. This decision has been taken with the aim of bringing the enormous enthusiasm in the rural areas and the families of the people without LPG connection to the scheme. The revised target of this scheme is to be achieved by 2020
4.भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने मुख्य ब्याज दरों में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया :-
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने लगातार तीसरी बार द्वैमासिक मुद्रानीति समीक्षा में मुख्य ब्याज दरों में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया है। गवर्नर उर्जित पटेल की अध्यक्षता में छह सदस्यीय समिति ने रेपो रेट छह प्रतिशत और रिवर्स रेपोरेट पौने छह प्रतिशत पर यथावत रखा है।

Reserve Bank of India has not made any change in the main interest rates for the third consecutive bimonthly stamping review. Six-member committee, headed by Governor Urjit Patel, kept the repo rate at 6 percent and reverse repo at 6 percent.
5.एक दिवसीय मैच में 200 विकेट लेने वाली पहली महिला क्रिकेटर बनी झूलन गोस्वामी :-
भारत की अनुभवी तेज गेंदबाज झूलन गोस्वामी एकदिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट मैच में 200 विकेट हासिल करने वाली पहली विश्व की पहली महिला क्रिकेटर बन गई हैं। 35 साल की झूलन ने दक्षिण अफ्रीका के खिलाफ तीन मैचों की आईसीसी महिला चैंपियनशिप के दूसरे मैच में बुधवार को लारा वूलवार्ट को आउट कर वनडे में अपना 200वां विकेट पूरा किया। वनडे में 200 विकेट लेने वाले पहले पुरुष गेंदबाज भी भारत के कपिल देव थे। रोचक बात यह है कि कपिल और झूलन दोनों ने अपने करियर के 166वें मैच में ही यह उपलब्धि हासिल की। झूलन पिछले साल मई में वनडे में सबसे अधिक विकेट लेने वाली पहली महिला क्रिकेटर बनी थीं और ऑस्ट्रेलिया की कैथरीन फिट्जपेट्रिक का लगभग एक दशक पुराना रिकॉर्ड तोड़ा था।
Jhulan Goswami becomes the first woman cricketer to take 200 wickets in ODI :-
India’s experienced fast bowler Jhulan Goswami has become the first woman cricketer in the world to achieve 200 wickets in one-day internationals. The 35-year-old Jhulan finished the 200th wicket in ODIs after Lara Woolwart out in the second match of the ICC Women’s Championship against South Africa on Wednesday. The first male bowler to take 200 wickets in ODIs was Kapil Dev of India. Interestingly, both Kapil and Jhulan have achieved this feat in the 166th match of their career. Jhulan had become the first woman cricketer to take the most wickets in ODIs in May last year and broke Australia’s Catherine Fitzpatrick nearly a decade-old record.
6.रियर एडमिरल मुकुल अस्थाना, एनएम ने सहायक मुख्य नेवल स्टाफ (एअर) का कार्यभार संभाला :-
रियर एडमिरल मुकुल अस्थाना, एनएम को नई दिल्ली में सहायक मुख्य नेवल स्टाफ (एअर) के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्हें भारतीय नौ सेना की कार्यकारी शाखा में 1986 में कमीशन दिया गया था। वे नौ सेना अकादमी से स्नातक और उन्होंने 141 पायलट कोर्स किए हैं तथा उन्हें वायु सेना अकादमी में जून, 1988 को विंग प्रदान की गई थी। अनुभवी पायलट होने के तौर पर उन्होंने चार प्रकार के हवाई जहाज उडाए हैं और भारतीय नेवल एअर स्कवेड्रन 551, 550 और 310 आई डब्ल्यू में परिचालनिक तथा पर्यवेक्षी पदों पर भी काम किया है। उन्होंने सन 2000 में डिफेन्स सर्विसेस स्टाफ कॉलेज, वेलिंगडन में कमाण्ड और स्टाफ कोर्स किया है तथा 2009 में मुम्बई में हायर कमाण्ड कोर्स और नेवल वार कॉलेज में भी भाग लिया।
Rear Admiral Mukul Asthana, N.M. took over as Assistant Chief Naval Staff (Air) :-
Rear Admiral Mukul Asthana, NM has been appointed as Assistant Chief Naval Staff (Air) in New Delhi. He was commissioned in the executive branch of the Indian Navy in 1986. He graduated from the Naval Academy and he did 141 pilot courses and was given wings in the Air Force Academy in June 1988. As an experienced pilot, he has evacuated four types of aircrafts and has also worked on operational and supervisory positions in Indian Naval Air Squadron 551, 550 and 310 IW. He did the Command and Staff Course in Defense Services Staff College, Wellington, in 2000 and participated in the Higher Command Course and Naval War College in Mumbai in 2009.
7.रियर एडमिरल एस.सी. वर्मा, वीएसएम ने नौसेना सहायक प्रमुख (विशेष पनडुब्बी परियोजना) का कार्यभार संभाला :-
रियर एडमिरल एस.सी. वर्मा, वीएसएम ने नई दिल्ली में एकीकृत मुख्यालय रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना) में नौसेना सहायक प्रमुख (विशेष पनडुब्बी परियोजना) का कार्यभार संभाल लिया। वे राष्ट्रीय रक्षा अकादमी, पुणे, भारत (1986), डिफेंस सर्विसेज स्टॉफ कॉलेज, वेलिंग्टन, भारत (2002) और नैवल वॉर कॉलेज, मुंबई, भारत (2009) के स्नातक हैं।
उन्हें 01 जुलाई, 1987 को भारतीय नौसेना में कमीशन प्राप्त हुआ था। उन्होंने 1993 में नेविगेशन और डायरेक्शन में विशेषज्ञता प्राप्त की थी। उन्होंने फॉक्सट्रॉट और किलो क्लास पनडुब्बी में विशेषज्ञ के रूप में काम किया और आईएनएस सिंधुरत्न, आईएनएस सिंधुराज में कार्यकारी अधिकारी के तौर पर अपनी सेवाएं दीं। इसके अलावा उन्होंने आईएनएस सिंधुकेसरी, आईएनएस राजपुर और आईएनएस रंजीत की कमान भी संभाली।
Rear Admiral SC Verma, VSM takes over as Naval Assistant Chief (Special Submarine Project) :-
Rear Admiral SC Verma , VSM took charge of Naval Assistant Chief (special submarine project) in the Ministry of Defense (Navy), the headquarters of the Unified Headquarters in New Delhi. He is a graduate of National Defense Academy, Pune, India (1986), Defense Services Staff College, Wellington, India (2002) and Naval War College, Mumbai, India (2009).
He was commissioned on July 1, 1987 in the Indian Navy. He specialized in navigation and direction in 1993. He worked as an expert in Foxtrot and Kilo class submarine and served as Executive Officer in INS Sindhuratna, INS Sindhuraj. In addition, he took over the command of INS Sindhukesari, INS Rajpur and INS Ranjit.
