1.राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी ने चुना ‘लकी’ करोड़पति, पीएम मोदी करेंगे सम्मानित :-
(I)डिजिटल लेन-देन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए शुरु की गयी की ‘लकी ग्राहक योजना’ के एक करोड़ रुपये पुरस्कार वाले मेगा लकी ड्रॉ का विजेता सेंट्रल बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का ग्राहक होगा।
(II)राष्ट्रपति प्रणव मुखर्जी ने रविवार को राष्ट्रपति भवन में हुए मेगा ड्रॉ में उस लकी ट्रांजेक्शन का चयन किया जिसे करने वाले व्यक्ति को यह विशाल पुरस्कार राशि मिलेगी। इस लकी ग्राहक का नाम फिलहाल उजागर नहीं किया गया है।
2.राष्ट्रपति मुखर्जी ने सभी नागरिकों से एक कम नकदी भारत केे मिशन को प्रचुर समर्थन देने का आग्रह किया :-
(I)राष्ट्रपति श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी ने सभी नागरिकों से एक कम नकदी भारत केे मिशन को प्रचुर समर्थन देने का आग्रह किया है।
(II)उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के सभी प्रयास अपने लक्ष्यों में तभी सफल हो सकते हैं जब लोग उनका अनुपालन सक्रियता पूर्वक करें।
(III)राष्ट्रपति श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी आज (9 अप्रैल, 2017) राष्ट्रपति भवन में लक्की ग्राहक योजना एवं डिजी धन व्यापार योजना के लिए 100वें मेगा ड्रॉ के अवसर पर संबोधित कर रहे थे।
3.भारतीय मूल की महिला लंदन कोर्ट की पहली अश्वेत जज :-
(I)भारतीय मूल की एक महिला लंदन के ओल्ड बेली कोर्ट में पहली अश्वेत जज बनी हैं। अनुजा रवींद्र धीर अदालत में सबसे कम उम्र की सर्किट जज भी हैं।
(II)49 वर्षीय धीर ने पिछले हफ्ते ही अपने बचपन की कई घटनाओं को साझा करते हुए बताया था कि जब वह हाई स्कूल में थीं तो उन्हें एक बार शिक्षक ने हेयरड्रेसिंग का कॅरियर अपनाने को कहा था।
4.पीएम से मिले सीएम योगी, बुंदेलखंड-पूर्वांचल के विकास के लिए मांगी मदद :-
(I)किसानों को कर्ज माफी की सौगात देने के बाद उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने राज्य के पिछड़े क्षेत्रों- बुंदेलखंड और पूर्वाचल में विकास के लिए केंद्र सरकार से धन की मांग की है।
(II)योगी ने रविवार को अंतर्राज्यीय परिषद की स्थायी समिति की बैठक में यह मांग उठायी।
(III)सूत्रों के मुताबिक योगी ने बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि सभी राज्यों को विभिन्न विकास गतिविधियों के लिए अधिक धन राशि मिलनी चाहिए। उन्होंने विकास के मानकों पर पिछड़े पूर्वाचल और बुंदेलखंड के विकास के लिए अधिक धनराशि देने की मांग भी की।
5.जीडीपी के मामले में भारत दुनिया की 7वीं सबसे बड़ी पर्यटन अर्थव्यवस्था :-
(I)विश्व यात्रा और पर्यटन परिषद (WTTC) 2016 की एक नई रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, देश के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) में कुल योगदान के मामले में भारत का यात्रा और पर्यटन क्षेत्र दुनिया में 7 वें स्थान पर है.
(II)आंकड़ों के अनुसार, भारत के यात्रा और पर्यटन क्षेत्र ने 2016 में 14.1 ट्रिलियन (208.9 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर) उत्पादित किया, जो कि पूर्ण आकार के मामले में दुनिया में 7 वां सबसे अधिक है|
(III)यह राशि भारत के जीडीपी के 9.6% के बराबर है. इस सूची में अमेरिका शीर्ष पर है जिसके बाद चीन और जर्मनी क्रमशः दूसरे और तीसरे नंबर पर हैं.
6.UPI transactions rise 20% in March :-
Digital transactions worth more than ₹2,000 crore were conducted in March using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) platform developed by the National Payments Corporation of India, according to an official statement.“Over 18 million people have downloaded Bharat Interface for Money or the BHIM App, creating a new world record.

Paytm’s e-marketplace, Paytm Mall, is rolling out a new feature that will allow consumers to place online orders at physical stores using QR Code.
The move, the company said, is aimed at smartphone users, mainly beyond the metros, who still do not shop online.
9.Sisi declares three-month state of emergency in Egypt :-
Mr. Sisi announced the “state of emergency for three months” in a defiant speech at the presidential palace after a meeting of the national defence council.The Islamic State group had claimed responsibility for the church bombings in the Nile Delta cities of Alexandria and Tanta in which at least 44 people were killed.

The Election Commission, late on Sunday night, cancelled the by-election to the Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar Assembly constituency in Chennai, based on evidence of large scale bribing of voters by the ruling AIADMK (Amma) among other parties and candidates.
11.Every 5-7 years we must bring in new notes, says Gandhi :-
