State Bank of India, the largest public sector bank, has introduced facility of withdrawing cash without any card in its 16500 SBI ATM for its customers. Yono Cash facility has been provided to cardless cash withdrawal through YONO app. The ATMs that work on this feature will be called Yono Cash Points.

Yono Cash has been launched with YONO SBI, which is India’s first integrated banking and lifestyle platform, which makes SBI the first bank to provide such facility.

Cardless withdrawals are not afraid to forget or lose the card, SBI is convinced that it will be happy to provide more protection and comfort to the customers through the Yono Cash feature. The cash withdrawal process is protected in two ways through the Yono Cash. First of all, customers have to install the Yono app in their phone and the second transaction has to set a 6-digit Yono Cash PIN. YONO can run in Android and iOS phones and it can also be run via a browser on the web.

In the cash withdrawal process, 6 digit code will be sent to the customer’s registered mobile number by the message, which can be taken out within 30 minutes using the cash flow at the nearest Yono Cash Point.

Speaking on the launch, SBI Chairman Rajneesh Kumar said, ‘Yono Cash is a step towards our goal of enhancing the facility for our customers and improving the banking experience. With this step, the ATM will remove the concerns regarding withdrawal of cash using the debit card. This feature of YONO has been prepared to remove any debit card cash.

With this he said that ‘through the Yono we are making the digital by integrating the transaction process in the next two years.’

3.SBI gives loan facility on FD: know how to raise the benefit and how much interest will be given:-

State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank, offers the facility of taking loans against fixed deposit (FD) accounts. The interest rate on this is lesser than the normal loan. This information is recorded on the official website of SBI. Under this facility, SBI provides the facility of taking loans without any FD loan to its customers.

Customers who have Fixed Deposit or Special Fixed Deposit Account in SBI Bank are open, they can take advantage of this facility, for which they will have to go to the nearest bank branch. However, the online facility is limited to the overdraft facility only. Customers will have to go to SBI’s branch for a demand loan.

How to Raise the Benefits of the Facility?

Customers can log on to SBI Internet Banking website – OnlineBSBI.com and log in with the help of their ID and password. Overdraft facility on Fixed Deposit is available under e-Fixed Deposit tab. Alternatively, customers can contact the branch to take advantage of this facility.

How much amount can you take in the loan?

You can take a minimum amount of Rs 25,000 under overdraft through online deposit on fixed deposit. At the same time, you can take a maximum of 50 million rupees through overdraft through online deposits on fixed deposits. According to the SBI website, there is no limit on the advance loan on the branches.

Margins: Under the loan facility of SBI on Fixed Deposit, customers can take loans equal to 90% of the amount deposited in their Fixed Deposit Account. At the same time, you can take loan equal to 75% of the amount under the overdraft loan facility. At the branch level, customers can take 90% of the security value as a demand loan or overdraft facility.

Interest rate and processing fees: Under this facility, interest rate of 1 percent is applicable on fixed deposits. SBI lends zero deposit on fixed deposit to processing fee.

Repayment Period: The period of repayment of loans taken through the branches is fixed on the basis of the repayment capacity of the debtor. The maximum fixed period of repayment of debt on special fixed deposits is 5 years and fixed deposit is three years. This period applies to online overdraft receiving.
