भारत ने तालिबान को बिना किसी पूर्व शर्त के शांति प्रक्रिया में शामिल करने के अफगानिस्तान सरकार के प्रस्ताव का समर्थन किया है। भारत ने विश्व समुदाय से इन प्रयासों का समर्थन करने का भी आह्वान किया। संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद में भारत के स्थाई प्रतिनिधि सैय्यद अकबरुद्दीन ने परिषद को बताया कि इससे बच्चों और महिलाओं सहित सभी अफगान नागरिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा होगी।

2.भारत ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार आयुक्त की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट में कश्मीर की स्थिति पर टिप्पणी का किया कड़ा विरोध :-
संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार परिषद में भारत के स्थायी प्रतिनिधि राजकुमार चंदर ने कहा कि श्री हुसैन की टिप्पणी जम्मू-कश्मीर की स्थिति के अनुरूप नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि रिपोर्ट में सीमा पार आतंकवाद का कोई जिक्र नहीं है।
India has commented on the status of Kashmir in the Annual Report of the United Nations Human Rights Commission, strongly opposed :-
India has strongly opposed the remarks made by United Nations Human Rights Commissioner Jade Raid Al Hussein on the situation of Kashmir. He commented on the events related to human rights during the UN Human Rights Council session in Geneva, and verbally on the condition of Kashmir.
India’s permanent representative of the United Nations Human Rights Council, Rajkumar Chander said that the comment of Mr. Hussain is not in accordance with the situation of J & K. He said that there is no mention of cross-border terrorism in the report.
3.त्रिपुरा में बिप्लब कुमार देब ने ली 10वें मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ :-
त्रिपुरा में भारतीय जनता पार्टी नेता बिप्लब कुमार देब ने राज्य के 10वें मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली। अगरतला के असम राइफल्स ग्राउंड में आयोजित समारोह में राज्यपाल तथागत रॉय ने उन्हें पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलायी। श्री जिष्णु देब बर्मन ने उप-मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में शपथ ली। सात अन्य मंत्रियों को भी शपथ दिलायी गई। यह पहला अवसर है, जब भाजपा और उसके सहयोगी आईपीएफटी ने पहली बार मुख्यमंत्री पद संभाला है।
इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी, भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह, वरिष्ठ पार्टी नेता- लालकृष्ण आडवाणी और मुरली मनोहर जोशी, गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र विकास मंत्री डॉ. जितेन्द्र सिंह और भाजपा शासित राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्री भी उपस्थित थे।

In Tripura, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bipal Kumar Deb took oath as the 10th Chief Minister of the state. In the ceremony held at Agartala’s Assam Rifles Ground, Governor Tathagat Roy administered him oath of office and secrecy. Mr. Jishnu Deb Burman took oath as Deputy Chief Minister. Seven other ministers were also sworn in. This is the first time that the BJP and its allies, the IPF, have taken the first time to the post of Chief Minister.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah, senior party leader LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, North Eastern Region Development Minister Dr. Jitender Singh and Chief Minister of BJP ruled states were also present.
Prime Minister congratulated the victorious legislators He assured the people of the state that their hopes and aspirations will be fulfilled. Shri Modi urged the Opposition to give the information of his experience to the new Council of Ministers keeping in view the overall development of the state.
4.तेलुगुदेशम पार्टी के अशोक गजपति राजू और वाईएस चौधरी ने आंध्रप्रदेश को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा दिये जाने के मुद्दे पर केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल से त्याग-पत्र दिया :-
नागरिक विमानन मंत्री अशोक गजपति राजू तथा विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी राज्य मंत्री वाई. एस. चौधरी ने अपने त्याग-पत्र प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को सौंप दिये। तेलुगुदेशम पार्टी के दोनों नेताओं ने प्रधानमंत्री निवास पर श्री मोदी से मुलाकात की और उन्हें अपने इस्तीफे सौंपे।
इससे पहले, प्रधानमंत्री ने आंध्र प्रदेश को विशेष दर्जा दिये जाने को लेकर चल रहे विवाद के बीच राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री और तेलुगुदेशम पार्टी प्रमुख एन. चंद्रबाबू नायडू से बात की।
इस बीच, आंध्रप्रदेश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी के दो मंत्रियों- डॉ० कामनेनी श्रीनिवास और पाइडिकोंडला मानिक्याला राव ने भी राज्य मंत्रिमंडल से इस्तीफा दे दिया है।
Telugu Desam Party’s Ashok Gajapati Raju and YS Chaudhary resigned from the Union Cabinet on the issue of giving special status to Andhra Pradesh :-
Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapati Raju and Minister of State for Science and Technology Y s. Chaudhary handed over his resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both the leaders of the Telugu Desam Party met Shri Modi at the Prime Minister’s residence and handed them their resignations.
Prior to this, the Prime Minister has given a special status to Andhra Pradesh, in the ongoing dispute between the state chief minister and Telugu Desam Party chief N. Talked to Chandrababu Naidu.
Meanwhile, two ministers of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Andhra Pradesh – Dr. Kamneni Srinivas and Paidikondla Manikanya Rao – have also resigned from the state cabinet.
5.नगालैंड में एनडीपीपी के नेफियू रियु ने मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली, भाजपा के वाई पाटन उपमुख्यमंत्री बने :-
पीपुल्स डेमोक्रेटिक एलायंस के नेता नेफियू रियो नगालैंड के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप मं शपथ ली। वे चौथी बार राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री बने हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी नेता वाई पाटन ने उपमुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली।
कोहिमा लोकल ग्राउंड में राज्यपाल पी बी आचार्य ने श्री रियो, वाई पाटन और दस कैबिनट मंत्रियों को पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई।
शपथ लेने वाले दस कैबिनेट मंत्रियों में तीन एनडीपीपी के, पांच भारतीय जनता पार्टी के, एक जनता दल यूनाइटेड और एक निर्दलीय विधायक शामिल हैं। शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में रक्षामंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन, भाजपा अध्यक्ष अमित शाह, गृहराज्यमंत्री किरेन रिजिजू, भाजपा महासचिव राममाधव के अलावा असम, मणिपुर अरुणाचल प्रदेश और मेघालय के मुख्यमंत्री शामिल हुए। नगालैंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री टी. आर. ज़ेलियांग भी इस अवसर पर मौजूद थे।
NDPP’s Nafiyu Reu took oath as the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Y. Patton of BJP became the Deputy Chief Minister :-
Neiphiu Rio, leader of the People’s Democratic Alliance, was sworn in as Chief Minister of Nagaland. He became the Chief Minister of the state for the fourth time. Bharatiya Janata Party leader Y Patan took the oath of office of Deputy Chief Minister.
In Kohima Local Ground Governor PB Acharya administered oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Rio, Y Patan and ten cabinet ministers.
Among the ten cabinet ministers who took the oath included three NDPPs, five Bharatiya Janata Party, one Janata Dal United and one independent legislator. In the ceremony, the Chief Minister of Assam, Manipur Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya joined Defense Minister Nirmala Sitaraman, BJP President Amit Shah, Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju and BJP General Secretary Ramamdhaw. Former Nagaland Chief Minister T.R. Zeliang was also present on this occasion.
6.अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रम्प इस साल मई तक उत्तर कोरिया के नेता किम जोंग उन से करेंगे मुलाकात :-

अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति डॉनल्ड ट्रम्प इस साल मई तक उत्तर कोरिया के नेता किम जोंग उन से मुलाकात करेंगे। दक्षिण कोरिया के राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा प्रमुख चुंग उई-योंग ने वाशिंगटन में दक्षिण कोरिया और उत्तर कोरिया के बीच बातचीत के बारे में व्हाइट हाउस के अधिकारियों को अवगत कराने के बाद यह बात कही। श्री चुंग ने यह भी कहा कि उत्तर कोरिया के नेता किम जोंग उन ने वादा किया है कि उनका देश आगे कोई परमाणु या मिसाइल परीक्षण नहीं करेगा।

7.अब तक सिर्फ 16.65 करोड़ पैन और 87.79 बैंक अकाउंट ही हुए लिंक :-
नई दिल्ली। आधार को अपने अहम दस्तावेजों के साथ जोड़ने की आखिरी तारीख नजदीक आती जा रही है। सरकार लगातार लोगों से कह रही है कि वो परेशानी से बचने के लिए तय तारीख से पहले अपने आधार को लिंक करा ले। लेकिन अभी तक की स्थिति संतोषजनक नहीं है। अभी तक सिर्फ 16.65 करोड़ पैन कार्ड और 87.79 करोड़ बैंक खाते ही आधार के साथ जुड़ पाए हैं। यह जानकारी आज संसद में वित्त राज्यमंत्री शिव प्रताप शुक्ला ने दी है। लोकसभा में एक लिखित प्रश्न के उत्तर में उन्होंने बताया कि 5 मार्च तक आधार को पैन से जोड़े जाने की जो संख्या है वो सिर्फ 16,65,82,421 है। वहीं दो मार्च के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक सिर्फ 87.79 बैंक खाते (करेंट अकाउंट और सेविंग अकाउंट) ही ऐसे हैं जो कि आधार से लिंक कराए गए हैं। वहीं मार्च 2 तक कुल 6,811 आधार एनरोल्मेंट और अपडेशन सेंटर बैंक ब्रांच में संचालित कर दिए गए हैं।

This information was given by the Minister of State for Finance, Shiv Pratap Shukla in Parliament today. In response to a written question in the Lok Sabha, he said that the number of connections to the base by March 5 is only 16,65,82,421. According to data of March 2, only 87.79 bank accounts (current accounts and savings accounts) are those which have been linked to the base. At the same time, till March 2, 6,811 base enrollment and updation centers have been operated in the bank branch.
