1.Death rate from corona crosses one lakh, more than 64 lakh infected, recovery rate of patients also increased:- India has joined three countries in the world where more than one lakh people have died due to corona infection. More than 2.12 lakh people in America and 1.44 lakh people in Brazil have been killed by this epidemic. The first death from an epidemic in India occurred on 12 March. After that, the death toll reached one lakh in 203 days. The relief is that despite much investigation, there is a steady decline in new cases and a large number of patients are recovering. Nevertheless, there is a continuation of the deaths of more than a thousand patients every day, with the highest number of deaths occurring in Maharashtra.

2.Railtel Corporation of India to bring Rs 700 crore IPO, draft red herring prospectus filed with SEBI:- RailTel Corporation of India has filed its draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with capital market regulator SEBI for its initial public offering (IPO) on 29 September. Railtel Corporation is one of the largest providers of neutral telecommunications infrastructure services. According to sources, this will help the company to raise about Rs 700 crore.RailTel is a Category 1 Mini-Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, wholly owned by the Government of India under the administrative control of the Ministry of Railways. The purpose is to disinvest the government’s stake, so the company will not receive any income from the proposal.

3.Schools to open after October 15, students of class X and XII to be called first; Know what else is special:- After getting the Centre’s approval to open the school which was closed due to the risk of corona infection, after October 15, the preparations to open them have been speeded up. Currently, they will be opened in a phased manner. First the students of tenth and twelfth will be called to school. Anyway, only a few months remain for their board exams. In such a situation, calling them a school will complete their practical and remaining courses. After coming to new classes due to Corona crisis, these children have not come to school for a single day so far.

5.Bhumi Pujan will be done on October 6 for Ramlila:- Ayodhya: On 6 October, MP and senior BJP leader Pravesh Sahib Singh Verma will perform Bhoomipujan on the premises of the famous Peeth Laxmankila on Saryu coast for Ramlila of Ramnagri, which is fitted with film stars. Bhoomipujan will also include Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay. According to organizing committee chairman Subhash Malik, this Ramlila Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, The work is being done in collaboration with Minister of Culture Department Neelkanth Tiwari and Ayodhya Research Institute and all preparations for Ramlila have been completed. He informed that water and soil are coming from Ashok Vatika in Sri Lanka for Bhoomi Pujan. Ramlila’s Ramlila rehearsals are also going on in Delhi and Mumbai. Ramlila is proposed from 17 to 25 October. The Chief Guest of the inauguration ceremony will be the State Culture Minister Neelkanth Tiwari. Rakesh Bedi, who is rehearsing Vibhishan’s role in Ramlila, told that Ayodhya’s Ramlila will be very grand and very unimpressive. Ramleela will be seen in the role of MP and film star Manoj Tiwari Angad and another MP and film star Ravikishan Bharat.

7.Finance Ministry will start budget preparation process from October 16:- The Finance Ministry will start the process of budget making for 2021-22 from October 16. A notification regarding this was issued on Thursday. This will be the second term of the Narendra Modi government and the third budget of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. In the budget, measures will have to be taken to deal with issues like decline in economic growth and reduction in revenue collection due to Kovid-19 crisis. According to the Budget Circular (2021-22) of the Budget Unit of the Department of Economic Affairs, ‘Meetings on Pre-Budget / Revised Estimates (RE) will begin from October 16, 2020’. The circular states that all financial advisors should ensure that all the necessary details related to these meetings included in Appendices One to Seven are included in the RE module of the UBIS (Central Budget Information System).
