1.बैंक चेकबुक सुविधा वापस लेने का कोई प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन नहीं :-
मीडिया के एक वर्ग में इस आशय की खबरें आ रही हैं कि केन्द्र सरकार डिजिटल लेन-देन को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से निकट भविष्य में बैंक चेकबुक सुविधा वापस ले सकती है।
हालांकि, इस बात से इन्कार किया जाता है कि बैंक चेकबुक सुविधा वापस लेने का कोई भी प्रस्ताव सरकार के विचाराधीन है।
No proposal to withdraw bank check book facility is under consideration :-
In a section of the media, news of the implication is that the Central Government can withdraw bank check book facility in the near future with the aim of promoting digital transactions. However, it is denied that any proposal to withdraw bank check book facility is under the government’s consideration.
2.श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री ने राष्ट्रhपति से मुलाकात की :-
श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री श्री रानिल विक्रमसिंघे ने (23 नवंबर, 2017) राष्ट्रकपति भवन में राष्ट्रयपति श्री राम नाथ कोविंद से मुलाकात की।
भारत में श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री का स्वा गत करते हुए राष्ट्रaपति महोदय ने कहा कि भारत एक स्थिर और समृद्ध श्रीलंका के निर्माण के उनके विजन का समर्थन करता है।
राष्ट्रशपति महोदय ने विश्वन के साथ श्रीलंका की सक्रिय भागीदारी में श्री विक्रमसिंघे की सकारात्मऔक भूमिका की भी सराहना की।
Sri Lankan Prime Minister met the President :-
Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mr. Ranil Vikramsinghe met President Shri Ram Nath Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhawan today (November 23, 2017).
Welcoming Sri Lankan Prime Minister to India, the President said that India supports their vision of building a stable and prosperous Sri Lanka. The President also appreciated Mr. Vikramasinghe’s positive role in the active participation of Sri Lanka with the world.
3.प्रधानमंत्री ने साइबर स्पेणस पर पांचवें वैश्विक सम्मे लन-2017 का उद्घाटन किया :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रस मोदी ने नई दिल्ली में साइबर स्पे्स पर पांचवें वैश्विक सम्मेमलन का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर श्रीलंका के प्रधानमंत्री महामहिम श्री रानिल विक्रमसिंघे, इलेक्ट्रॉ निक तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और कानून तथा विधि मंत्री श्री रविशंकर प्रसाद, दूरसंचार राज्य मंत्री (स्व तंत्र प्रभार) श्री मनोज सिन्हाॉ, पर्यटन, इलेक्ट्रो निक्सस तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी राज्यम मंत्री श्री के.जे. अल्फोंनस तथा अंतर्राष्ट्रीथय दूरसंचार यूनियन के महासचिव श्री हॉउ लीन झाओ तथा अन्यद गणमान्य् अतिथि उपस्थित थे।
प्रधानमंत्री ने उमंग एप भी लॉन्चा किया। इसका उद्देश्य् एक ही मोबाइल एप पर 162 सरकारी सेवाओं को लाना है, ताकि हमारे नागरिकों के मोबाइल फोन पर सरकारहॉउ की पहुंच हो सके।
Prime Minister inaugurated Fifth Global Summit-2014 on Cyber Speciation :-
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the fifth Global Conference on Cyber Space in New Delhi. Sri Lankan Prime Minister Mr. Ranil Vikramsinghe, Electronic and Information Technology and Law and Law Minister Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister of State for Telecommunications (Managing Director) Mr. Manoj Sinha, Minister of State for Tourism, Electronics and Information Technology, Shri K.J. Alfonz and General Secretary of the International Telecommunication Union, Mr. Hau Leen Zhao and other dignitaries were present.
4.तीन राष्ट्रों के राजदूतों ने भारत के राष्ट्रपति को अपने परिचय पत्र प्रस्तुत किये :-
(23-11-2017) राष्ट्रपति भवन में आयोजित समारोह में स्वीडन, नाइजीरिया और संयुक्त राज्य के राजदूतों ने भारत के राष्ट्रपति श्री राम नाथ कोविंद को अपने परिचय पत्र प्रस्तुत किये।

Function held in Rashtrapati Bhavan, the ambassadors of Sweden, Nigeria and United States presented their introduction to President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind.

5.गृह मंत्रालय कल बहु-राज्यीय मॉक सुनामी अभ्यास 2017 का संचालन करेगा :-
गृह मंत्रालय राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एनडीएमए) और भारतीय राष्ट्रीय महासागर सूचना सेवा केन्द्र (आईएनसीओआईएस) के सहयोग से कल सुनामी तैयारी को लेकर एक बहु-राज्यीय मॉक अभ्यास का संचालन करेगा।
यह अभ्यास 4 राज्यों – पं.बंगाल, ओडिशा, आंध्र प्रदेश और तमिलनाडु औऱ केंद्र शासित प्रदेश पुद्दुचेरी समेत पूरे पूर्वी तट पर संचालित किया जाएगा। आपदा की स्थिति, अंडमान तथा निकोबार द्वीप समूह के पास एक उच्च तीव्रता वाले भूकंप के कारण पैदा होने वाली सुनामी तरंगों के अनुरूप होगी जो पूर्वी तट पर एक बड़े सुनामी की तरह प्रतीत होगी।
The Home Ministry will now administer multi-state mock tsunami practice 2017 :-
The Home Ministry will conduct a multi-state mock practice with the help of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the Indian National Ocean Information Service Center (INCOIS) tomorrow for the preparation of Tsunami.
This exercise will be conducted on the entire East coast including 4 States – Pangal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry. The situation of the disaster will be similar to the tsunami waves arising due to a high intensity earthquake near the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, which would seem like a big tsunami on the east coast.
6.आईएफएफआई गोवा 2017 में ‘सेक्रेट सुपरस्टाkर’ एवं ‘हिन्दीन मीडियम’ की स्क्री निंग के साथ नेत्रहीनों के लिए ‘एसेसिबल फिल्स्n ’ खंड का आगाज :-
आईएफएफआई गोवा 2017 में ‘एसेसिबल फिल्स्ड ’ पर एक खंड है जिसकी शुरुआत आज ‘सेक्रेट सुपरस्टाकर’ एवं ‘हिन्दील मीडियम’ की स्क्री निंग के साथ हुई। दिल्लीi स्थित एक संगठन-सक्षम ने इन फिल्मों् में श्रव्यं निरूपण एवं उसी भाषा की सबटाइटिलिंग जोड़ दी है जिससे कि इन फिल्मोंा को वधिरों एवं नेत्रहीनों समेत सभी लोगों के लिए सुगम बनाई जा सके।
‘टीम सक्षम’ आज एक संवाददाता सम्मे लन के दौरान मीडिया से रूबरू हुई। संवाददाता सम्मेोलन में सुश्री रूमी के सेठ (प्रबंधक संस्थासपक ट्रस्टी-सक्षम), श्री दीपेंद्र मनोचा (संस्थासपक ट्रस्टीम-सक्षम), श्री नरेन्द्रि जोशी (श्रव्य निरूपक एवं स्क्रिप्टंराइटर) तथा श्री तह हाजिक (सदस्य। सचिव, संजय सेंटर फॉर स्पेकशल एजुकेशन, गोवा) ने हिस्सा लिया जिन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्री य फिल्मि समारोह में इन फिल्मोंच के इन संस्कयरणों के सृजन एवं स्क्री निंग में महत्वापूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।
‘Accessible Films’ section for blind people with screening of ‘Secret Superstars’ and ‘Hindi Medium’ in IFFI Goa 2017 :-
IFFI Goa is a segment on ‘Accessible Films’ in 2017, which started today with the screening of ‘Secret Superstar’ and ‘Hindi Medium’. An organization based in Delhi, competent has added subtitling of audio and video in these films, so that these films can be made accessible to all the people including those with vestiges and visually impaired.
The ‘Team Enabled’ became a media buzz during a press conference today. 7.भारतीय रेल ने ‘बिजली ट्रैक्शन ऊर्जा बिल‘ में बड़ी बचत हासिल की :-
बिजली ट्रैक्शयन ऊर्जा बिल घटाने की प्रमुख रणनीति अपनाते हुए भारतीय रेल को खुली पहुंच व्यiवस्थास (ओपन एक्सेयस) के अंतर्गत सामान्यि कारोबार (बीएयू) मोड में सीधे बिजली खरीदने से अप्रैल 2015 से अक्टूपबर 2017 तक 5636 करोड़ रुपये की संचयी बचत हुई है। यह संचयी आंकड़ा चालू वित्तख वर्ष के अंत तक यानी मार्च 2018 तक बढ़कर 6927 करोड़ रूपये हो सकता है। यह निर्धारित लक्ष्य से हजार करोड़ रुपये अधिक है।
इन मदों में अनुमानित बचत से संकेत मिलता है कि दस वर्ष (2015-2025) में 41,000 करोड़ रुपये की संचयी बचत बिजली ट्रैक्शतन बिल में हो सकती है। इसे भारतीय रेल का मिशन- 41,000 नाम दिया गया है।
Indian Railways achieved big savings in ‘Electricity Traction Energy Bill’ :-
Considering the major strategies for reducing the power traction energy bill, the Indian Railways has been able to achieve the cumulative savings of 5636 crores from April 2015 to October 2017 by purchasing direct power in normal turnover (BAU) mode under open access. This cumulative figure could go up to Rs 6,927 crore by the end of the current financial year i.e. March 2018. It is more than thousand crore more than the target set.
Estimated savings in these items indicate that the cumulative savings of Rs 41,000 crore in ten years (2015-2025) can be in the electricity traction bill. It has been given the mission of Indian Railways – 41,000.
8.भारती परिवार देगा 7,000 करोड़ रुपए का दान, गरीब छात्रों के लिए खोलेगा यूनीवर्सिटी :-
देश की प्रमुख टेलिकॉम कंपनी एयरटेल के चेयरमैन सुनील मित्तल ने बताया कि भारती परिवार ने परोपकारी कार्यों के लिए 7,000 करोड़ रुपए दान में देने का फैसला किया है। इतना ही नहीं उनका परिवार मेधावी, लेकिन वंचित छात्रों को मुफ्त शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए एक नया विश्वविद्यालय भी खोलेगा।
भारती परिवार ने अपनी निजी संपत्ति का 10 फीसद हिस्सा देने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई है। इसमें दूरसंचार कंपनी भारती एयरटेल का 3 फीसद हिस्सा भी शामिल है। 7,000 करोड़ रुपए की दान राशि से उत्तर भारत में एक नया तकनीक विश्वविद्यालय खोला जाएगा। जबकि इसके कुछ हिस्से का इस्तेमाल मौजूदा सत्य भारती स्कूल कार्यक्रम-भारती फाउंडेशन की प्रमुख पहल के विस्तार के लिए किया जाएगा।
Bharti’s family will donate Rs 7,000 crore, university will open for poor students :-
Sunil Mittal, chairman of the country’s leading telecom company Airtel, said that the Bharti family has decided to donate Rs 7,000 crore for philanthropic activities. Not only that, his family will be meritorious, but a new university will also open for providing free education to the disadvantaged students.
How much donation will the Bharti family –
The Bharti family has expressed their commitment to give 10 percent of their personal property. It includes 3 percent of telecom company Bharti Airtel. A new technology university will be opened in North India with a donation of 7,000 crores. While some part of it will be used for the expansion of the main initiative of the current Satya Bharati school program- Bharti Foundation.
9.मंगल मिशन के लिए नासा का पहला पैराशूट टेस्ट सफल :-
अमेरिकी अंतरिक्ष एजेंसी नासा ने आवाज की गति से तेज चलने वाले (सुपरसॉनिक) लैंडिंग पैराशूट का सफलतापूर्वक परीक्षण किया है। इस पैराशूट का इस्तेमाल नासा वर्ष 2020 के मंगल ग्रह मिशन के दौरान करेगा।
दरअसल, यह मिशन एक विशेष पैराशूट पर निर्भर है। चूंकि मिशन के दौरान अंतरिक्षयान 5.4 किलोमीटर प्रति सेकेंड की रफ्तार से मंगल के वातावरण में प्रवेश करेगा, इसलिए उसकी रफ्तार को कम करने के लिए एक बेहतरीन पैराशूट की आवश्यकता पड़ेगी। इस मिशन के लिए की जा रही तैयारियों को पहली बार एक वीडियो के जरिए दिखाया गया है।
NASA’s first parachute test successful for Mars mission :-
American Space Agency NASA has successfully tested the speed of sound (supersonic) landing parachutes. This parachute will be used by NASA during the Mars mission of 2020
Actually, this mission is dependent on a particular parachute. Since the spacecraft will enter Mars’s atmosphere at a speed of 5.4 kilometers per second during the mission, a good parachute will be required to reduce its speed.
