1.किसी भी नागरिक को आधार कार्ड के अभाव में लाभ और सेवा से वंचित न करें : रविशंकर प्रसाद :-
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने राज्यों से यह सुनिश्चित करने को कहा है वे किसी भी नागरिक को आधार कार्ड के अभाव में लाभ और सेवा से वंचित न करें। नई दिल्ली में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रियों और सचिवों के सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते श्री प्रसाद ने कहा कि आधार से सुशासन में पारदर्शिता आती है और बचत भी होती है लेकिन इसके बिना किसी भी व्यक्ति को योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
श्री प्रसाद ने कहा है कि जल्द ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में छह करोड़ लोगों को डिजिटल साक्षर बनाया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि एक करोड़ लोगों को पहले ही डिजिटल साक्षर बनाया जा चुका है।
Do not deprive any citizen of profit and service in the absence of Aadhaar card: Ravi Shankar Prasad :-
Minister of Electronics and Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad has asked the states to ensure that they do not deprive any citizen of the benefits and services in the absence of Aadhaar card. Addressing the Conference of Ministers of Ministers of Ministers and Secretaries in New Delhi, Shri Prasad said that from the base, transparency comes in good governance and there is savings, but without it no person should be deprived of the benefits of the schemes.
Shri Prasad has said that in the rural areas soon 60 million people will be made digital literate. He said that 10 million people have already been made digital literate.

अमरीका और उसके यूरोप के सहयोगियों ने पाकिस्तान को वैश्विक आतंकी वित्त पोषण निगरानी सूची में रखने का प्रस्ताव पेश किया है। पाकिस्तान के कार्यकारी वित्त मंत्री मिफ्ताह इस्माइल ने इस्लामाबाद में बताया कि अमरीका और ब्रिटेन ने कुछ सप्ताह पहले पाकिस्तान को वित्तीय कार्य दल (एफएटीएफ) की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय धनशोधन और आतंकियों को वित्त पोषण करने वालों की सूची में शामिल किए जाने के लिए नामित किया। बाद में फ्रांस और जर्मनी ने भी इस प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन किया । इसे रविवार से पैरिस में होने वाली एफएटीएफ की बैठक में मंजूरी दी जा सकती है।

पंजाब नेशनल बैंक ने अरबपति आभूषण निर्माता नीरव मोदी और एक आभूषण कंपनी के खिलाफ केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो में दो शिकायतें दर्ज कराई हैं। इन पर दस हजार करोड़ रूपए की धोखाधड़ी का आरोप है। सूत्रों ने कहा है कि आरोपों की जांच की जा रही है और आगे की कार्रवाई के बारे में जल्द ही निर्णय लिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सीबीआई पंजाब नैशनल बैंक की एक शिकायत पर पहले ही इस आभूषण निर्माता के खिलाफ जांच कर रही है।

4.केन्द्रीय कृषि राज्य मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत ने नई दिल्ली में भारत-रूस कृषि व्यापार सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित किया :-
भारत-रूस राजनयिक संबंधों के संदर्भ में पूरे वर्षभर देश स्तर पर चलने वाले उत्सव-समारोहों के हिस्से के रूप में कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय ने 2 प्रमुख कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए हैं। नई दिल्ली में भारत-रूस कृषि व्यापार सम्मेलन आयोजित किया गया।
केन्द्रीय कृषि राज्य मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत और रूस के कृषि मंत्रालय के उप मंत्री श्री सर्जी बेलेटस्काई ने नई दिल्ली के पूसा में आयोजित भारत-रूस कृषि व्यापार सम्मेलन 2018 को सम्बोधित किया। दोनों ही देशों के कृषि क्षेत्र से जुड़े उद्योगजगत के प्रतिनिधियों ने भी इस सम्मेलन में भाग लिया। यह सम्मेलन दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापारिक संबंध को मजबूत बनायेगा और विशेषज्ञता के आदान-प्रदान को प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करेगा।
Union Minister of State for Agriculture, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat addressed India-Russia Agriculture Trade Summit in New Delhi :-
In the context of India-Russia diplomatic relations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has organized two major programs in the form of part-time festivals organized throughout the year. India-Russia Agricultural Trade Conference was organized in New Delhi.
The Minister of State for Agriculture, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Russia, Mr. Sergey Beltaskai addressed the India-Russia Agriculture Trade Conference 2018 in Pusa, New Delhi. Representatives from industry related to the agriculture sector of both the countries also participated in this conference. This conference will strengthen trade relations between the two countries and encourage exchange of expertise.
5.इराक ने आईएसआईएल के साथ तीन वर्ष से जारी युद्ध में हुए विनाश के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए सहायता की मांग की है :-
इराक ने इस्लामिक स्टेट आतंकवादी गुट के साथ 3 वर्ष से जारी युद्ध के कारण नष्ट हुई संपत्तियों के पुनर्निर्माण के लिए अरबों रुपये की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहायता तत्काल उपलब्ध कराने की अपील की है। सरकार की ओर से यह अपील सोमवार को कुवैत में आयोजित एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सहायता सम्मेलन के दौरान की गई। तीन दिन के इस सम्मेलन में 70 देशों और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठनों के अधिकारी हिस्सा ले रहे हैं।
इराक के योजना मंत्री सलमान अल-जुमाइली ने कहा कि उनके देश को पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों के लिए 88.2 अरब डालर की आवश्यकता है।
Iraq has sought assistance for the reconstruction of the destruction of war in the three-year war with ISIL :-
Iraq has urged the Islamic State militant group to provide international assistance of the Arabs for immediate relief for the reconstruction of property destroyed due to the ongoing war for three years. This appeal was made by the government during a International Assistance Conference held in Kuwait on Monday. The officials of 70 countries and international organizations are participating in this three-day conference.
Iraq’s Planning Minister Salman al-Zumayli said that his country needs 88.2 billion dollars for reconstruction work.
6.सरकार का परिपक्कवता से पहले लोक भविष्य निधि खाते बंद करने और नाबालिग के नाम पर लघु बचत खाते खोलने की अनुमति देने का प्रस्ताव :-
सरकार ने लोक भविष्य निधि (पीपीएफ) खातों को परिपक्वता अवधि से पहले बंद करने और नाबालिग के नाम पर लघु बचत खाते खोलने की अनुमति देने का प्रस्ताव किया है। इस बारे में लघु बचत अधिनियम में संशोधन किए जाएंगे। वित्त मंत्रालय के बयान में कहा गया है कि वित्त विधेयक 2018 में प्रस्तावित कानूनी बदलावों का उद्देश्य लघु बचत योजना खातों के संचालन में लचीलापन लाना है।
मीडिया के कुछ वर्गों में व्यक्त चिंताओं को खारिज करते हुए वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा कि प्रस्तावित सरकारी बचत संवर्द्धन अधिनियम के तहत लोक भविष्यनिधि अधिनियम को समाहित करते हुए सभी मौजूदा संरक्षण बरकरार रखे गए हैं।
Proposal to close the public provident fund accounts before the maturity of the government and allow small savings accounts to be opened in the name of minor :-
The government has proposed to close the Public Provident Fund (PPF) accounts before the maturity period and to allow small savings accounts to be opened in the name of a minor. Amendments will be made in this regard regarding the Small Savings Act. It has been stated in the statement of the Finance Ministry that the proposed legal changes in the Finance Bill 2018 are aimed at bringing flexibility in the operation of small savings scheme accounts.
Dismissing the concerns expressed in certain sections of the media, the Finance Ministry said that under the proposed Public Savings Promotion Act, all existing conservation has been preserved while incorporating the Public Finance Act.
7.सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के बजट आवंटन में 12.10 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि :-
वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए केंद्रीय बजट में सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के बजट प्रावधान में 12.10 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की गई हैं। मंत्रालय को वर्ष 2017-18 में 6908.00 करोड़ रूपये का आवंटन किया गया था, जबकि वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए यह राशि बढ़कर 7750.00 करोड़ रूपये कर दी गई हैं। इसके साथ ही वर्ष 2017-18 के अनुपात में वर्ष 2018-19 में योजनाओं के लिए बजट आवंटन में 11.57 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की गई हैं। वर्ष 2017-18 के मुकाबले वर्ष 2018-19 में अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के कल्याण के लिए बजट आवंटन में 41.03 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की गई हैं।
12.9% increase in budget allocation of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment :-
In the Union Budget for the year 2018-19, the budget provision of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has been increased by 12.10%. 6908.00 crore was allocated to the Ministry in 2017-18, whereas for the year 2018-19 this amount has been increased to Rs. 7750.00 crore. In addition, in the ratio of 2017-18 in the year 2018-19, the budget allocation for the schemes has been increased by 11.57%. In the year 2018-19, compared to 2017-18, the budget allocation for the welfare of the Other Backward Classes has been increased by 41.03 percent.
