1.बम्बई शेयर बाजार का संवेदी सूचकांक रिकार्ड स्तर पर :-
बम्बई शेयर बाजार का संवेदी सूचकांक गुरुवार को 105 अंक बढ़कर नये रिकार्ड स्तर 33 हजार 147 पर बंद हुआ। नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज का निफ्टी 48 अंक की वृद्धि के साथ 10 हजार 344 पर आ गया।
Bombay Stock Exchange’s sensory index at record level :-
The BSE Sensex index, which closed 105 points higher on Thursday, closed at a new record level of 33 thousand 147. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange moved up by 48 points to 10 thousand 344.
2.फ्रेंच ओपन सुपर सीरीज बैडमिंटन टूर्नामेंट के क्वार्टर फाइनल में पहुंचे भारतीय खिलाड़ी :-
फ्रेंच ओपन सुपर सीरीज बैडमिंटन टूर्नामेंट में, पी.वी. सिन्धू, किदाम्बी श्रीकांत और तीन अन्य भारतीय खिलाड़ी क्वार्टर फाइनल में पहुंच गये हैं।
पेरिस में गुरुवार रात, महिला सिंगल्स में सिन्धू ने जापान की सयाका ताकाहाशी को 21-14, 21-13 से हराया।
साइना नेहवाल को अकानी यामागुची के हाथों हार का सामना करना पड़ा।
पुरूष सिंगल्स में, आठवीं वरीयता प्राप्त किदाम्बी श्रीकांत ने हांगकांग के वांग विंग की को 21-19, 21-17 से हरा कर अंतिम आठ में जगह बनाई। एच.एस. प्रणॉय भी डेनमार्क के हान्स क्रिस्टियन विट्टिनघस को हराकर क्वार्टर फाइनल में पहुंच गये हैं।
सात्विकसाईराज रंकीरेड्डी और चिराग शेट्टी की जोड़ी भी पुरूष डबल्स के क्वार्टर फाइनल में पहुंच गई है।
Indian Openers in the French Open Super Series Badminton Tournament Quarterfinals :-
In the French Open Super Series Badminton Tournament, P.V. Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth and three other Indian players reached the quarter-finals. On Thursday night in Paris, Sindhu beat Japan’s Sayaka Takahashi 21-14, 21-13 in women’s singles.
Saina Nehwal had to face defeat at Akani Yamaguchi’s hands.
In the men’s singles, eighth seed Kidambi Srikanth beat Hong Wang Wang 21-19, 21-17 in the final eight. H.S. Prannoy also reached the quarter-finals by defeating Denmark’s Hans Kristian Vittinhghas.
Satkikasaiyaraj Ranchardadi and Chirag Shetty also reached the quarter-finals of the men’s doubles event.

पुरुष सिंगल्स में बी. साईंप्रणीत और एच.एस प्रणॉय ने भी पहले दौर में जीत के बाद प्री क्वार्टरफाइनल में जगह बना ली।
महिला डबल्स में अश्वनी पोन्नपा और एन. सिक्की रेड्डी तथा पुरुष डबल्स में सात्विक साईंराज और चिराग शेट्टी की जोड़ी भी अंतिम 16 में पहुंच गई है।

Ashwani Ponnappa and N. in the women’s doubles. The pair of Sathvika Sairaj and Chirag Shetty have also reached the final 16 in Sikki Reddy and men’s doubles.
4.केन्द्र सरकार ‘मनरेगा’ के तहत राज्यों और केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों को पर्याप्त धनराशि का प्रवाह सुनिश्चित करेगी :-
ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय ‘मनरेगा’ के तहत राज्योंe/केन्द्रर शासित प्रदेशों को पर्याप्तु धनराशि का प्रवाह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए हरसंभव प्रयास कर रहा है। मंत्रालय ने चालू वित्त वर्ष में अब तक 40,480 करोड़ रुपये की राशि जारी की है, जो पिछले वित्त वर्ष की समान अवधि में जारी की गई धनराशि से लगभग 4500 करोड़ रुपये ज्यालदा है।
वित्तीय मानकों के अनुसार, हर साल 30 सितंबर के बाद राज्योंव/केन्द्र् शासित प्रदेशों को निधारित प्रारूप में अन्यग आवश्यसक जानकारियों के साथ पिछले वित्त वर्ष की ऑडिट की गई रिपोर्ट और उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र (यूसी) पेश करना पड़ता है, ताकि धनराशि की दूसरी किस्तर जारी की जा सके।
Centre to ensure adequate fund flow to the States & UTs under MGNREGS :-
The Ministry of Rural Development is making all efforts to ensure adequate fund flow to the States / UTs under MGNREGS. It has released Rs. 40,480 crore so far in this Financial Year which is around Rs 4,500 crore more than the release during the corresponding period of the last financial year.
As per the financial norms, after 30th September of every year, the States/UTs are required to submit Audited Reports and Utilization Certificates (UC) of previous financial year along with other requisite information in prescribed formats for release of second tranche of funds.
5.श्री पीयूष गोयल ने हरित पहल और रेलवे विद्युतीकरण पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया :-
रेल और कोयला मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल ने रेल मंत्रालय द्वारा रेलवे विद्युत अभियंता संस्था, (आईआरईई) भारत के माध्यम से आयोजित हरित पहल और रेलवे विद्युतीकरण पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का आज (27 अक्तूबर, 2017) उद्घाटन किया।
रेल राज्य मंत्री और संचार राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री मनोज सिन्हा विशेष रूप से इस अवसर पर उपस्थित थे।

6.31 अक्टूबर, 2017 को ‘राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस’ मनाया जायेगा :-
सरकार 31 अक्टूूबर को सरदार वल्लcभ भाई पटेल की जयंती के उपलक्ष्यद में राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस मनाकर हमारे देश की मजबूत एकता, अखंडता और सुरक्षा को संरक्षित करने में सरकार के समर्पण को व्यषक्तय करने के लिए इसे विशेष दिवस के रूप में मनाती है।
राष्ट्री य राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्लीा में राष्ट्रीसय एकता दिवस के अवसर पर सुबह 07 से 08 बजे तक कार्यक्रम होंगे। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रत मोदी पटेल चौक पर सरदार पटेल की प्रतिमा पर श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित करेंगे, जिसके बाद शपथ दिलाई जाएगी और एकता दौड़ को झंडी दिखाई जाएगी।
Observance of ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’ on 31st October :-
The Government observes 31st October all over the country as a day of special occasion, to foster and reinforce the Government’s dedication to preserve and strengthen unity, integrity and security of our nation, by celebrating it as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, one of the founding fathers of the Republic of India.
In the National Capital Territory of Delhi, celebrations on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. include offering Floral Tribute to Sardar Patel at Patel Chowk by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, followed by administering Pledge and flagging off the Run for Unity.
7.तिरूपति, पलक्कड़, गोवा, धारवाड़, जम्मू और भिलाई में छह नए आईआईटी के स्थायी परिसरों की स्थापना :-
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने 24 अक्टूyबर, 2017 को 6 नए आईआईटी के स्थाकयी परिसरों के निर्माण के लिए 7,002 करोड़ रुपये की योजना को मंजूरी दी। इन्हें 31 मार्च, 2020 तक पूरा कर लिया जाना है। प्रत्ये क परिसर में 1200 छात्रों के रहने की व्यीवस्था होगी, जिनका अकादमिक सत्र 2020-2021 से शुरू होगा।
इस समय ये संस्थारन अस्थाययी परिसरों से चल रहे हैं और इनमें छात्रों की कुल संख्या0 1530 है। परिसरों के निर्माण के बाद छात्र संख्या 7200 तक हो जाएगी।
Establishment of permanent campus of six new IITs at Tirupati, Palakkad, Goa, Dharwad, Jammu and Bhilai :-
The Union Cabinet on 24th October 2017 approved a Rs. 7,002 crore plan for construction of permanent campuses for six new IITs, to be completed by 31st March 2020. Each campus will have facility for housing 1,200 students, beginning from the academic year 2020-2021.
Currently, these institutions are functioning from temporary campuses with a total strength of 1,530 students. After construction of the campuses, this strength will go up to 7,200.
8.भारत सरकार और एशियाई विकास बैंक (एडीबी) ने कर्नाटक में तटीय संरक्षण में सहायता के लिए 65.5 मिलियन डॉलर के ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए :-
एशियाई विकास बैंक (एडीबी) और भारत सरकार ने कल यहां राष्ट्री य राजधानी में 65.5 मिलियन डॉलर के ऋण समझौते पर हस्तांक्षर किए। कर्नाटक के पश्चिमी तट पर तटीय क्षरण रोकने के लिए निरंतर आवश्य क कदम उठाने के उद्देश्यर से यह समझौता किया गया है।
उपर्युक्त ऋण सतत तटीय संरक्षण एवं प्रबंधन निवेश कार्यक्रम के तहत 250 मिलियन डॉलर की वित्त पोषण सहायता की दूसरी किस्तस है।
इस धनराशि का उपयोग तटीय संरक्षण की तत्का लिक जरूरतों को पूरा करने और कनार्टक के लोक निर्माण, बंदरगाह एवं अंतर्देशीय जल परिवहन विभाग की संस्थाकगत क्षमता बढ़ाना है।
Government of India and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) sign $65.5 Million Loan to support Coastal Protection in Karnataka :-
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of India signed a $65.5 million loan agreement yesterday here in the national capital to continue interventions to check coastal erosion on the Western Coast in Karnataka.
The loan is the Second Tranche of a $250 million financing facility under the Sustainable Coastal Protection and Management Investment Program.
The financing will be used to address the immediate coastal protection needs and for strengthening institutional capacity of Karnataka’s Public Works, Ports and Inland Water Transport Department.
