1.World’s largest solar power park in Bhadla
Rajasthan located in Badla solar park (Bhadla Solar Park) the largest solar park in the world ( World’s Largest Solar Park is). This solar park is located in Bhadla, a dry and sandy region of Rajasthan. Itis spread over 14,000 acres . The park consists of 10 million solar panels. These solar panels 2245 MWcontribute to its operational efficiency. As of 2020, Bhadla Solar Park is the largest solar park in the world. It is spread over an area of 5,700 hectares in Bhadla of Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. The total capacity of this park is 2245 MW. NTPC had announced commissioning of 115 MW capacity in this solar park on February 22, 2017. At present, it has a full capacity of 2,245 MW, making it the largest solar park in the world, with investments increasing to Rs 100 billion.
2.PM inaugurates Purvanchal Expressway
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi , inaugurated the Purvanchal Expressway . He also witnessed the airshow organized at the 3.2 km long runway built on the expressway in Sultanpur district . Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said that while laying the foundation stone of Purvanchal Expressway three years ago, he had not imagined that one day he would land directly on the same expressway. Purvanchal Expressway approx 341 kmsis long. It is like an extension of the Greater Noida Expressway, Taj Expressway and Agra-Lucknow Expressway. It is a 340.8 km long, 6-lane wide, access-controlled expressway in Uttar Pradesh. This expressway can be extended to 8-lane. It connects Chand Sarai village of Lucknow district with Haidaria village of Ghazipur district on NH-31. This expressway was developed by “Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA)”. It also includes a 3.2 km long airstrip at Akhalkiri Karwat village near Sultanpur district for emergency landing of aircraft. It is the longest expressway in India. Its construction was started by UPEIDA in October 2018 and was inaugurated on November 16, 2021. Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives at the C-130 Hercules to inaugurate the expressway. 3.BRO’s achievement recognized by Guinness World Records
Director General Border Roads (DGBR) Lt Gen Rajeev Choudhary awarded Guinness to Border Roads Organization (BRO) for achievement of black topping and construction of world’s highest vehicular road at 19,024 feet at Umlingala Pass in Ladakh on November 16, 2021. In a virtual ceremony, Mr. Rishi Nath, the official adjudicator of the United Kingdom-based Guinness World Records, recognized the remarkable achievement of the BRO for building the highest elevation road in the world. 4.West Bengal launches ‘Duare Ration’ scheme
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said on 16 November 2021 “for duwaare rationing plan ” ( Duare Ration Scheme inaugurated). About 10 crore people of the state will benefit from the Duare Ration (Ration at the Door) scheme . Government increased the commission for ration dealers from Rs 75 to Rs 150 per quintalhave also decided to do Under this scheme 10 crore people will get ration at their home on a certain day every month. Each dealer will be allowed to employ at least two persons to assist in the delivery of ration. They will get a salary of Rs 10,000 per month, out of which the government will pay Rs 5,000 and the rest will be paid by the dealer. By doing this 21,000 dealers will create 42,000 jobs. This will benefit the local youth. Dealers will also get financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh from the government for buying vehicles to deliver ration. The government will spend Rs 160 crore on this scheme.
5.Nationwide AHDF KCC campaign launched to provide Kisan Credit Card facility to all eligible animal husbandry, dairy and fish farmers
As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostava , the Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Shri Purushottam Rupala officially launched the “ Nationwide AHDF KCC Campaign ” through virtual medium . “Nationwide AHDF KCC Campaign” in collaboration with Department of Fisheries (DoF) and Department of Financial Services (DFS) from 15 November 2021 to 15 February 2022 to provide the benefit of Kisan Credit Card to all eligible animal husbandry, dairy and fish farmers in the country. Detailed guidelines were issued to the States on 10-11-2021 for organizing this campaign. Necessary instructions have been issued by the Department of Financial Services to the banks as well as the State Governments.
6.PM Modi to inaugurate Kashi Corridor project
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 13, 2021 at Kashi Vishwanath Temple Corridor Project in Varanasiwill inaugurate The project will be inaugurated before the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections and is important from the point of view of cultural politics for the state. Several encroachments around the historic temple were also removed to make way for the project. The project connects the Kashi Vishwanath temple with the ghats of the holy Ganges. It consists of a paved walkway about 320 meters long and 20 meters wide. It also houses a museum, library, a Mumuksh Bhawan (Mukti Griha) and a facilitation center for pilgrims. The cost of this project is Rs 600 crore. It was launched in March 2018. About Rs 300 crore was spent for rehabilitation of the land and buildings around the temple complex as well as compensation alone.
7.Banks to put consumer education information on websites
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has updated its existing asset classification guidelines.A set of clarifications was issued on November 12, 2021 in respect of Under these guidelines, banks have been asked to specify exact due dates of repayment in loan agreements. As per the current norms, the loan becomes overdue if it is not repaid on the due date prescribed by the bank. RBI noted that loan agreements sometimes do not specifically mention the repayment due dates. Instead, details of due dates are given. This gave rise to various interpretations. Thus, RBI has asked banks to specify exact due dates for repayment of loans, breakup between principal and interest, frequency of repayment, non-performing asset (NPA) classification and examples of Special Mention Account (SMA) in loan agreement. asked for. 8.Trains to be given ‘Satvik Certificate’
Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has planned to promote “ vegetarian trains ” in collaboration with the Sattvik Council of India . Under the scheme, IRCTC base kitchens, budget hotels, executive lounges, travel and tour packages, food plazas, Rail Neer plants will be certified ‘satvik’ to ensure “vegetarian-friendly travel”.

10.Food Safety Museum inaugurated in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu
India’s first Food Security Museum was inaugurated by Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Piyush Goyal on November 15, 2021. The Food Safety Museum was established in Thanjavur by the Food Corporation of India . This museum was established in Thanjavur, which is the birthplace of FCI. The first office of FCI was inaugurated on January 14, 1965. It also showcases several ancient global and indigenous grain storage methods, challenges in storage as well as food production scenarios in the world and India. It digitally displays informational material about the journey of FCI, its current operations as well as the journey of food grains from farm to plate through FCI. Admission to this museum is free.
11.’Kashi Utsav’ being organized in Varanasi
To celebrate the heritage and culture of Kashi , ‘ Kashi Utsav ‘ is being organized in Varanasi from November 16 to November 18, 2021 .
