1.PMModi to inaugurate Construction Technology India-2019 Expo-cum-Conference in New Delhi:-Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Construction Technology India-2019 Expo-cum-Conference in New Delhi this morning. Our correspondent reports that technology providers, researchers, start-ups, developers, academia, public sector agencies and other domain experts will participate in the two-day event. The Construction Technology India Conference will provide avenues for stakeholders to open up new areas for collaboration and facilitate conversion of ideas into market-ready products. Proven technologies which are identified during CTI – 2019 will be further invited to design and build lighthouse projects of nearly one thousand housing units each in Gujarat, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh.The conference will also identify innovative and globally established technologies for use in the Indian context.

2.Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate various projects and fundraising of billions of rupees in Tamil Nadu:-Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch five National Highways projects in Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu at a cost of about three thousand crores. Prime Minister Modi will dedicate the road projects constructed at a cost of 14 billion and 77 crore and will lay the foundation for new projects of 15 billion and 18 million. They will flag off India’s second HyphaiTejas train between Madurai and Chennai Egmore. He will also inaugurate the Rameswaram Rail Project. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of the project linked to the conversion of the Madurai-Chettikulam-Natham section of NH-785 to four lane in Madurai and Dindigul district. With these projects the benefits of local people will be ensured as fast travel can be ensured. Shri Modi will also address a rally in Kanyakumari.

4.Constitution Amendment Order – 2019 for the promotion and reservation of promotion in Jammu Kashmir:-Constitutional Amendment Order-2019 has been approved for the benefit of promotion to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes employees and 10 percent reservation for economically weaker sections in Jammu and Kashmir. The Central Cabinet approved the amendment order-2019 in the Constitution applicable for Jammu and Kashmir. Finance Minister ArunJaitley said that through this, the relevant provisions of the amended constitution can be implemented through the 77th Constitution Amendment Act for Jammu and Kashmir. He said that it will clear the path of promotion benefits for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and in the state government jobs and educational institutions, the economically weaker sections of the general category will also be given ten percent reservation
