4.Cabinet approves merger of Bank of Baroda, Vijaya Bank and Dena Bank, merged with the

Key points of the merger plan: –

- The scheme will be effective from 01.04.2019 .
- At the commencement of the scheme, all business transfers of transferring banks will be transferred to the bank and transferable bank will have all business assets , rights , ownership , claims , licenses , approvals , other privileges and all assets , all liabilities , liabilities and liabilities. .
