2.पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमशीलता मंत्री श्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान की 7वें एशियाई ऊर्जा मंत्रियों की गोलमेज बैठक में भाग लेने के लिए बैंकॉक की यात्रा :-
पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्री श्री धर्मेन्द्र प्रधान ने बैंकॉक की दो दिवसीय यात्रा का समापन किया, जहां उन्होंने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एनर्जी फोरम (आईईएफ) द्वारा आयोजित 7वें एशियाई ऊर्जा मंत्रियों की गोलमेज बैठक में भाग लिया।
भारत वर्तमान में आईईएफ का अध्यक्ष है जो 72 सदस्यीय देशों का तेल एवं गैस क्षेत्र में सबसे बड़ा अंतः सरकारी संगठन है जहां तेल एवं गैस की वैश्विक आपूर्ति एवं मांग के 90 प्रतिशत की पूर्ति होती है। सदस्य देशों में विकासशील, विकसित, ओपेक, गैर-ओपेक एवं जी-20 देश शामिल है। जी-20 देशों के 18 देश आईईएफ के सदस्य है।
Visit of Bangkok to attend the Round Table Meeting of 7th Asian Energy Ministers of the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan :-
The Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan today concluded a two-day visit to Bangkok where he participated in the Round Table Meeting of 7th Asian Energy Ministers organized by the International Energy Forum (IEF).
India is currently the Chairman of the IEF, which is the largest intergovernmental organization in the oil and gas sector of 72 member countries where 90 per cent of global supply and demand of oil and gas is met. Member countries include developing, developing, OPEC, non-OPEC and G-20 countries. 18 countries of G-20 countries are members of the IEF.
3.राष्ट्रपति ने 21वें विश्व मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद ने (2 नवंबर, 2017) नई दिल्ली में 21वें विश्व मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया।
यह सम्मेलन केयरिंग फाउंडेशन व अन्य संगठनों के सहयोग से वर्ल्ड फेडरेशन फॉर मेंटल हेल्थ द्वारा आयोजित किया गया है। इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि भारत में पहली बार विश्व मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।
हमारे देश में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य से जुड़े मामलों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। राष्ट्रीय मानिसक स्वास्थ्य सर्वे 2016 के अनुसार भारत की कुल जनसंख्या का 14 प्रतिशत मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की समस्या से पीड़ित है।
President inaugurates 21st World Mental Health Conference :-
President Shri Ramnath Kovind inaugurated the 21st World Mental Health Conference in New Delhi (November 2, 2017).
This conference has been organized by the World Career for Mental Health in collaboration with the Career Foundation and other organizations. In his address on this occasion, the President said that for the first time in India, world mental health conference is being organized. The number of cases related to mental health is increasing in our country.According to the National Mental Health Survey 2016, 14 percent of India’s total population is suffering from mental health problems.
4.प्रधानमंत्री विश्व खाद्य भारत समारोह – 2017 का उद्घाटन करेंगे :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी 03 नवंबर, 2017 को नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में विश्व खाद्य भारत समारोह (डब्ल्यूएफआई) – 2017 का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
डब्ल्यूएफआई सर्वाधिक अपेक्षित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मेगा खाद्य समारोह है। भारत 3-5 नवंबर, 2017 के दौरान नई दिल्ली में खाद्य क्षेत्र की बड़ी कंपनियों के वैश्विक निवेशकों और उद्योगपतियों के अब तक के सबसे बड़े समागम का स्वागत करेगा।
Prime Minister will inaugurate the World Food Bharat Festival – 2017 :-

5.श्री नासिर कमल की बीएसएफ के अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक के पद पर नियुक्ति :-
सक्षम प्राधिकरण ने श्री नासिर कमल, आईपीएस (यूपी:86) को सीमा सुरक्षा बल के अतिरिक्त महानिदेशक के पद पर नियुक्त किया है। यह नियुक्ति कार्यभार संभालने की तिथि से चार वर्षों की अवधि या किसी अन्य आदेश जारी होने की स्थिति में जो पहले हो, तक के लिए है।
Appointment of Additional Director General of BSF of Shri Nasir Kamal :-
The competent authority has appointed Mr. Nasir Kamal, IPS (UP: 86) as Additional Director General of Border Security Force.
This appointment is for the period of four years from the date of assuming office or in the case of any other order which is earlier.
6.ड्रोन के नागरिक उपयोग हेतु नागरिक उड्डयन नियम (सीएआर) ड्राफ्ट अधिनियम की घोषणा :-
नागरिक उड्डयन महानिदेशालय ने दूरस्थ पायलटेड एयरक्राफ्ट सिस्टम अर्थात ड्रोन के नागरिक उपयोग हेतु नियमों के मसौदे की कल घोषणा की। केन्द्रीय नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री श्री अशोक गज़पति राजू और नागरिक उड्डयन राज्य मंत्री श्री जयंत सिन्हा ने मसौदा अधिनियम की जानकारी मीडिया को दी।
पायलेट रहित एयर क्राफ्ट सिस्टम मसौदे के अनुसार ड्रोन को अधिकतम वजन ले जाने के आधार पर निम्नलिखित प्रकार से वर्गीकृत किया गया है:
- नैनो – 250 ग्राम से कम या बराबर
- माइक्रो – 250 ग्राम से अधिक और 2 किलो से कम या बराबर
- मिनी – 2 किलो से अधिक और 25 किलो से कम या बराबर
- स्मॉल – 25 किलो से अधिक और 150 से कम या बराबर
- लार्ज – 150 किलो से अधिक
मसौदे के प्रारूप के अनुसार सभी तरह के ड्रोन दृश्य रेखा में और केवल दिन में ही उडाये जा सकेंगे जिसकी ऊंचाई 200 फीट से अधिक नहीं होगी। ड्रोन के माध्यम से किसी भी तरह की खतरनाक सामग्री, पशु अथवा मानव को लाने या ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है।
Civil Aviation Rule (CAR) Draft Act declaration for citizen use of drones :-
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced yesterday the draft rules for civilian use of remote piloted aircraft system ie drone. Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri Ashok Gazpati Raju and Minister of State for Civil Aviation Mr. Jayant Sinha gave information to the media.
According to the pilotless air craft system draft, the drone is classified according to the maximum weight being taken as follows:
- Nano – less than or equal to 250 grams
- Micro – Over 250 grams and less than or equal to 2 kg
- Mini – more than 2 kg and less than or equal to 25 kg
- Small – More than 25kg and less than 150 or less
- Large – Over 150 kg
7.रक्षा राज्य मंत्री ने ‘हिमालय क्षेत्र में राजमार्गों के लिए सुरंग-निर्माण की चुनौतियां’ विषय पर आयोजित एक सेमिनार का उद्घाटन किया :-
रक्षा राज्य मंत्री डॉ. सुभाष भामरे ने यहां ‘हिमालय क्षेत्र में राजमार्गों के लिए सुरंग की योजना बनाने, जांच करने, डिजाइन बनाने और निर्माण करने की चुनौतियां’ विषय पर आयोजित दो दिवसीय सेमिनार का उद्घाटन किया। इस सेमिनार का आयोजन सीमा सड़क संगठन (बीआरओ) द्वारा किया गया है। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए डॉ. भामरे ने कहा कि देश के विकास, रोजगारों के सृजन, विदेशी निवेश को आकर्षित करने और देश के सुदूर क्षेत्रों को मुख्य भूमि से जोड़ने में सड़क संरचना महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है।
Minister of State for Defense inaugurated a seminar on “Challenges of tunneling for highways in the Himalayan region” :-
The Minister of State for Defense, Dr. Subhash Bhamre inaugurated a two-day seminar organized on ‘Challenges to design, investigate, design and manufacture tunnels for highways in the Himalaya region’.
This seminar has been organized by the Border Roads Organization (BRO). Addressing the program, Dr. Bhamre said that road infrastructure plays an important role in attracting foreign investment and attracting foreign countries to the mainland, creating the country’s development, employment generation.
8.भारतीय सेना के लिए इंटीग्रेटेड क्वाटर मास्टर पैकेज (आईक्यूएमपी) सॉफ्टवेयर अनुप्रयोग जारी किया गया :-
आर्मी स्टाफ के वाइस चीफ लेफ्टीनेंट जनरल शरत चंद ने 2 नवंबर, 2017 को साउथ ब्लाक में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में भारतीय सेना के लिए इंटीग्रेटेड क्वाटर मास्टर पैकेज (आईक्यूएमपी) सॉफ्टवेयर अनुप्रयोग जारी किया। आईक्यूएमपी वेब आधारित एक सॉफ्टवेयर है जिसे मैसर्स टीसीएस लिमिटेड के सहयोग से आर्मी सॉफ्टवेयर डेवेलपमेंट सेंटर ने विकसित किया है। यह अनुप्रयोग एक सैन्य इकाई के लॉजिस्टक संबंधी जरूरतों से संबंधित है। यह अनुप्रयोग ‘वस्त्र’ और ‘क्वाटर मास्टर पैकेज’ जैसे अनुप्रयोगों का स्थान लेगा।
इस पैकेज में 13 मॉड्यूल हैं, जो सैन्य इकाई स्तर के लॉजिस्टिक संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को स्वचालन के स्तर पर पूरा करेगा। इस अनुप्रयोग में विभिन्न प्रकारों की सैन्य इकाइयों के अनुसार बदलाव किए जा सकते हैं और आंकड़ों व अन्य जानकारियों को साझा किया जा सकता है।
Integrated Quarter Master Package (IQMP) software application released for Indian Army :-
Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Sharat Chand released Integrated Quarter Master Package (IQMP) software application for the Indian Army in a program held on 2 November 2017 in South Block. IQMP is web based software developed by the Army Software Development Center in collaboration with M / s TCS Limited. This application is related to the logistics requirements of a military unit. This application will replace applications like ‘Clothing’ and ‘Quarter Master Package’.
There are 13 modules in this package, which will meet the military unit level logistic requirements at the level of automation. Various types of military units can be changed according to this application and data and other information can be shared.
9.भारत- कज़ाख़िस्तान संयुक्त अभ्यास ‘प्रबल दोस्तक 2017’ का शुभारंभ :-
भारतीय सेना और कज़ाख़िस्तान के बीच हिमाचल प्रदेश के बाकलो में चौदह दिन के संयुक्त प्रशिक्षण अभ्यास ‘प्रबल दोस्तक 2017’ का शुभारंभ हुआ। इस संयुक्त अभ्यास का उद्देश्य दोनों देशों के बीच सैन्य संबंधों को बढ़ाने के अलावा दोनों सेनाओं की आंतरिक-क्षमता को मजबूत बनाना है। प्रशिक्षण दल में भारतीय सेना की 11 वीं गोरखा राइफल्स का सशक्त दस्ता और कज़ाख़िस्तान सेना का भी समान दस्ता शामिल है।
India-Kazakhstan joint exercise launched ‘Prabal Dost 2017’ :-
Between the Indian Army and Kazakhstan, the ‘Junk Dostak 2017’ was launched for the fourteen-day joint training exercise at Baklo in Himachal Pradesh. The purpose of this joint exercise is to strengthen the internal capacity of the two armies besides enhancing military relations between the two countries. The training team comprises the strong arm of the 11th Gurkha Rifles of the Indian Army and the same army of the Kazakhstan Army.
10.01 दिसंबर, 2017 के बाद बेचे जाने वाले सभी चार पहिया मोटर वाहन फास्टैग युक्त होंगे :-
सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने एक राजपत्र अधिसूचना जारी की है, जिसके अनुसार 01 दिसंबर, 2017 के बाद बेचे जाने वाले सभी चार पहिया मोटर वाहनों पर वाहन के विनिर्माता या उसके अधिकृत डीलर, जैसा भी मामला हो, द्वारा फास्टैग फिट किए जाएंगे। बिना विंड स्क्रीन के ड्राइव अवे चेसिस के रूप में बेचे जाने वाले वाहनों के मामले में फास्टैग वाहन मालिक द्वारा इसके पंजीकरण कराए जाने से पूर्व फिट किए जाएंगे। इस बारे में, केन्द्रीय मोटर वाहन नियम 1989 के संबंधित खंड में आवश्यक संशोधन कर दिया गया है।
All four-wheeled motor vehicles sold after December 01, 2017 will be fastgaged :-
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a gazette notification, according to which all four wheeled motor vehicles sold after December 01, 2017 will be fastened by the manufacturer or its authorized dealer, as the case may be, on the case.
In case of vehicles without a wind screen drive as a chassis, the fastest vehicles will be fitted before the vehicle owner registers it. In this regard, necessary modification has been made in the respective section of the Central Automotive Rule 1989.
