Red, yellow, blue, purple, orange, green, magenta and pink According to MMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh, the experience DMRC has gained from the challenges faced by Phase-1, Phase II and Phase-3 of Delhi Metro will be used to make Phase-4 of Metro. He said that DMRC can start constructing the same with the government’s formalities.

7.During the year 2018-19, the government has completed or launched 307 National Highway schemes in 29 states of the country: Mansukh Mandviya:-

Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh Mandviya told the House that during the current financial year 2018-19, the government has completed or launched 307 National Highway schemes in 29 states of the country. During the second term of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government (2014- November 2018), national highways were constructed in a total length of 34,290 km, while during the second term of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government this year (2009-14) 24,590 km. At present, the work of 1700 projects of national highways in progress in the country is approximately 55,000 km in progress.

8.Approval of construction of 3,10,597 houses under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (urban) in the 41st meeting of Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee:-

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has approved the construction of 3,10,597 other affordable houses for the betterment of the urban poor under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana (Urban). This clearance was given in the 41st meeting of the Central Sanction and Monitoring Committee held on Thursday. The total number of houses sanctioned under the Prime Minister’s housing scheme (urban) has gone up to 68,54,126. In Uttar Pradesh, 1,08,135 houses have been approved while 1,05,502 cheap houses have been sanctioned for Karnataka. There are 57,433 approved houses for Andhra Pradesh, while 21,894 houses for Odisha and 17,633 houses have been sanctioned.A total of Rs 4,658 crore projects have been approved in the meeting chaired by Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri Durga Shankar Mishra. The cost of these projects is Rs. 14,662 crore, in which central assistance will be Rs. 4658 crores. 1,91,556 approvals have been made under the Beneficiary Leadership Construction (BLC) Vertical, while 1,18,941 approvals have been made under the Affordable Housing Partnership (AHP) vertical.

9.Local language should also be used in aircrafts announcements from airlines: Civil Aviation Directorate:-

Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued a consultation asking the airlines to consider the use of local language in the announcements made to the aircraft.

In a consultation on Thursday, it was stated that in addition to Hindi and English, announcements should be made in the local language. It has been said that pilots can provide information about important monuments or sites that are flying in the flight to increase awareness of India’s cultural heritage

10.HDFC Group is the largest business group in the country:-

HDFC Group became the largest business group in the country. The total market capitalization (MACP) of the group’s five listed companies has crossed Rs 10.40 lakh crore and it left behind the Tata Group in this case. After the stock exchange was closed on Thursday, the total amcaps of the five companies of HDFC Group were Rs 10,40,689.89 crore on BSE.

At the same time, the total mcp of the listed companies of the group was Rs 10,38,290.08 crores on BSE. On July 10 this year, the total amcaps of the five listed companies of HDFC Group crossed 10 lakh crore rupees. In the HDFC group companies, HDFC Bank is the country’s third largest trading company with market cap of Rs 5,72,754.19 crore. In the first place, TCS (Rs 7,16,499.10 crore) and Reliance Industries Limited (Rs 7,09,918.93 crore) are in second place.
