    Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Bahadurgarh-Mundka metro line through video conferencing.While congratulating the people of Haryana and Delhi on the opening of this new section of Delhi Metro, he said that he is very happy to see that Bahadurgarh has joined Delhi Metro.This is the third place in Haryana to join Delhi Metro after Gurujram and Faridabad.

     

    2.President will provide ‘National Award for Extraordinary Services in the field of Alcohol and Drug Prevention’ :-

     

    President Shri Ramnath Kovind on 26th June , 2018 , on the occasion of ‘ International Day ( June 26 , 2018) against ‘ drug and illegal trafficking ‘ organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on ‘ liquor and drug prevention National award for outstanding services in the field of ‘ will.

     

    3.Prime Minister in Madhya Pradesh: Mohanpura irrigation project dedicated to the nation :-

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi dedicated the Mohanpura irrigation project to the nation. This project will facilitate irrigation of agricultural land in Rajgarh district. This project will also provide drinking water to the villages of the region. The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone of various drinking water schemes.

     

    4.Home Minister Rajnath Singh discusses mutual relations and security cooperation with Mongolia’s Prime Minister in Ulan Bator :-

    Bilateral issues, including border management , disaster management and cyber security, were discussed during the meeting between Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Mongolia’s Prime Minister Ukhanegiin Khurelsukh on Saturday . Home Minister is on a three-day visit to Mongolia to further strengthen bilateral relations and security cooperation.

    The Home Minister took part in the Minyadam festival in Ulaanbaatar’s rural area yesterday and said that it is a spectacular display of traditional sports and culture. India , is a billion US dollars worth of loans for the construction of oil refinery plant in Mongolia. The construction work of the country’s first oil refinery was started on Friday in Mongolia.

     

    5.For the first time in Turkey, the President and parliamentary elections are being held together :-

    Muhramram Ins has activated the opposition in the last two months. 64-year-old Mr. Erdouan has announced to hold early elections, while elections were scheduled to be held in 2019. Mr. Ince , a fifty years old physicist from north-west Turkey, is a big supporter of the secular Republican People’s Party. After an unsuccessful coup attempt of a religious leader Faitullah Gulen, living in the United States, elections are being held in the state of emergency since July 2016.

     

    6.For the first time in 140 years of cricket history, England beat Australia 5-0 in ODI series :-

    At the breathtaking innings of Jos Buttler’s century, England defeated Australia by one wicket in the final one-dayer to win the five-match series 5-0. This is the first time in 140 years of cricket history when England beat Australia 5-0 in the ODI series. In the fifth ODI, the Australians were reduced to just 205 in 34.4 overs before playing the game. On behalf of Australia, Travis Head scored 56 runs. At the same time, Moin Ali performed his best off England with four wickets shocks.

    England’s team also chased down eight wickets for 114 runs at the end of the 206-run target but Butler (110 not out) gave England the victory by losing nine wickets in 48.3 overs. Butler, together with Adil Rashid (20), added 81 runs for the eighth wicket and then combined with Jake Ball (unbeaten 1) to cross his side to victory. Butler was chosen as Man of the Match and Man of the Series.

     

    7.IIFA awards: Best Debut Award for Sridevi Best Actress, Irrfan Best Actor and Your Soulu :-

    Your Sullu got a nomination for Best Film, Best Direction, Best Story, Best Actress, Best Supporting Role Male and Female, and Best Music Direction. This time in the best film category, Bareilly’s Barfi, Hindi Medium, Newton and Toilet were also a love story with your daughter Sau. But the best film award was given to your daughter-in-law.

    Talk of Best Actor (Mail), Bollywood’s famous actor Irfan Khan was honored with this award. Last year Irfan’s Hindi movie was released.

    Award for Best Actress in Lead Roll this time, given to Sridevi.

    Best Director Award for Saket Chaudhary In 2017, the film directed by Saket had come in Hindi media, in which Irrfan Khan had an important role.

    Anupam Khair received the Outstanding Achievement Award on this occasion.

    Talk to Supporting Role Female, this award was given by Mehr Vij. The award given to him for the film Secret Superstar.

    Manoj Mutashir, who wrote the film Badshaho’s famous song Mere Rashke Kamar, was given the Best Lurist Award.

     

    8.Gujarat government launches solar power scheme, electricity will be generated from solar panels in fields :-

    Ahmedabad After the Jyoti Gram Yojana, which gives electricity to 18 thousand villages of Gujarat, the State Government has started the Surya Shakti Kisan Scheme for the permanent solution to the problem of farmers. The government is going to give huge subsidy to install solar panels in the fields. The farmers of electricity will be using it and sell the remaining electricity to the government.

    Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel announced the solar power scheme in Gandhinagar. He told that the farmers of the state would be able to put solar panels on their fields by putting five percent of the money. The government will give 60 percent of the money and 35 percent of them will have to take loans. After the next two July, 137 cadres will be started in all the 33 districts of the state.

     

    9.Under the ‘Adopt a Heritage’ scheme, 4 MoU sign :-

    According to Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Shri Raghavendra Singh,   under the ‘Adopt a Heritage’ scheme,  four MoUs  have been signed and six are in advanced stage. This scheme was implemented by Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Culture and Archaeological Survey of India. Under this scheme, about 31 more ideal monuments have been included for coverage.

    Four agreements include:
    1.  MOU was signed for adoption of Mount Stoke Kangri Trek Route, Ladakh: Ministry of Tourism, Adventure Tour Operator Association of India (ATOAI) and Jammu and Kashmir State Government.

    1. Gangotri Temple Area and Trail Gaumukh, Uttarakhand:  Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism, ATOAI and Uttarakhand Government was signed.
    2. Red Fort Delhi: Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, ASI and Dalmia India Limited was signed.
    3. Gandakota Fort, Andhra Pradesh:  Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Culture, ASI and Dalmia India Limited was signed.
