7. Kerala constitutes committee for the safety of fishermen

8. RBI sets new dividend payment norms for NBFCs
The Reserve Bank of India ( RBI ) has decided to lay down guidelines on distribution of dividend by NBFCs ( Non-Banking Financial Companies) to bring more transparency and uniformity in practice . The guidelines for declaration of dividend from profit for the financial year 2021-2022 and onwards will be effective. The Board of Directors will consider the proposals for dividend. The Board shall also ensure that the total dividend proposed for the financial year does not exceed the limit specified in these guidelines. As per this circular, Reserve Bank of India will not entertain any request for ad-hoc exemption on declaration of dividend.
9. NITI Aayog organizes national conference on prevention of obesity

12. China will launch the first manned mission to Mars in 2033
China by the year 2033 its the first crew mission Tue planned to send. Manned Mars mission will be launched with regular follow-up flights. The mission will be launched with a long-term plan to permanently build the base on Mars and extract its resources. This ambitious plan will accelerate the race with the US to bring humans to Mars. The plan was revealed after China landed a robotic rover on Mars in May 2021. China has planned manned missions to Mars for 2033, 2035, 2037, 2041 etc. Before this manned mission, China will send robots to Mars that will study potential sites to set up bases and build systems to extract resources there.
13. Finance Minister addresses USISPF-Global Investors Meet

14. Sajan Prakash becomes first Indian swimmer to qualify for Tokyo Olympic Games

16. Gurinder Vir Singh of Punjab won the men’s 100m event at the National Inter-State Athletics Championships in Patiala
