1.Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch several development projects in Maharashtra:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate structural and housing projects worth Rs 41 thousand crore in Maharashtra. During the day-long visit to the state, Mr. Modi will lay the foundation of two important metro routes in a public meeting in Kalyan. According to the information, the Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan Metro corridor is expected to be ready by 2021 , while the Dahisar-Mira-Bhayandar Metro , 10 km distance, is expected to be operated by 2022. After this, the Prime Minister will address the public meeting and then unveil the project to build a low cost, nearly one lakh affordable housing under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme. Later he will go to Pune for the land worship of Pune Metro Stage III. Shri Modi will also visit Raj Bhavan in Mumbai ,Where he is famous cartoonist R.K. Laxman-based book Timeless Laxman will release

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India has an emerging power in the world at all levels including economy , defense , social and cultural sectors. They also urged the media to make their special identity.

For India to emerge as a force in the world, we have to achieve global height in many areas. Whether it be science , technology , innovation , sports, and in the same way , to strengthen India’s voice in the world, our media also has global reach. To create a global identity , this is the time demand.

In a program organized on the theme of Surgeing India in Mumbai, Shri Modi said that four years ago no one had even thought that India would make a world record for leaving multiple satellites together and now the work on Gaganan is underway. The Prime Minister said that by 2014 only 55 percent of the households in the country had gas connections. He said that the government has been working on resolving and destroying permanent solutions to the challenges of progress in the progress of the millennia. The prime minister said no action was taken against non-repossessing companies because those companies and their owners got protection of certain people.

When these companies fell sick , they used to go to the deficit. The banks could not return the money So these companies did nothing. Because these companies had a special type of protective armor. But in 2016 I have broken this security cycle by creating an insolvency and banker code.

3.Prime Minister releases “Timeless Laxman” book:- 

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released a coffee table book ” Timeless Laxman ” based on the famous cartoonist RK Laxman in Mumbai.

On this occasion, he said that he was happy to be part of this timeless journey. He said that this book will help Laxman understand the world of compositions.

He said that the study of Laxman’s work is a better way of understanding contemporary social science and social environment.

He said that this book is not for Laxman or his memory only, but it is for millions of people whose mind and brain are present in some form.

The Prime Minister said that Laxman’s common man has been time-being and all-time Indian. He said that all generations of all Indians and people are visible in them.

The Prime Minister said that how to change the process of Padmashas was brought about to focus on the common man.

4.Shri Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate projects worth Rs. 9533 crore in Arunachal Pradesh this year,:- 

these projects include bridge construction on Dibang and Lohit river and National Highway projects in Rowing and Ziro.

The Union Road Transport and Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Conservation Minister, Shri Nitin Gadkari will inaugurate / cornerstone of Rs. 9533 crore projects in different ceremonies in Rowing and Zero of Arunachal Pradesh on December 20. Shri Gadkari will be accompanied by the Chief Minister of the State, Shri Pema Khandu and the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Mr. Kiren Rijiju.

Shri Gadkari will inaugurate the bridge on Dibang and Lohit river in Rowing; There is a contact road between Risk-Digaru. The total length of the project is 30.95 km and the cost of 1508.30 crore has been arrived at. Shri Gadkari will inaugurate the two-lane section of Mahadevpur from 25.14 km long, and the Bordungesa-Nomchik section of 22.23 km NH-52B with a cost of Rs 189.91 crores from Mahadevpur, built at a cost of 136.60 crores.

In addition, in the Rs. 2114.82 crores, Shri Gadkari Rowing will lay the foundation for the National Highway Project of 96.47 Kms. In the Hualti-Anini road (NH 313), which was constructed at a cost of Rs. 1718.59 crores, two lane of Rowing-Hungry section NH-113 of Hauntyang Aro Road Section of two lanes of 11.31 Kms of NH-133, NH 9 -313 includes 10.3-kilometer long Hunti-Anne section.Mr. Gadkari will lay the foundation for a 472-kilometer long national highway of Rs. 5583.92 crores in Zero. It includes 6 packages on the Joram-Kolorlong road at NH-713 for a length of 26.12 km long-Akiyan-Lekabali-Bam road of Rs 374.73 crore and a length of 94.3 kilometers for Rs 1253.19 crore. Ministry of Road Transport and Raj Marg will relaunch the 351.38 km long project of Panjim section with the pot of 2 lane NH-229 of Rs 3,396 crore.These projects will increase the connectivity between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and there will be a reduction in travel time and distance between the district headquarters in the state. Projects will create new employment opportunities for the people of the region and socio-economic development will be ensured. These projects are strategic importance projects for the country.

5.North India’s first AC local train will run between Delhi-Parel:-

The first air-conditioned (AC) local train in North India will be run between Delhi and Uttar Pradesh from next year. MEMU (Mainline Electric Multiple Unit) will have eight stainless steel strains in the train. It will be compared to a new generation train-18 with state-of-the-art facilities, which will be launched soon. This train connects the cities of Uttar Pradesh, 200-300 km from Delhi. It can run at a speed of 130 kmph. The maximum speed of the first local train is 100 km per hour. The ability of the passengers to sit in the old train was 2,402, which is now 2,618.

Sudhanshu Mani, general manager of Integral Coach Factory (ICF) informed that in all the eight coaches in the new AC locale, there will be two toilets. There will be GPS-related information systems, automatic doors and padded seats. CCTV cameras will be monitored.

The first air-conditioned local train from Chennai’s ICF will be sent on Wednesday for testing. It has been requested to allocate it to the Northern Railway. It will run from Delhi Local trains are expected to be completed in less than two months. Starting from the beginning of February, it will start moving. The ICF will flag off the second AC train of 12 coaches for Mumbai suburban railway till December 31.

6.Champion of Diversity Award for Gurinder Singh:-

Indian-American Sikh Gurinder Singh Khalsa will be honored with the Indiana Minority Business Magazine (IMBM) Champion of Diversity Award 2019 . Mr. Khalsa will be given the prize at the Indianapolis Hyatt Regency Hotel, Indiana Capital on January 18 , 2019 .

IMBM is a publication of the Indianapolis Records Newspaper that honors important contributions of people who develop diverse prices , backgrounds and capabilities in consumers and employees .Mr. Khalsa is a Sikh pack and founder and president of Sikh Media. Mr. Khalsa, who was associated with Haryana in India, was born in India and settled in America in the year 1996 . She is an entrepreneur , social worker and leader of Sikh community in Indiana.The Transportation Security Administration refused to allow their aircraft to wear turbans in the year 2007 . After this Mr. Khalsa took this issue to the US Congress. Eventually, the Transportation Security Administration had to change its policy on the turban.

Apart from Mr. Khalsa, 15 other people will also be honored with this award.

7.Hockey World Cup – Netherlands defeats Netherlands in shootout, won first title:-

Passion , aggression and fighting spirit of the new definition of forging a Belgian team, three-time champions the Netherlands to a thrilling sudden death 3 in a shootout – beating first 2 hockey took the World Cup title. Despite a spectacular performance in the past few years, no FIH title could be won by the world’s third-largest Belgium team, while retaining its temper at the stunned Kalinga Stadium, defeated more experienced teams.

On the other hand, the Dutch team and goalkeeper Block Pirmin, who defeated Australia twice in the semifinals in the semi-finals, could not repeat that performance. In the shootout, van O’Bel Flourt and Velanage Victor scored for Belgium while Van Doreen Arthur , Denier Felix and De Slauver missed the targets of Arthur.

At the same time, Jeron Huthersburger and De Geius Jonas scored for the Netherlands. Mirco Prujar , Van S Siv and Waugh Dam’s ball goalkeeper Vanash Vincent left the ball.

8.Copper Industry Organization welcomes NGT’s order on Tuticorin plant:-

The Indian Association of Industry Organizations (ICA India) welcomed the order of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) on the Tuticorin plant. NGT has allowed the Sterlite Tuticorin plant to be opened again. The NGT had canceled the decision of the Tamil Nadu government to stop the copper unit located in Thottikririn on Saturday, saying that it was unfair and baseless.

Vedanta’s Sterlite Copper had to shut down the plant after the state government’s order in May. Police firing on protesters demanding closure of the plant over environmental concerns had killed 13 people. The company had challenged this decision in the NGT.ICA India Managing Director Sanjeev Ranjan said , ” This is a very positive step. We welcome this order. The imports have increased due to the closure of the plant and the price of copper was increased. “He said that due to the closure of the plant, consumer product , electrical and electronics , vehicles were adverse to the industry and they had to be forced to import copper. Ranjan said that the ICA believes that the plant opening will be relieved.
