    1.Prime Minister will visit Madhya Pradesh on June 23, 2018 :-

    Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit Madhya Pradesh on June 23, 2018.

    The Prime Minister will participate in the Urban Development Festival organized in Indore. The Prime Minister will also inaugurate many urban development programs prepared at a cost of more than Rs 4,000 crore in remote areas of the state through remote. Accommodation under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, urban water supply schemes, urban solid residual management, urban drainage systems, urban transport and urban land beautification projects are included.

     

    2.FIFA World Cup 2018: India’s Nathania made history, world-cup ball girl :-

    Nathania John of 11 years of Tamil Nadu made history when she landed in the FIFA World Cup 2018. Nattaniya officially acted as a ball girl for Brazilian team of star footballer Neymar in a match against Costa Rica. She is the first Indian to become a ball girl in the FIFA World Cup.

    It is known that Shankar of Tamil Nadu referee took part in the FIFA World Cup 2002 and it was the first time India had given an Indian when it played a part in the Mahakumbh of football. Once again in the 2018 World Cup, there was an opportunity for an Indian to take part.

     

    3.Women and Child Development Ministry gets ‘Best Performing Social Sector Ministry’ Skoch Award for her achievements and initiatives :-

    SKOCH (SKOCH) has been awarded the ‘Best Performing Social Sector Ministry’ award by the Ministry of Women and Child Development for fulfilling the promises made by the Women and Child Development Ministry and praising it for significant achievements and initiatives during the last four years . Women and Child Development Minister, Mrs. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi received this award from the Ministry in a program organized in New Delhi.

     

    4.US supported Afghanistan’s cooperation in Afghanistan :-

    Alice Wells, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, in the US State Department has said that the United States considers the cooperation being given to Afghanistan by India and sees India as a responsible aid provider, because the war Afghanistan desperately needs India’s cooperation. Mr Wells also told the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Parliament that by 2020, India will provide $ 3 billion in aid to Afghanistan.

     

    5.Between EU and USA, and increased trade conflicts :-

    Trade conflicts have increased in the EU and USA. The European Union has imposed import duty on several major products, including imported jeans, liquor and motorcycles from the United States. Starting of Trade Conflicts, US President Donald Trump was charged with imposing heavy import duty on steel and aluminum products from Europe. In response, the European Union has imposed imports of US $ 3 billion three billion dollars on imported products.

     

    6.Prime Minister will inaugurate several development projects worth Rs. 4 thousand crore in Indore  :-

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate several development projects worth Rs. 4 thousand crore in Indore tomorrow in the celebration of Cleanliness Festival. Mr. Modi will also give prizes to the winners of the Sanitation Survey of 2018. Our correspondent has reported that on this occasion, the ambitious urban transport scheme thread service of Madhya Pradesh will also be launched.

     

    7.India has decided to increase import duty on 29 products coming from the US :-

    India has decided to increase import duty on 29 products, including almonds, walnuts and pulses from USA. This action has been taken in response to the decision to increase the import duty of the USA. According to the notification of the finance ministry, this increase will be effective from 4th August.
    Apart from India after the US operation, the European Union and China have also increased the import tariffs on many US products.

     

    8.FIFA World Cup 2018: Switzerland win by Zaka and Sherwood, beat Serbia 2-1 :-

    Interesting competition was played between Serbia and Switzerland in Group-E of the FIFA World Cup. With the help of Alexandre Mitrovic’s goal, the Serbia team, which won the first round, scored their first win in this tournament, defeating Switzerland’s 2-1 defeat to Grant Jaka and Sherdan Shakari. Earlier, Serbia had defeated Costa Rica in their first match, while Switzerland stalled Brazil on equal footing.

     

    9.Musharraf will be the chairman of his political party, Amjad will be the party’s new supremo :-

    Former Pakistani military ruler Pervez Musharraf has resigned as the president of his political party All Pakistan Muslim League (APML). The new president of the party, Muhammad Amjad has been made. He was the General Secretary of APML earlier. Amjad said, “The Election Commission of Pakistan has been informed about the resignation of the former President. It is not possible for him to operate from abroad. ”

    Last week, the Election Commission had dismissed Musharraf’s nomination from Chitral seat. Earlier, the Supreme Court had withdrawn its conditional order in which the court had allowed him to fill nomination in the general elections to be held on July 25, on condition that he would return to Pakistan till June 13. According to Geo News, despite the resignation of APML president, Musharraf will remain the supremo of the party.

     

    10.Sri Lankan Captain Dinesh Chandimal, who is stranded in the ball tampering case, was convicted by the ICC :-
