Chief Justice of India, Justice Uday Umesh Lalit has said that the Supreme Court is devising a new system for listing of cases . He said that the new system would start from September 1 . The CJI said that every registered litigation would be listed on some day and included in any advance listing. He said that the case can be listed within 10 days or can be placed in advance list, which will help to know the date of listing.

Porter and Dr. Christian Keitels of Harvard Business School.
