Caribbean Island Puerto Rico has been ranked first in the list of best tourist destinations in addition to Hampi. The city of Santa Barbara, Panama, Germany Munich, Israel’s Satel, Satoichi of Japan, Aalborg of Denmark, Azores of Portugal have also been ranked in this list.
In the mythological texts, the
mention of Hampi is also mentioned in the earlier periods of the Vijayanagar empire. Many inscriptions written during Emperor Ashoka’s rule have also been found in Hampi. Historically important hampee town is also mentioned in mythological texts. In other texts with the Ramayana, this city has been described as Panda Devi shrine area. Goddess Parvati is also called Panda. It is believed that Ram and Lakshman had met here with complete Vanar army including Hanuman, Sugriva.
Famous for its architecture, Hampi
Hampi is a pinnacle of historical and religious heritage. There are more than 1,600 Hindu temples, monuments of palaces, forts and preserved stones. These monuments are unique in terms of architecture. 4.India’s first Formula One driver Narayan Karthikeyan will play sports car racing:-

Kartikeyan will now compete in Japan’s Super GT series race. 41-year-old Kartikeyan of India will race with drivers like Formula One Champion Jason Button. After successful testing with the Honda-powered Dozima Racing team in Sepang last month, Karthikeyan is confident about his level in the Super GT car. Super GT car is different from a single seater car. Especially there is a difference in its width from the corner. The weight of a single seater car is around 640 kg, while super GT carts weigh more than 1000 kg.
