1.संयुक्त राष्ट्र सांस्कृतिक निकाय से बाहर निकलने के लिए यूनेस्को के नए प्रमुख ब्रश ने अमरीका के फैसले को छोड़ दिया :-
यूनेस्को के नए प्रमुख ने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के सांस्कृतिक निकाय से बाहर निकलने के संयुक्त राज्य के फैसले को निरस्त कर दिया और कहा कि संगठन वाशिंगटन के बिना लंबे समय तक बच गया है। यूनेस्को की ओर से शुक्रवार को चुने गए पूर्व फ्रेंच संस्कृति मंत्री ऑड्रे एज़ोले ने कहा कि अमेरिका एजेंसी की शुरुआत और अंत नहीं है। अमरीका और इसराइल ने पिछले महीने अपने पुख्ता होने की घोषणा की थी, जिसने इजरायल विरोधी विरोधी पूर्वाग्रह के यूनेस्को पर आरोप लगाया था। श्री आज़ौले, जो शपथ ग्रहण करने वाले हैं, ने कहा कि वॉशिंगटन का निर्णय पूरी तरह से आश्चर्यचकित नहीं है, जो बहुपक्षवाद पर संयुक्त राज्य की वर्तमान स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए है।” अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने पेरिस के जलवायु परिवर्तन समझौते से बाहर होकर यूरोपीय सहयोगियों को पहले ही निराश कर दिया है और ईरान परमाणु समझौते के कठिन भाग के भाग्य को छोड़ दिया है।

2.भारत और फिलिपीन्स के बीच रक्षा और कृषि सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में आपसी सहयोग के चार समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर :-
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी और फिलीपीन्स के राष्ट्रपति रोड्रिगो दुतेर्ते के बीच हुई व्यापक बातचीत में आतंकवाद से निपटने तथा व्यापार और निवेश में तेजी लाने के लिए द्विपक्षीय सहयोग बढ़ाने पर सहमति बनी। रक्षा, कृषि, सूक्ष्म, मध्यम और लघु उद्यम सहित कई क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने तथा विश्व मामलों की भारतीय परिषद और फिलीपीन्स विदेश सेवा संस्थान के बीच संबंधों में तेजी लाने के बारे में चार समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर हुए।
विदेश मंत्रालय में पूर्वी मामलों की सचिव प्रीति सरन ने बताया कि फिलीपीन्स विश्वविद्यालय में भारतीय सांस्कृतिक संबंध परिषद की एक पीठ स्थापित करने का भी फैसला हुआ।
Signing four agreements of mutual cooperation between India and the Philippines in various fields, including defense and agriculture :-
In a wide-ranging interaction between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Dutter, there was agreement to increase bilateral cooperation to deal with terrorism and to accelerate trade and investment. Four agreements have been signed to increase cooperation in many areas including defense, agriculture, micro, medium and small enterprises and accelerate the relationship between the Indian Council of World Affairs and the Foreign Service Institute of the Philippines.
Eastern Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Preeti Saran said that a decision has been taken to set up a bench of the Indian Council of Cultural Relations at the University of the Philippines.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने म्यामां से आग्रह किया है कि वह बांग्लादेश के रोहिंजा शरणार्थियों के लौटने की इजाजत दे। संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासचिव अंतोनियो गुतरस ने मनीला में शिखर सम्मेलन के दौरान म्यामां की नेता आंग सांग सू ची के साथ बैठक की। अमरीका के विदेश मंत्री रेक्स टिलरसन भी आज मनीला में आंग सांग सू ची से बात करेंगे।

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guttas held a meeting with Aung Sang Suu Kyi, leader of Myanm, during the summit in Manila. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will also talk to Aung Sang Suu Kyi in Manila.
5.पीपुल्स आर्मी के राजनीति विभाग के प्रमुख वरिष्ठ लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल लुओंग कुओंग ने रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन से बातचीत की :-
वियतनाम पीपुल्स आर्मी के राजनीति विभाग के प्रमुख वरिष्ठ लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल लुओंग कुओंग ने कल नई दिल्ली में रक्षा मंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन के साथ बातचीत की। जनरल कुओंग ने रक्षा सचिव संजय मित्रा से भी विचार-विमर्श किया।
दोनों देश रक्षा क्षेत्र में सहयोग बढ़ाने की दिशा में काम कर रहे हैं। इससे पहले भी वियतनाम ने भारत से ब्रह्रमोस सुपरसोनिक मिसाइल खरीदने में रूचि दिखाई थी। पिछले वर्ष दिसंबर में वियतनाम के रक्षा मंत्री भारत आए थे और रक्षा संबंधों को मजबूत करने की दिशा में तत्कालीन रक्षा मंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर से बातचीत की थी।

Senior Lieutenant General Luong Kuong, Chief of the Politics Department of Vietnam People’s Army, spoke with Defense Minister Nirmala Sitaraman in New Delhi yesterday. General Kuong also discussed with Secretary of Defense Sanjay Mitra.
Both countries are working to increase cooperation in the defense sector. Earlier, Vietnam had shown interest in buying BrahMos supersonic missile from India. In December last year, the Defense Minister of Vietnam had come to India and in the direction of strengthening the defense relations, then the then defense minister Manohar Parrikar had talked with.
6.दिल्ली में जहरीली हवा बरकरार, 10 ट्रेनें रद्द :-
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में आज सुबह भी जहरीली हवा का कहर जारी रहा जिससे कई इलाकों में दृश्यता घट गई और 10 ट्रेनों को रद्द करना पड़ा। भारतीय रेलवे के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के मुताबिक 73 ट्रेनें देरी से चल रही हैं, 34 का समय बदला गया और 10 को रद्द कर दिया गया। मौसम विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने बताया, “न्यूनतम तापमान 14.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया जो सामान्य से एक डिग्री ऊपर है।” सुबह आठ बजकर 30 मिनट पर आर्द्रता का स्तर 84 प्रतिशत दर्ज किया गया।
Toxic winds in Delhi, 10 trains canceled :-
In the national capital this morning, the poisonous air continued to prevail that visibility decreased in many areas and 10 trains had to be canceled. राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में 37वें अंतर्राषट्रीय व्यापार मेले का उद्घाटन किया। 14 दिनों तक चलने वाले इस मेले का आयोजन भारत व्यापार संवर्धन संगठन ने किया है। इस बार मेले का विषय–स्टार्ट अप इंडिया, स्टैंडअप इंडिया है। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा है कि इस साल मेला ऐसे समय में हो रहा है जब भारत को वैश्विक अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए एक लाभकारी स्थान के रूप में मान्यता दी गई है।

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मेला नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में शुरू हो रहा है। राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद इसका उद्घाटन करेंगे। 14 दिन के इस मेले का आयोजन भारत व्यापार संवर्धन संगठन ने किया है। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया है कि इस बार का विषय है–स्टार्ट अप इंडिया–स्टैंड अप इंडिया। इस साल व्यापार मेले में व्यवसायिक दिनों की संख्या पांच की जगह चार कर दी गयी है, वहीं आम लोगों के लिये मेला 18 से 27 नवम्बर तक खुला रहेगा। मेले में वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और दिव्यांग जनों को परिचय पत्र दिखाने पर किसी भी गेट से प्रवेश निशुल्क होगा। इस साल टिकटों की ब्रिक्री प्रगति मैदान से नहीं की जाएगी। लोगों को मेट्रो स्टेशन और ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट से ही टिकट खरीदने पड़ेंगे।

In this year’s trade fair, the number of business days has been reduced to five, while the fair for the common people will be open from 18 to 27 November. 9.थोक मूल्य सूचकांक पर आधारित मुद्रास्फीति अक्तूsबर महीने में छह महीने के उच्चप स्तुर 3 दशमलव पांच नौ प्रतिशत पर पहुंची :-
थोक मूल्य सूचकांक पर आधारित मुद्रास्फीति अक्तूबर महीने में छह महीने के उच्च स्तर 3 दशमलव पांच नौ प्रतिशत पर पहुंच गयी। सितंबर महीने में यह दो दशमलव छह प्रतिशत थी और पिछले साल इसी अवधि में थोक मुद्रास्फीति एक दशमलव दो सात प्रतिशत थी।जारी सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार खाने–पीने की वस्तुएं दोगुने से भी अधिक चार दशमलव तीन प्रतिशत महंगी हुई। सितम्बर के मुकाबले अक्तूबर में सब्जियों के भाव भी 36 दशमलव छह–एक प्रतिशत बढ़े, जबकि प्याज की कीमतों में एक सौ 27 प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी हुई, लेकिन दालें 31 दशमलव शून्य–पांच प्रतिशत सस्ती हुई। आलू की कीमत में भी 44 दशमलव दो–नो प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज हुई।

Inflation based on Wholesale Price Index reached the high level of 3 months and 9 percent in six months in October. In September, it was two decimal six percent and during the same period last year, wholesale inflation was a decimal two seven percent. According to the official figures released, food items have more than doubled to four point three percent. In October, the prices of vegetables also increased by 36 decimal six-one percent compared to September, while the prices of onion increased by one hundred 27 percent, but pulses became 31 percent zero-five percent cheaper. In the price of potato, the decline of 44 decimal two-no percent was recorded.
10.वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली ने कांग्रेस के दावे को एक सिरे से खारिज किया :-
वित्तमंत्री अरुण जेटली ने कांग्रेस के इस दावे को सिरे से खारिज कर दिया है कि उसने सरकार को दो सौ वस्तुओं पर कर कम करने के लिए बाध्य किया। श्री जेटली ने कहा कि कर दरों को तर्कसंगत बनाने का काम पिछले तीन चार महीनों से चल रहा था। इसे किसी चुनाव या राजनीतिक मांग से जोड़ना बचकानी राजनीति है। कर की एकल दर की कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की मांग को खारिज करते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि कर दरों को और भी तर्कसंगत बनाए जाने की गुंजाइश है।

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has dismissed the Congress claim that he forced the government to reduce tax on two hundred items. Mr. Jaitley said that the work to rationalize the tax rates was going on for the past three to four months. It is childish politics to connect with any election or political demand. Dismissing the demand of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the single rate of tax, the Finance Minister said that there is scope for making tax rates even more rational.
