1.भारतवंशी सीनेटर कमला हैरिस ‘ग्लोबल थिंकर्स‘ सूची में शीर्ष पर :-
कैलिफोर्निया की सीनेटर भारतवंशी कमला हैरिस प्रतिष्ठित ‘फॉरेन पॉलिसी‘ पत्रिका की 2017 की ‘ग्लोबर थिंकर्स‘ सूची में शीर्ष पर काबिज हैं। सूची में संयुक्त राष्ट्र में अमेरिकी राजदूत निक्की हेली के साथ भारतीय-अमेरिकी स्टैंड अप कॉमेडियन हसन मिनहाज ने भी जगह बनाई है। इस सूची में उन लोगों को जगह दी जाती है, जिन्होंने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अप्रत्याशित तरीकों से अपनी छाप छोड़ी है। निक्की हेली भी भारतीय-अमेरिकी सिख परिवार से हैं।

California Senator Bharatvanshi Kamala Harris holds the top of the prestigious ‘Foreign Policy’ magazine’s ‘Globe Thinkers’ list of 2017 In the list, American-American stand-up comedian Hassan Minhaz has also made the position with US Ambassador Nikki Haley. This list is given to those people, who have left their mark in unexpected ways in different areas. Nicki Haley is also from an Indo-American Sikh family.
2.क्रिकेट में दिल्ली टेस्ट मैच के चौथे दिन भारत तीन सौ से ज्यादा रन बनाकर श्रीलंका से आगे :-
दिल्ली के फिरोजशाह कोटला मैदान में तीसरे और अंतिम क्रिकेट टैस्ट मैच के चौथे दिन भारत ने दूसरी पारी में चायकाल तक चार विकेट पर 192 रन बना लिये हैं और श्रीलंका से 355 रन की बढ़त बना ली है। इससे पहले श्रीलंका की पूरी टीम 373 रन बनाकर आउट हो गई।

On the fourth day of the third and final cricket test match in Delhi’s Ferozeshah Kotla ground, India scored 192 runs for four wickets in the second innings and made 355 for Sri Lanka in the second innings. Earlier, Sri Lanka’s entire team was dismissed by 373 runs.
3.आकाश मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण :-
जमीन से हवा में मार करने में सक्षम स्वbदेशी तकनीक से युक्त मिसाइल आकाश का आज आईटीआर रेंज चांदीपुर में कॉम्परलेक्सक 3 से दोपहर 1:48 मिनट पर सफल परीक्षण किया गया। मिसाइल का रडार, टेलीमेट्री और इलेक्ट्रो-ऑप्टिकल प्रणाली के जरिए सभी स्तकरों पर परीक्षण हुआ।
इस मिसाइल को सेना में जमीन से हवा में कम दूरी की मारक क्षमता वाली मिसाइल के तौर पर शामिल किया गया है। यह पहली जमीन से हवा में मार करने वाली मिसाइल है, जिसमें रेडियो तरंगों के आधार पर अपने लक्ष्य को भेदने के लिए स्वदेशी तकनीक युक्त प्रणाली का प्रयोग किया गया है। इस सफल परीक्षण के बाद भारत ने किसी भी तरह की जमीन से हवा में मार करने में सक्षम मिसाइल बनाने की क्षमता हासिल कर ली है।
Successful test of the sky missile :-
Missile sky, which was equipped with indigenous technology capable of hitting the ground from the ground, successfully tested the complex of ITR in Chandipur at 1:48 pm from Complex 3 in the afternoon.

जम्मूn-कश्मी र महिला फुटबॉल खिलाड़ियों ने आज यहां केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह से मुलाकात की। तीन अधिकारियों सहित 25 खिलाड़ियों की जम्मूल-कश्मींर ‘चीफ मिनिस्टसर्स XI’ टीम हाल ही में महाराष्ट्र के कोल्हािपुर में भारतीय महिला फुटबॉल लीग चैम्पि्यनशिप में शामिल हुई थी।
22 लड़कियों में 11 जम्मू -कश्मीेर की हैं, जिनमें से 4 जम्मून क्षेत्र और 2 लद्दाख से हैं।

Jammu and Kashmir women football players meet the Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh here today. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister’s XI team of 25 players, including three officials, had recently joined the Indian women’s football league championship in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.Of the 22 girls, 11 belong to Jammu and Kashmir, out of which 4 belonged to Jammu region and two from Ladakh.
5.भारत सरकार ने वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 की दूसरी तिमाही (जुलाई-सितंबर 2017) के लिए सार्वजनिक ऋण प्रबंधन पर तिमाही रिपोर्ट जारी की :-
वित्तध वर्ष 2010-11 की अप्रैल-जून अवधि (प्रथम तिमाही) से ही वित्त मंत्रालय के आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग (डीईए) के बजट प्रभाग का सार्वजनिक ऋण प्रबंधन प्रकोष्ठन (पीडीएमसी) (पूर्ववर्ती मध्य् कार्यालय) नियमित रूप से ऋण प्रबंधन पर तिमाही रिपोर्ट जारी करता रहा है। वर्तमान तिमाही रिपोर्ट का वास्ताी जुलाई-सितंबर 2017 की तिमाही (वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 की दूसरी तिमाही) से है।
Government of India issued quarterly report on Public Debt Management for the second quarter (July-September 2017) of FY 2017-18 :-
From the April-June period (first quarter) of the financial year 2010-11, Public Debt Management Cell (PDMC) of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) division of the Department (DEA) (formerly Middle Office) regularly reports quarterly on debt management Has been issuing. The current quarterly report is from the quarter-July-September 2017 (second quarter of fiscal year 2017-18).
During the second quarter of FY 2017-18, the government issued dated securities worth Rs 1,89,000 crore (32.68 percent of the budget estimate), which was released during the first quarter of the financial year (Rs.168,000 crore) 29.0 percent of the value) is more than the value of the dated securities.

Hon’ble Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Smt. Anupriya Patel recently inaugurated the 22nd Conference of Asian Harmonization Working Party (AHWP) in New Delhi. The five-day conference is being organized by the Central Drug Standards Control Organization (CDSCO) and National Drug Regulatory Authority (NDRA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
7.आईएसए संधि आधारित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंतर-सरकारी संगठन बन जाएगा :-
गिनी द्वारा 15वें देश के रूप में 6 नवम्बरर, 2017 को समझौते के प्रारूप के अनुमोदन के बाद अंतर्राष्ट्री य सौर गठबंधन कल (6 दिसम्ब र, 2017) संधि आधारित अंतर्राष्ट्री य अंतर-सरकारी संगठन बन जाएगा। इसका मुख्याबलय भारत में होगा। संगठन का सचिवालय हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम में स्थित राष्ट्री य सौर ऊर्जा संस्थाकन के परिसर में स्थाभपित किया गया है।

8.राष्ट्रपति ने आगरा में डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के 83वें दीक्षांत समारोह को संबोधित किया :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद ने आज (5 दिसंबर, 2017) आगरा के डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के 83वें दीक्षांत समारोह को संबोधित किया।
विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि इस विश्वविद्यालय का लगभग नौ दशकों से उत्कृष्ट इतिहास रहा है। इस विश्वविद्यालय ने देश को राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री और अन्य विशिष्ट व्यक्ति देश को समर्पित किए हैं। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि वे इस दीक्षांत समारोह को शिक्षा की यात्रा की समाप्ति न समझें। यह दीक्षांत समारोह जिम्मेदारियों और सीखने के नये चरण का शुभारंभ है।

9.उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री राष्ट्री य राहत कोष (पीएमएनआरएफ) में पांच करोड़ रुपये दान किया :-
उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने आज प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से नई दिल्ली में मुलाकात की। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री को लक्षद्वीप एवं अन्यन राज्योंद में चक्रवात से प्रभावित लोगों की मदद के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष (सीएमडीआरएफ) से पांच करोड़ रुपये का चेक प्रधानमंत्री राष्ट्री य राहत कोष (पीएमएनआरएफ) के लिए सौंपा।
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister donated Rs. 5 crores in Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) :-
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath met Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in New Delhi. He entrusted the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) with a check of Rs 5 crore from Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMDRR) to help the Prime Minister in Lakshadweep and other states affected by the cyclone.
10.भारतीय नौसेना के खोज और बचाव कार्य जारी :-
दक्षिण पूर्व अरब सागर और एल एवं एम द्वीप में अति गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान ‘ओखी’ के पश्चात यद्यपि भारतीय नौसेना के खोज और बचाव संचालन कार्य त्वरित गति से चलाए जा रहे हैं। चेन्नई, कोलकाता और त्रिकंड के दक्षिण नौसेना कमांड आईएनएस के सीमावर्ती जहाजों सहित आठ नौसेना जहाज प्रभावित द्वीपों की सहायता के लिए तैनात किए गए हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त पूर्वी नौसेना कमान के लंबी दूरी के पी 81 समुद्री टोही विमान सहित दक्षिणी नौसेना कमान पर सभी विमानों को पूरे दिन के लिए तैनात किया गया था।
भारतीय नौसेना के जहाज, शारदा और चेन्नई द्वारा मिनिकोय में 3 दिसंबर और कावारत्ती एवं काल्पेनी में 4 दिसंबर को आपदा राहत सामग्री उतारा गया।
Indian Navy’s search and rescue operations continue :-
Although the search and rescue operation of the Indian Navy is being carried out at a speedy pace after the highly severe cyclonic storm ‘Okhi’ in the South East Arabian Sea and L & M Island. Eight naval ships, including the border vessels of the Indian Navy Command INS Chennai, Kolkata and Trikand, have been deployed to assist the affected islands. In addition, all the planes on the Southern Naval Command, including the long distance P81 sea reconnaissance aircraft of Eastern Naval Command, were deployed for the whole day.
Disaster relief materials were dropped on December 4 in Minicoy and December 4 in Kavaratti and Kalpeni by Indian Navy ships Sharda and Chennai.
11.ट्रंप के यात्रा प्रतिबंध आदेश पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मुहर :-
अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप को अपने नए यात्रा प्रतिबंध आदेश पर सोमवार को बड़ी कानूनी जीत मिली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निचली अदालतों में इस आदेश को दी गई चुनौतियों के बावजदू छह मुस्लिम बहुल देशों के नागरिकों के अमेरिका में प्रवेश पर लगाए गए प्रतिबंध को पूरी तरह प्रभावी करने की अनुमति दे दी है।
शीर्ष अदालत की नौ सदस्यीय पीठ ने बहुमत के साथ यह फैसला किया। ट्रंप प्रशासन ने कोर्ट से यात्रा प्रतिबंध पर दो निचली अदालतों की ओर से लगाई गई रोक को हटाने की अपील की थी। कोर्ट के इस फैसले से यात्रा प्रतिबंध अब चाड, ईरान, लीबिया, सोमालिया, सीरिया और यमन के नागरिकों पर भी पूरी तरह लागू हो जाएगा। ट्रंप ने गत सितंबर में नया आदेश जारी करते समय कहा था कि यात्रा प्रतिबंध की जरूरत अमेरिका को आतंकवाद से बचाने के लिए है।
Supreme Court seal on Trump’s travel ban order :-
US President Donald Trump won a major legal victory on Monday on his new travel ban order. The Supreme Court has allowed the restrictions imposed on citizens of six Muslim-majority countries in the lower courts to make the ban effective for entry into the US.
The nine-member bench of the top court decided this with the majority. The Trump Administration had asked the Court to remove the ban imposed by the two lower courts on the travel ban. The court’s decision will now be fully implemented on the citizens of Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen. Trump had issued a new order in September last, saying that the need for travel restriction is to protect America from terrorism.
12.FY18 में कंपनियों ने 7 महीनों में IPO से कमाए 49175 करोड़ रुपए: SBI रिपोर्ट :-
भारतीय कंपनियों ने चालू वित्त वर्ष के शुरुआती सात महीनों में 49,175 करोड़ रुपये जुटाए हैं। यह जानकारी सोमवार को भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) की रिसर्च रिपोर्ट में सामने आई है। एसबीआई कॉरपोरेट सेंटर के इकोनॉमिक रिसर्च डिपार्टमेंट के अनुसार भारतीय शेयर बाजार में रैली के साथ-साथ लिस्टिंग प्रक्रिया में सरलता के चलते कई कंपनियों ने कैपिटल बाजार में एंट्री की है।
एसबीआई ने अपनी इकोरैप रिपोर्ट में कहा, “आईपीओ में कंपनियों का बढ़ते रुझान की कई वजह हो सकती हैं। एमएसएमई के लिए लिस्टिंग के नियमों में सरलता के चलते कई कंपनियां कैपिटल मार्केट में दस्तक दे रही है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर खुदरा निवेशक और रणनीतिक निवेशकों, जैसे सॉवरन वेल्थ फंड, की ओर से रुझान बढ़ा है। यह बाजार में रैली को एक अच्छा अवसर मानते हैं।”
FY18 companies earn Rs 49175 crores from IPO in 7 months: SBI report :-
Indian companies have raised Rs 49,175 crore in the first seven months of the current financial year. This information has come out in the research report of State Bank of India (SBI) on Monday. According to the Economic Research Department of SBI Corporate Center, many Indian companies have entered into the capital market due to the rally in the Indian stock market, as well as simplification of the listing process.
SBI said in its eCorap report, “There may be many reasons for the growing trend of companies in the IPO. Due to simplicity in listing rules for MSME, many companies are knocking in the Capital Market. On the other hand, trends have increased from retail investors and strategic investors like Sovereign Wealth Fund. It considers the rally a good opportunity in the market. “
