In the United States, the House of Representatives has passed a resolution condemning racial violence against the Rohingyas community and urged for immediate restoration of humanitarian aid in the newly formed Myanmar state. The proposal has condemned the barbaric action of the Myanmar army and security forces and has been asked to immediately stop the violence. The State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi of Myanmar has been urged to provide ethical leadership to the country.

United Nations Children’s Fund Fund-UNICEF has said that out of one million seven million children living in areas with high pollution, there are more than 1.6 million children in Asia. These areas have at least six times more pollution than the safe level.

 

4.Pramukhini Tribute on 62th Punya Dated Day of Constitutionalist Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar

On 62nd Mahaparinirvana day of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar today, President Ramnath Kovind, Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented their respect to their statue in the Parliament House Complex in New Delhi. On Mahaparinirvana day, thousands of followers paid homage to their memorial in the Chaitya land of Mumbai. Maharashtra Governor Vidya Sagar Rao and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis presented tributes to him on Chaityabhoomi today.

 

5.Gujarat Assembly elections for campaigning

The Union Agriculture Minister informed that soil health card App was launched to help the farmers. This app will benefit area-level workers. This mobile app automatically captures GIS coordination in capturing sample registration details from the time field of sampling collection and indicates the location from where the sample of soil sampling is taken by the field workers. This app works like other geotagging apps developed for the National Agriculture Development Plan. The app contains the names of farmers, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, gender, address, crop details etc.
