1.Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi inaugurated the Women of India National Organic Fest:- 

Women and Child Development Minister Maneka Gandhi inaugurated the Women of India National Organic Fest in New Delhi. This fair will be held for the fifth time till November 4. Mrs Maneka Gandhi said that women farmers and entrepreneurs from across the country are selling their produce at this fair.

3.First school will be equipped with digital board:-

he government, which has been in the process of strengthening school education, has started work on equipping schools with digital boards. Although it has been started from the central schools, so far about 12 thousand classes have been equipped with digital board. There is a plan to equip other classes with fast digital technology. At the same time, under this campaign, the classes which have been equipped with it, have all classes ranging from 9th to 12th.

The government had announced to equip government schools with digital boards during the budget speech. At the same time it was said that it was necessary to run as a campaign. The Government had expressed its desire to run it on the lines of Operation Black Board in the year 1986-87, in which the government had worked to equip all schools across the country with black board.

The government believes that it is also necessary to equip schools with digital technology. By the way, it is necessary so that the children studying in the schools can become aware of the information related to the country and related topics.

According to a senior official associated with the Human Resource Development Ministry, there are a total of 30 thousand classes of central schools across the country. About 12 thousand of these classes have been equipped so far. The plan to equip the rest is also being done. Along with this, work on the scheme of equipping the schools with the states has also been started.

Under this, all the schools have been asked to be equipped with electricity. According to sources, the campaign will start in the states by the end of this year. Under this campaign to equip the schools with digital boards, the classes are also being equipped with the projector.

It has also been equipped with Wi-Fi. Under this, videos prepared by qualified teachers are also being prepared, in which students will be able to explain the subject in different easy ways.

The Sri Lankan government has said that the projects that were signed with India for the last year will be implemented in a fast pace. Sri Lanka’s Port and Shipping Minister Mahindra Samarasinghe said that the ministers of the respective departments will submit proposals for the projects for acceptance of the cabinet.

5.Pooja Dhandha won the bronze medal in World Wrestling Championship in Budapest:-

6.The selection of Prithvi Shaw in Mumbai team for Ranji Trophy:-

7.1.45 crore new subscribers linked to EPF scheme in one year:-

Nearly 1.45 crore new account holders have been linked to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) plan within one year (till August 2018). This information has come under the government’s payroll data released .

The Central Statistics Department and the Ministry of Implementation are bringing out statistics related to employment in the formal sector from April 2018, in which the period of September 2017 has also been included. It uses the information based on the number of customers who have availed of three main schemes, including Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance Scheme (ESIC) and National Pension Scheme (NPS).

According to the data, the number of new account holders associated with EPF during the period from September 2017 to August 2018 is 1,45,63,864. It was further stated that during the period, subscribers of about 91 lakh retirement fund schemes remained. However, around 18.55 lakh subscribers have resumed their contribution during this period.

The Central Statistics Department further said that the number of new subscribers joining the National Pension Scheme Scheme between September 2017 and August 2018 is 6,89,385. It also provides data on ESIC subscription on a monthly basis.
