Foreign Minister Dr 0 S Jonathan ‘s Heart of Asia, stressed the need to promote sustainable peace in Afghanistan countries. He said at the Ninth Ministerial Conference of the Heart of Asia in Dushanbe , the capital of Tajikistan , that for permanent peace in Afghanistan, all stakeholders would have to work on a dual peace mechanism that would lead to peace within and outside Afghanistan. Shri Jaishankar said that it is necessary for everyone to reconcile. He said that if the peace process is to succeed, it is necessary to ensure that the negotiating parties remain in harmony with the commitment to reach a political solution.
- India will participate in the naval exercise under the leadership of France
India will participate in the naval exercise in the Bay of Bengal for the first time next month under the leadership of France . In Australia, Japan and the United States are also attending. This will be followed by another important naval exercise – the Indo-French Varuna exercise . It will also include the United Arab Emirates. The Center has proposed a 25 percent tax exemption on submission of scrap certificate of the old vehicle before the purchase of new vehicles . The Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways today published draft rules for concession in motor vehicle tax in this regard of scrap of old vehicle. The draft of the rules states that people will get a concession of 25 percent on the purchase of personal vehicles with vehicle scrap certificate, while the tax relief on the purchase of commercial vehicles will be 15 percent. In individual vehicles, tax concessions can be taken for up to eight years, while for commercial vehicles this period will be up to 15 years. This period will be calculated from the date of first registration. The government has invited suggestions from various stakeholders on the draft rules in a period of 30 days. The rule is proposed to come into force from October 1 this year.

National Aerospace Laboratories , a Bangalore-based research laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, will release the two-seater instructor aircraft Hansa-New Generation , built by it. This indigenous training aircraft is equipped with IFR Compliant Avionics, efficient digitally controlled Rotax 912 ISC engine with glass cockpit, bubble canopy design, smart multi functional display. Due to these, the performance and range of the aircraft is very good. The aircraft was screened at Wing India 2020 and Arrow India 2021. During these exhibitions, National Aerospace Laboratory received letters of intent for the purchase of 30 such aircraft. These letters of intent were obtained from other flying clubs in India including the Indira Gandhi National Flight Academy.

- UP Government organized ‘Banana Festival’ in Kushinagar

There are three Banana Fiber Processing Units in the district and a General Facilitation Center (CFC) is also planned to be built.

- More than 4 crore rural families were provided with tap water under Jal Jeevan Mission
Water Life Mission (Jal Jeevan Mission) With the tap water supply more than 4 million rural households have been provided. The mission was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 15, 2019 , which aims to deliver tap water to every rural household by 2024 . Now, 7.24 crore, more than one-third of rural households are getting potable water through tap.
