1.रूस में राष्ट्रपति चुनाव 18 मार्च को :-
रूस की संघीय परिषद यानी संसद के ऊपरी संसद ने शुक्रवार को आधिकारिक रूप से देश में राष्ट्रपति चुनाव की तारीख तय कर दी। देश में 18 मार्च, 2018 को चुनाव होंगे। संघीय परिषद की संवैधानिक विधान समिति के अध्यक्ष एंद्रेई क्लिसहास ने जारी एक बयान में कहा कि तारीख तय करने से संबंधित प्रस्ताव प्रभावी होने के साथ ही चुनाव अभियान की शुरुआत हो गई है। राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन को चौथी बार राष्ट्रपति चुनाव जीतने की उम्मीद है।
पुतिन ने निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर चुनाव मैदान में उतरने की मंशा जताई है। सरकारी शोध केंद्र वीटीएसआईओएम द्वारा कराए गए सर्वेक्षण के मुताबिक, 10 दिसंबर तक पुतिन की रेटिंग 53.5 फीसदी थी, जो एक सप्ताह पहले 53 फीसदी थी। इस तरह पुतिन ने अपने सभी संभावित प्रतिद्वंद्वियों को पीछे छोड़ दिया है।
राष्ट्रपति की उम्मीदवारी के लिए निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर पंजीकृत कराने के लिए एक उम्मीदवार को एक फरवरी, 2018 तक अपनी ओर से 300,000 मतदाताओं के हस्ताक्षर संग्रहित करने होते हैं। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी के दायरे में चुनाव लड़ना चाहता है तो उस पार्टी को उम्मीदवार की ओर से 100,000 हस्ताक्षर संग्रहित करने होंगे। राष्ट्रपति चुनाव पहले 11 मार्च को होना था, लेकिन बाद में इसे 18 मार्च कर दिया गया।
Russia’s presidential election on March 18 :-
Russia’s Federal Council ie the Upper House of Parliament officially fixed the date for presidential election in the country on Friday. The elections will be held on March 18, 2018 in the country.

In order to register as an Independent Candidate for the President’s candidature, a candidate will get 300, 000 signatures of voters are to be stored.
If a candidate wants to contest elections within the political party, then the party will have to collect 100,000 signatures on behalf of the candidate. The presidential election was to be held on March 11, but it was later turned to March 18.
2.रेलमंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने रेल किराए की फ्लेक्सी फेयर योजना को पूरी तरह बदलने के संकेत दिए :-
रेलमंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने रेल किराए की फ्लेक्सी फेयर योजना को पूरी तरह बदलने के संकेत दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्री रेलगाड़ियों के पूरी तरह बुक नहीं होने की स्थिति में एयरलाइंस और होटलों की तरह रेल विभाग भी टिकटों में रियायत देगा। फ्लेक्सी फेयर योजना की समीक्षा के लिए रेलवे बोर्ड की छह सदस्यीय समिति के गठन के कुछ दिन बाद रेलमंत्री की यह टिप्पणी आई है।

Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has indicated to completely change the Flexi Fair scheme of rail fares. He said that in the absence of a complete book of passenger trains, railways will also give concession in the ticket like airlines and hotels. This comment has been received by the Railway Minister a few days after the formation of the six-member committee of the Railway Board to review the Flexi Fair scheme.
3.एकसमान इलेक्ट्रॉ निक बिल्टीe प्रणाली अगले साल पहली जून से पूरे देश में लागू कर दी जाएगी :-
देश में एक स्था न से दूसरे स्थाजन पर सामान लाने-ले जाने की एकसमान इलेक्ट्रॉॉनिक बिल्टीक प्रणाली अगले साल पहली जून से पूरे देश में लागू कर दी जाएगी। नई दिल्ली में जीएसटी परिषद की 24वीं बैठक में यह फैसला किया गया। वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के जरिए हुई इस बैठक की अध्यीक्षता वित्तक मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने की।
इलेक्ट्रॉ निक बिल्टीफ तैयार करने वाली प्रणाली अगले महीने की 16 तारीख तक बन जाएगी और राज्य अगले साल पहली जून से पहले किसी भी समय इस पर अमल शुरू कर सकेंगे। वित्तम मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि इस बारे में अधिसूचना अगले साल पहली फरवरी को जारी होगी।
The uniform electronic billet system will be implemented in the whole country from June 1 next year :-
The uniform electronic billet system for carrying goods from one place to another in the country will be implemented in the country from June 1 next year. 4.केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने राष्ट्री य आयुष मिशन को अप्रैल 2017 से मार्च 2020 तक जारी रखने की केन्द्रय प्रायोजित योजना को मंजूरी दी :-
केन्द्री य मंत्रिमंडल ने राष्ट्री य आयुष मिशन को अप्रैल 2017 से मार्च 2020 तक जारी रखने की केन्द्र् प्रायोजित योजना को मंजूरी दे दी है। मंत्रिमंडल ने चमड़ा और फुटवेयर सेक्टयर के लिए दो हजार छह सौ करोड़ रुपए के विशेष पैकेज को भी मंजूरी दी। मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा 2017-18 के लिए पूर्वोत्तकर विशेष अवसंरचना विकास नाम की केन्द्रीोय क्षेत्र की एक नयी योजना को भी मंजूरी मिली।

The Union Cabinet has approved the Centrally Sponsored Scheme to continue the National AYUSH Mission from April 2017 to March 2020. The Cabinet also sanctioned a special package of two thousand six hundred crores for the Leather and Footwear Sector. For the 2017-18 by the Cabinet, a new scheme of the Central Sector, named Northeast Special Infrastructure Development, was also approved.
5.वित्त मंत्रालय ने कई उत्पाvदों पर बढ़ाया सीमा शुल्क :-
वित्तs मंत्रालय ने घरेलू विनिर्माण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए टेलीविजन, मोबाइल फोन, प्रोजेक्टरर और वाटर हीटर सहित कुछ इलेक्ट्रोeनिक उत्पािदों पर सीमा शुल्क बढ़ा दिया है। सरकार की अधिसूचना के अनुसार टेलीविजन सैट पर सीमा शुल्को मौजूदा 10 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 15 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है। इसी तरह मॉनीटर और प्रोजेक्टमर पर सीमा शुल्क दोगुना कर बीस प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है। पुश बटन टेलीफोन या मोबाइल के लिए यह शुल्क 15 प्रतिशत कर दिया गया है।
Ministry of Finance extended customs duty on many products :-
The Ministry of Finance has increased customs duty on some electronic products, including television, mobile phones, projectors and water heater, to promote domestic manufacturing. According to the notification of the government, the customs duty on television sets has been increased from existing 10 percent to 15 percent. Likewise, the customs duty on the monitor and the projector has doubled to twenty percent. This fee for push button telephone or mobile has been reduced to 15 percent.
6.राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने इलाहाबाद उच्च5 न्याyयालय परिसर में ‘न्याeय ग्राम’ परियोजना की आधारशिला रखी :-
राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने आम आदमी की भाषा में न्याचयिक कार्य किये जाने पर बल दिया है। आज इलाहाबाद उच्च् न्याकयालय के आवासीय और प्रशिक्षण परिसर ‘न्याकयग्राम’ की आधारशिला रखने के बाद उन्होंाने कहा कि गरीब लोगों को न्याऔय उपलब्धर कराने के लिए न्यागयालयों को सुनवाई टालने की आदत से परहेज करना चाहिए।

7.जीएसटी परिषद की 24वीं बैठक वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के ज़रिए संपन्न हुई जिसमें यह निर्णय किया गया कि 1 फरवरी, 2018 से अंतर-राज्यीडय ई-वे बिल अनिवार्य होगा :-
केन्द्री य वित्त और कंपनी कार्य मंत्री श्री अरुण जेटली की अध्यअक्षता में जीएसटी परिषद की 24वीं बैठक आज वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के ज़रिए संपन्नर हुई। इसमें देश में ई वे बिल प्रणाली लागू करने के बारे में विचार किया गया। राष्ट्री य ई वे बिल प्रणाली तैयार होने तक राज्यों को अधिकृत किया गया वे स्वेयं की पृथक ई वे बिल प्रणालियां इस्तेटमाल करते रहें। परन्तुक, व्यातपार और परिवहन के प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि इससे सामान की अंतर-राज्यीरय ढुलाई में अनावश्यपक कठिनाइयां आती हैं। इसलिए अखिल भारतीय ई-वे बिल प्रणाली शीघ्र लागू करना अत्यजन्तय आवश्यतक है। जीएसटी परिषद ने आज अखिल भारतीय ई-वे बिल प्रणाली शीघ्र लागू करने के लिए अपेक्षित हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार करने के काम की प्रगति की समीक्षा की।
The 24th meeting of the GST Council was concluded today through video conferencing in which it was decided that from February 1, 2018 the inter-state e-bill will be mandatory :-
The 24th meeting of the GST Council, chaired by Union Finance and Company Affairs Minister Shri Arun Jaitley, is concluded today through video conferencing.
It was considered in the country to implement e-bill system. Until the national e-bill bill system was developed, the states were authorized to use their own separate e-bill systems.
But, representatives of trade and transport said that this leads to unnecessary difficulties in the inter-state transport of goods. Therefore it is very important to implement the All India E-Pay system soon.
GST Council today reviewed the progress of the work of preparing the required hardware and software to implement the All India E-Way Bills system soon.
