9. UN creates permanent forum for people of African descent

10. Unemployment rate rose to 13.3% in July-September 2020: NSO survey

The unemployment rate is defined as the percentage of unemployed persons in the labor force. In September 2020, the labor force participation rate for all ages was 37%. The labor force participation rate in April-June 2020 was 35.9%.
11. NCRB releases data on suicides due to unemployment

15. Aryan Valley (Kargil District) connected to the National Grid

Various 11 kV lines with a distance of about 150 kms have also connected Vanla to Fotokasar, Lamayuru to Atish and Photorse and Saspol. Power Grid has installed state-of-the-art 220/66 kV gas-insulated sub-stations at Drass, Kargil, Khaltsi and Leh. It has connected Ladakh region to the National Grid by 341 km of 220kV transmission line starting from Srinagar.
