1.Prime Minister Narendra Modi calls for youth to play a key role in the creation of new India:-Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that youth should play a key role in the creation of a new India. Presenting the National Youth Parliament Festival award in New Delhi today, Shri Modi said that today’s youth, who are rich in energy, can work in many areas.Shri Modi said that every countryman has to work to take India to new heights. The Prime Minister urged the youth of the country to develop advanced communication skills for the betterment of society. He said that youth should discuss motivational issues. Shri Modi said that better process of mutual discussions will be developed by the National Youth Parliament Festival.The first prize of the National Youth Parliament Festival was given to Shweta Umre of Nagpur. Second prize was bagged by Anjnakshi from Bangalore and Mamta Kumar of Patna got third prize.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister inaugurated Play India App , which will provide information related to sports in the country.

Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Colonel RajyavardhanaRathore said on this occasion that Sports will promote sports at the school level through India.

2.India and Bangladesh joint military exercise ‘Sampreet 2019’ in Tangail:-The joint military exercise between India and Bangladesh will start in 2017 from Tangail in Bangladesh from Saturday. Defense sources said that the aim of the exercise of fourteen days is to strengthen and widen the cooperation between the two armies of the two countries. During this time, strategic action will also be taken to combat extremism and terrorism under the directions of the United Nations.

5.PM will present Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar award for science and technology:- Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will attend the Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar awards ceremony held on February 28, 2019 at VigyanBhawan, New Delhi.

The Prime Minister will award Shanti Swaroop Bhatnagar award to the winners for the year 2016, 2017 and 2018. They will also address the function.

This award has been established in the name of Dr. Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar, founder-director of the Science and Industrial Research Council. This award is given for outstanding work in the field of science and technology.

7.Mrs. Anupriya Patel inaugurated the ‘International Digital Health Symposium’:-In the inaugural session of the International Digital Health Symposium organized in New Delhi, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Smt. Anupriya Patel said, “India adopted the digital inclusion concept to ensure the healthcare of all levels and to include appropriate digital health measures. is.’ Mrs. Anupriya Patel also inaugurated the exhibition organized on ‘Digital Health’ as ​​part of the seminar.In this seminar, participants, as well as various government ministries, states and other stakeholders, also displayed important innovative discoveries, implementation experiences and new digital health measures.

8.ISSF World Cup: Manu, Saurabh clinch 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team gold:-In shooting, the duo of Saurabh Chaudhary and Manu Bhaker claimed a gold medal for India in 10-metre air pistol mixed team event at the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi on the last day of the competition on Wednesday.
They shot a total of 483.5 points to finish on top of the podium at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range.
Saurabh and Manu had entered the final after equalling the qualification world record.
The Chinese duo of Ranxin Jiang and Bowen Zhang won silver with 477.7 points, while the bronze went to the Korean pair of Minjung Kim and Daehun Park who scored 418.8 points. In the 10-metre air rifle mixed team event, Team China comprising Zhao Ruozhu and Liu Yukun pocketed the gold. They also established a new record tofinish atop the podium. India jointly topped the standings with Hungary in the ISSF World Cup claiming three gold medals, but managed to secure only one Olympic quota.
The tournament offered 14 quota places for the 2020 Tokyo Games.
