The MoU signed by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das and Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) counterpart Khalid Mohammed Balama, seeks to promote the use of Indian Rupee (INR) and UAE Dirham (AED) for cross-border transactions. It sets up a Local Currency Settlement System (LCSS) which covers current account transactions and permitted capital account transactions.

Spanning the period from 2nd-3rd century AD to 18th-19th century AD, the artifacts are made of terracotta, stone, metal and wood. The 105 artefacts represent a wide geographical spread in terms of their provenance in India. Of these, 47 artefacts are from eastern India, 27 from southern India, 22 from central India, 6 are from northern India and 3 from western India. For the first time in 2016, 16 antiquities were returned from the US side. After this, 157 antiquities were returned in 2021. With these 105 antiquities, the US side has handed over a total of 278 cultural artifacts to India since 2016.

- Funeral will have to be done in 24 hours
- One year for not taking the dead body by the family, 2 years of punishment and fine for protesting by keeping the dead body
- Punishment from 6 months to 5 years if a person other than a family member uses the dead body for protest.
- The executive magistrate will conduct the last rites of the deceased in 24 hours. The time can be extended in special circumstances.
- If the family members do not perform the last rites, the public authority will be able to perform the last rites.
