M.C. in the Asian Women’s Boxing Contest Mary Kom today’s semifinal match in Vietnam :-
MC India’s six boxers, including Mary Kom, will play semi-finals in Asian women’s boxing competition in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam today. Marie Com will face Japan’s Subasa Komura.
In other semi-finals, El Sarita Devi, Sonia Lathar, Education, Priyanka Chaudhary and Lavina Borgohin will keep their own challenge. In cricket, the third and final Twenty20 match between India and New Zealand will be played in Thiruvananthapuram today.
The match will start at seven o’clock in the evening. In the three match series, the two teams are on equal footing. The Indian team won the first match in Delhi by 53 runs and in the second match in Rajkot, New Zealand won by 40 runs.
3.एनडीएमए ने आपदा प्रबंधन के लिए यूएवी के उपयोग पर आधारित एक विचार-विमर्श कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया :-
राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एनडीएमए) ने आज ‘आपदा प्रबंधन में मानव रहित विमानों का प्रयोग’ विषय पर एक दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय विचार-विमर्श कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य सभी हितधारकों की क्षमता में वृद्धि करना है ताकि वे आपदा पूर्व तैयारी और प्रबंधन में यूएवी व इससे संबंधित तकनीक का उपयोग कर सकें।
आपदा प्रबंधन में यूएवी तकनीक के प्रयोग के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए एनडीएमए के सदस्य श्री आर के जैन ने कहा कि सभी हितधारको को त्वरित और कार्यकुशल आपदा प्रबंधन के लिए वर्तमान में उपलब्ध तकनीकों के इस्तेमाल करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। श्री जैन ने आशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि सभी हितधारक आपदा जोखिम में कमी लाने के लिए यूएवी तकनीक के शोध व विकास में मिलकर काम करेंगे।
NDMA organized a consultation program based on the use of UAV for disaster management :-
National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) today organized a one-day National Discussion Program on ‘Use of unmanned aircraft in disaster management’ topic. The purpose of this program is to increase the capability of all stakeholders so that they can use UAV and its related technologies in pre-preparedness and management.
Underlining the importance of using UAV technology in disaster management, NDMA member Mr. RK Jain said that all stakeholders should try to use the available techniques for quick and efficient disaster management. Shri Jain hoped that all stakeholders would work together in the research and development of UAV technology to reduce disaster risk.
4.डीआरडीओ ने ‘निर्भय’ सब-सोनिक क्रूज मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण किया :-
रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन (डीआरडीओ) ने आज ‘निर्भय’ का सफल उड़ान परीक्षण कर एक और प्रशंसनीय कार्य किया। यह भारत में निर्मित पहली स्वदेशी डिजाइन वाली लंबी रेंज की सब-सोनिक क्रूज मिसाइल है, जिसे कई प्लेटफार्मों से तैनात किया जा सकता है।
यह एकीकृत परीक्षण रेंज (आईटीआर), चांदीपुर, ओडिशा से सफलतापूर्वक छोड़ा गया। इस मिसाइल में 100 मीटर तक की कम ऊंचाई पर 0.7 मैक पर लक्ष्य को भेदने की क्षमता है। उड़ान परीक्षण में छोड़ने से लेकर अंतिम लक्ष्य तक पूरी तरह से सभी मिशन उद्देश्यों को पूरी तरह से हासिल किया गया और इससे परीक्षण से जुड़े सभी वैज्ञानिकों के आत्म विश्वास में वृद्धि हुई।
DRDO successfully tested ‘Nirbhay’ sub-sonic cruise missile :-
The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has done another commendable work today by examining the successful flight of ‘Nirbhay’. It is the longest range of sub-sonic cruise missile manufactured in India, which can be deployed from many platforms.
It was successfully dropped from Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Odisha. The missile has the ability to penetrate the target at 0.7 MAC at a low altitude of 100 meters. From flying in the flight test to the final goal, all mission objectives were completely achieved and this increased the confidence of all the scientists involved in the test.
5.ग्रामीण विकास के लिए पर्याप्त धनराशि जारी की गई :-
वर्ष 2017-18 में सरकार ने मनरेगा के लिए बजट अनुमान के आधार पर अब तक का अधिकतम आवंटन 48000 करोड़ रुपये जारी किया है। इस वर्ष ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय को सभी योजनाओं के लिए कुल राशि 1,05,442 करोड़ रुपये प्राप्त हुई है।
ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय 85 प्रतिशत मामलों में 15 दिनों के अंदर मजदूरी का भुगतान कर रहा है, जबकि 2015-16 और 2016-17 में यह क्रमशः 37 प्रतिशत और 42 प्रतिशत था। बजट अनुमान के आधार पर बढ़े हुए आवटन के कारण ऐसा संभव हुआ है।
Sufficient amount has been released for rural development :-
In the year 2017-18, the government has released a maximum allocation of Rs 48,000 crore on the basis of budget estimates for MNREGA. This year, the Rural Development Ministry has received a total amount of Rs 1,05,442 crore for all schemes.
Ministry of Rural Development is paying wages in 85% cases within 15 days, while in 2015-16 and 2016-17 it was 37% and 42% respectively. Based on the budget estimate, this has been possible due to the increased availability.
6.सड़क मार्ग से कोयला ढोने वाले ग्राहकों के लाभार्थ कोल इंडिया का नया “ग्राहक सड़क कोयला वितरण एप” :-
केंद्रीय रेल और कोयला मंत्री श्री पीयूष गोयल ने कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड (सीआईएल) के ग्राहकों द्वारा सड़क से कोयला ढोने में लाभ के लिए ” ग्राहक सड़क कोयला वितरण एप ” लॉंच किया।
ग्राहकों के अनुकूल यह एप सीआईएल के स्थापना दिवस पर कोलकाता में हाल ही में लॉन्च किया गया। यह एप प्रेषण कार्यों में पारदर्शित लाने में, मोनिटर करने के साधन के रूप में इस प्रकार सहायता करता है कि क्या् प्रेषण ‘फर्स्टे इन फर्स्टि आउट’ के सिद्धांत पर किए गए हैं। यह बिक्री आदेश जारी होने से लेकर सड़क द्वारा वास्तयविक वितरण तक की सभी गतिविधियों का ट्रैक भी रखता है।
बिक्री आदेश के तहत इस एप से ग्राहकों को होने वाले मुख्यट लाभों में शामिल हैं-लोडिंग कार्यक्रम और प्रेषण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता के अलावा एक बटन दबाने से सभी सूचनाओं की सहज उपलब्धेता। यह लोडिंग कार्यक्रमों के साथ कोयले को उठाने के लिए लॉजिस्टिक्स प्लानिंग में भी मदद करता है। इसके अतिरिक्ति यह ग्राहकों द्वारा कोयले की खरीद, उत्पादन और स्टॉक प्रबंधन की बेहतर योजना बनाने में भी मदद करता है।
इस एप की मुख्य विशेषता यह है कि यह बिक्री-आदेशों के तहत वितरित कोयले की तारीखवार, ट्रकवार मात्रा विवरण प्रदान करता है। उस अवधि में जारी बिक्री आदेशों की प्रत्येरक योजना, खान, ग्रेड और ग्राहक से संबंधित विस्तृरत सूचनाएं प्रदान करता है।
Coal India’s new “customer road coal distribution app” for the benefit of customers carrying coal through road :-
Union Minister of Railways and Coal, Shri Piyush Goyal launched the “Customer Road Coal Distribution App” for the benefit of Coal India Limited (CIL) customers for carrying coal from the road.
This apt customer-friendly launch was launched recently in Kolkata on the installation day of CIL. This app helps to bring transparency in sending tasks, as a means of monitoring, in this way, whether the dispatch has been made on the principle of ‘First In First Out’. It keeps track of all activities from the sale order issuance to the actual delivery of the road.
The main advantages of this app to customers under the sales order include: Easy availability of all information by pressing a button in addition to transparency in loading program and dispatching system. It also helps in logistics planning for lifting coal with loading programs. In addition, it also helps in making better plans for the purchase, production and stock management of coal by customers.
The main feature of this app is that it provides the date-wise, truck-wise quantity details of coal distributed under the sales orders. Every scheme of sales orders issued in that period provides detailed information related to mine, grade and customer.
7.वित्तi वर्ष 2017-18 में अक्टू बर तक प्रत्यtक्ष करों का संग्रह 15.2 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि के साथ 4.39 लाख करोड़ रुपये के स्तर पर पहुंचा :-
अक्टू बर 2017 तक हुए प्रत्य8क्ष करों के संग्रह के अनंतिम आंकड़ों से यह पता चलता है कि इस दौरान शुद्ध संग्रह 4.39 लाख करोड़ रुपये का हुआ है, जो पिछले वर्ष की समान अवधि में हुए शुद्ध संग्रह की तुलना में 15.2 प्रतिशतअधिक है।
प्रत्यरक्ष करों का शुद्ध संग्रह वित्त। वर्ष 2017-18 के लिए प्रत्यअक्ष करों के कुल बजट अनुमान (9.8 लाख करोड़ रुपये) का 44.8 प्रतिशत आंका गया है। अप्रैल-अक्टूेबर 2017 के दौरान सकल संग्रह (रिफंड के लिए समायोजन से पहले) 10.7 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 5.28 लाख करोड़ रुपये के स्तार पर पहुंच गया। अप्रैल-अक्टूोबर 2017 के दौरान कुल मिलाकर 89,507 करोड़ रुपये के रिफंड जारी किये गये हैं।
In the financial year 2017-18, collection of direct taxes increased by 15.2% to Rs 4.39 lakh crore by October :-
The provisional data from the collection of direct taxes till October 2017 reveals that during this period, the net collection has reached Rs 4.39 lakh crore , which is 15.2 percent higher than the net collection in the same period last year .
Net collection of direct taxes has been estimated at 44.8 percent of the total budget estimate of direct taxes (9.8 lakh crore rupees) for the financial year 2017-18 .
During April-October 2017 gross collection (before adjustment for refunds) 10.7 per cent to 5.28 trillion rupees reached level. During April-October 2017, a total of 89 , 507 crores refunds have been issued.
8.‘डिजिटल इंडिया’ को बढ़ावा देने हेतु ग्रामीण एवं दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों के लिए किफायती शुल्क ढांचा :-
ग्रामीण एवं दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों में ब्रॉडबैंड सेवाएं मुहैया कराने के लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई एक प्रमुख परियोजना ‘भारतनेट’ अब सेवा प्रावधान चरण में प्रवेश कर गई है। 5 नवम्बर, 2017 तक 1,03,275 ग्राम पंचायतों में ऑप्टिकल फाइबर केबल (ओएफसी) कनेक्टिविटी सुनिश्चित कर ली गई है।
यह 2,38,677 किलोमीटर क्षेत्र में फाइबर बिछाने से संभव हो पाया है। सम्पूर्ण कनेक्टिविटी में तेजी लाने के लिए शुरू किए गए अनेक प्रयासों की बदौलत 85,506 ग्राम पंचायतों में जीपीओएन उपकरण लगाया गया है। वहीं, दूसरी ओर 75,082 ग्राम पंचायतें सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए तैयार हैं।
Affordable fee structure for rural and remote areas to promote ‘Digital India’ :-
Bharatnet, a major project launched by the Government of India to provide broadband services in rural and remote areas, has now entered the service provision phase. By 5th November, 2017 optical fiber cable (OFC) connectivity has been ensured in 1,03,275 Gram Panchayats.
It is possible to lay fiber in 2,38,677 km area. GPON equipment has been installed in 85,506 gram panchayats due to the many initiatives undertaken to accelerate overall connectivity. On the other hand, 75,082 gram panchayats on the other side are ready to provide services.
