1.Reserve Bank fined Rs 3 crore imposed on IDBI Bank :-

Image result for Reserve BankIDBI Bank has informed that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed a fine of Rs 3 crore on it. Central Bank has imposed this penalty for not following the Income Recognition and Asset Classification (IRAC) rules. IDBI Bank told the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that while the Reserve Bank of India did not comply with the instructions issued on its behalf regarding income recognition and asset classification rules, using its power, 30 million (30 million) I have imposed a fine of Rs. However, the bank told the BSE that the penalty will not affect the financial health of the bank.

 

2.World’s Largest Refinery Complex in Ratnagiri :-

Image result for World's Largest Refinery Complex in RatnagiriThe world’s largest oil refinery will be in Ratnagiri in Maharashtra. Saudi Aramco will also hold 50 percent stake in Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals (RRPCL), the country’s largest refinery project being developed by state-owned oil marketing companies. An MoU signed between the two sides for this was signed. Central Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present on this occasion. Pradhan said that RRPCL now holds a consortium of Indian companies and Saudi Aramco with a share of fifty-fifty percent. When the project, being completed with an investment of about Rs 3 lakh crore, was being given the work, Then it was 50 per cent of Indian Oil, while BPCL and HPCL had 25-25 per cent stake. On completion of this project, 12 million barrels per day ie i.e. 60 million tonnes of crude oil will be refined in the year. Once the project is commissioned, it will become the world’s largest refinery complex running at one place.

 

3.Prime Minister will visit the aspiring district of Chhattisgarh :-

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will visit Bijapur, Chhattisgarh on April 14, 2018. They will visit a Panchayat Jungle Development Hub and interact with the locals. This Panchayat has emerged as an ideal panchayat. Local officials of Panchayat and district administration have been named as ‘Champion of Change’. In spite of being the center of Leftist extremism and in spite of odd circumstances, especially in the context of aspiring district program launched on January 5, 2018, their performance has been better.

In this match, India’s Tejaswini secured a total of 457.9 points. It is a record in the Commonwealth Games. With this achievement, Tejaswini has captured the gold medal. Anjum increased the value of the country by winning silver medal with 455.7 points. In the match, Scotland’s Seoined Miktosh finished third with 444.6 points and was satisfied with the Bronze Medal.

 

7.Six ministers resign in Sri Lanka, continue to support Sirisen :-

Image result for Sri Lankan Freedom PartySix ministers in Sri Lanka resigned on Thursday. A few days ago, they voted against the Prime Minister Ranil Vikramasinghe on the unanimous resolution of the United Opposition. All of these ministers belong to the Sri Lankan Freedom Party (SLEPP), the Sri Lankan President Mittal Sirisen’s party. The SLFP is a constituent of Vikramasinghe’s United National Party-led coalition government.

According to news agency Xinhua, the resignation ministers include Game Minister Dayasri Jayasekara, Social Empowerment and Welfare Minister SB Deshaneke, Disaster Management Minister Anuradha Priyadarshana Yapa, Labor Minister John Seneviratne, Minister of Science, Technology and Research Sushil Premjayanta and Skill Development and Employment Training Minister Chandimala Veerakodi included. Yapa said that staying in the cabinet after voting against the prime minister is not ethical.

Before this, 10 State and Deputy Ministers of the SLFP had left the post on Wednesday.

 

8.Sensex jumps 112 points to 34213, strong start of stock market :-

Image result for SensexOn the last day of the week, the Indian stock market is open with a rise. The major index Sensex has jumped 112 points at 34213 and Nifty is trading 37 points at 10495 level. On the National Stock Exchange, the mid-cap index has gained 0.29 percent and the smallcap index 0.32 percent.

 

9.Hyderabad beat defending champions Mumbai by one wicket :-

Related imageIn the seventh edition of the IPL 2018, Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad were face to face. In this match, Hyderabad decided to bowl first before winning the toss. Mumbai, batting first, lost 8 wickets in 20 overs and scored 147 runs and set a target of 148 to win Hyderabad. The goal of the win was completed by the Hyderabad team with a wicket remaining on the last ball of the 20th over. In this match, we got to see the thrill of adventure. At one time the Mumbai bowlers made a comeback in their team match but Hyderabad managed to win this match in some way. This is the second consecutive defeat of the current champion Mumbai Indians in this IPL.  

 

10.Defense Industrial Corridor to be made in Tamil Nadu and UP – Prime Minister Modi :-

11.India will work with the United States on issues related to child abduction :-
