1.Defense Innovation centers will be opened in the country to provide basic facilities to startup in defense sector: PM :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that defense innovation centers will be opened in the country to provide basic facilities to startup in the defense sector. Shri Modi has said that India’s commitment to peace is as strong as it is to protect the country’s border. Shri Modi said that the government is ready to take all necessary steps to provide the modern equipment to the Armed Forces. While inaugurating the 10th Defense Exhibition at Tiruvaidanti near Chennai, the Prime Minister said this.
Referring to the government’s efforts to promote defense production in the country, the Prime Minister accused the defense sector of containing the policy hindrance to the previous UPA government. He said that it affected the country’s military preparations.
2.Announcing National Film Awards, Newton declared the best Hindi film :-
Assamese feature film Village Rockstar and Hindi film Newton have been selected for the Best Film Award. The 65th National Film Awards were announced in New Delhi on Friday.

3.Pakistan’s Supreme Court announces lifting of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for lifetime disqualification :-
Pakistan’s Supreme Court has declared lifting of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to life in any public post. In a significant decision on Friday, a bench of five judges, headed by Chief Justice Shakib Nisar, ruled that under Article 62 (1) (f) of the Constitution of the country, he is declared a lifetime disqualified. In this article, there is a system that such a person can neither contest elections nor become a member of Parliament.
After this decision, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insahaf’s leader Jahangir Tarun can never live up to the public office anymore.
The Supreme Court declared Nawaz Sharif disqualified in July last year in the Panama Papers case.
4.Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Sweden and Britain from Monday :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Sweden and Britain on April 16. Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Subrata Bhattacharya, Rudrendra Tandan and Nagaraj Naidu told this information in New Delhi. Referring to the relations between India and Sweden in the last several years, Mr. Tandon said that the visit will strengthen the mutual relations. 5.US air strikes on Syria, Britain and France in military action included :-

7.Virat’s first win, defeated Punjab by 4 wickets on home ground :-
