1.देश में 5 लाख से अधिक लोगों ने पर्यटन पर्व में भाग लिया :-
18 केन्द्री य मंत्रालय और 31 राज्योंक / केन्द्र शासित प्रदेशों ने पर्यटन पर्व में भाग लिया
5-25 अक्टू बर, 2017 तक आयोजित तीन सप्ताaह के पर्यटन पर्व का आज समापन हुआ
पर्यटन मंत्रालय द्वारा अन्य केन्द्रीय मंत्रालयों, राज्य सरकारों और अन्य भागीदारों के साथ मिलकर 5 से 25 अक्टूबर, 2017 तक देश भर में आयोजित तीन सप्ताह के पर्यटन पर्व का समापन हुआ।
इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए श्रीमती रश्मि वर्मा, सचिव पर्यटन मंत्रालय ने कहा कि यह समारोह पर्यटन के लाभ, देश की विभिन्न सांस्कृतियों भिन्नताओं और सबके लिए पर्यटन के सिद्धांत पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया गया था।
उन्होंने मीडिया को बताया कि पूरे देश में पर्यटन पर्व में 5 लाख से अधिक लोगों ने भाग लिया।

Three week long ‘Paryatan Parv’ from 5th to 25th October 2017 concludes
Three week long “Paryatan Parv” a nation-wide celebration of Tourism organized by Ministry of Tourism, in collaboration with other Central Ministries, State Governments and Stakeholders from 5th to 25th October 2017 concluded here .
Addressing a Press Conference on the conclusion of Paryatan Parv here , Smt.
Rashmi Verma, Secretary Ministry of Tourism said that the Parv was organized with the objective of drawing focus on the benefits of tourism, showcasing the cultural diversity of the country and reinforcing the principle of “Tourism for All”.
She informed the media persons that a total of more than 5 Lakh people participated in Paryatan Parv event across the country.
2.केन्द्रीय सतर्कता आयोग 25 संगठनों की एकीकृत सूचकांक बनायेगा :-
रक्षात्मक सतर्कता पर व्यापक रणनीति बनाने और इसपर विशेष ध्यान देने के संदर्भ में केन्द्रीय सतर्कता आयोग (सीबीसी) का मत है कि प्रणालीगत परिवर्तन का अलग स्तर एकीकृत सूचकांक के साधन के माध्यम से होगा।
इसलिए केन्द्रीय सतर्कता आयोग ने संगठन के अंदर आंतरिक प्रक्रिया और नियंत्रणों सहित बाहरी भागीदारों की अपेक्षाओं और संबंधों के प्रबंधन के आधार पर एक एकीकृत सूचकांक तैयार करने का निर्णय किया है।
CVC to develop Integrity Index of 25 Organizations :-
In line with the broader strategy and emphasis on preventive vigilance, the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) believes that the next level of systemic change can be through the tool of Integrity Index.
The CVC has therefore decided to go in for development of the Integrity Index-based on bench-marking of internal processes and controls within an organisation as well as management of relationships and expectations of outside stakeholders.
3.दूरसंचार विभाग ने मोबाइल नम्बर से आधार कार्ड को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया को सरल किया :-
दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं द्वारा आधार कार्ड को मोबाइल नम्बर और मोबाइल उपभोक्ताओं की पुनः सत्यापन प्रक्रिया से जोड़ने संबंधी उच्चतम न्यायालय के 16 फरवरी के आदेश के अनुपालन में तेजी लाने के लिए दूरसंचार विभाग (डीओटी) ने बुधवार को व्यापक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए।
नए नियमों के अनुसार दूरसंचार विभाग ने आधार कार्ड को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नम्बर से जोड़ने के तीन नए तरीके शुरू किए हैं। ये तरीके हैं – ओटीपी (वन टाइम पासवर्ड) आधारित, एप्प आधारित और आईवीआरएस सुविधा। इन नए तरीकों से उपभोक्ताओं को दूरसंचार कंपनियों के स्टोर्स पर जाए बगैर आधार कार्ड को अपने मोबाइल नम्बर से जोड़ने में मदद मिलेगी।
DoT further simplifies the process for linking of Aadhaar with mobile number :-
In a bid to expedite compliance of telecom service providers with the Hon. Supreme Court’s order dated 6th February regarding linking of Aadhaar card with mobile number and reverification process of mobile users, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) issued a comprehensive instruction on Wednesday.
As per the new rules, the DoT has introduced three new methods to link the registered mobile number with Aadhaar i.e. OTP (One Time Password) based, App based and the IVRS facility.
These new methods will help subscribers to get their mobile number linked to Aadhaar without visiting the stores of the telcos.
4.हिंद महासागर में लड़ाकू जहाज तैनात करेगा भारत :-
नेवी कमांडरों की पांच दिवसीय कांफ्रेंस के दूसरे दिन फैसला लिया गया कि हिंद महासागर में भारत अपने लड़ाकू जहाज तैनात करेगा। नेवी कमांडरों ने इनकी आवाजाही की योजना को अंतिम स्वीकृति दे दी।
कांफ्रेंस को सेनाध्यक्ष बिपिन रावत व वायु सेना के प्रमुख बीएस धनोआ ने भी संबोधित किया। नई रणनीति के तहत विमानों से लैस लड़ाकू जहाजों उन जगहों पर तैनात किया जाएगा, जो संवेदनशील मानी जा रही हैं।
किसी भी तरह की चुनौती होने पर ये तत्काल प्रभाव से दुश्मन सेना को सबक सिखाएंगे। अभी तक नौसेना हिंद महासागर में अपने जहाजों को केवल एंटी पाइरेसी पेट्रोल के लिए तैनात करती है।
India will deploy combat ships in the Indian Ocean, teach the enemy a lesson :-
On the second day of the 5-day conference of Navy Commanders, it was decided that India would deploy its combat ships in the Indian Ocean. Navy commanders gave final approval to their plan of movement.
Conference was also addressed by Army Chief Bipin Rawat and Air Force chief BS Dhanoa.
Under the new strategy, fighter aircraft equipped with aircraft will be deployed in those places which are considered sensitive.
On any kind of challenge, they will teach the enemy army a lesson with immediate effect. So far, the Navy deploys its ships in the Indian Ocean only for anti-piracy petrol.
5.चिनफिंग को अब चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की कमान, ये छह नेता होंगे साथ :-
राष्ट्रपति शी चिनफिंग (64) ने बुधवार को लगातार दूसरे कार्यकाल के लिए चीन की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के नेतृत्व की कमान संभाल ली।
वह दुनिया की दूसरे नंबर की अर्थव्यवस्था वाले देश में राष्ट्रपति के साथ ही सत्तारूढ़ दल के शीर्ष नेता बन गए हैं।
उनके पास यह जिम्मेदारी अगले पांच साल तक रहेगी। इस प्रकार से चिनफिंग हाल के दशकों में चीन के सबसे शक्तिशाली नेता बन गए हैं। पार्टी ने दूसरे नंबर का नेता किसी को नहीं बनाया है।
कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की पोलित ब्यूरो की स्टैंडिंग कमेटी ने बंद कमरे में मतदान के जरिये चिनफिंग को पार्टी का नेता चुना।
चिनफिंग के चुनाव के साथ ही विशाल ग्रेट हाल ऑफ चाइना में उत्सव सा माहौल बन गया। लोगों ने लपककर कामरेड चिनफिंग और उनकी टीम के लोगों को नई जिम्मेदारी के लिए बधाई दी।
प्रधानमंत्री ली कछियांग ने पार्टी की सात सदस्यीय सर्वोच्च कमेटी में अपने जगह बनाए रखी है। इस स्टैंडिंग कमेटी में इस बार पांच नए लोग शामिल किए गए हैं। ये नए नेता ली झानशू (67), उप प्रधानमंत्री वांग यांग (62), वामपंथी विचारक वांग हुनिंग (62), पार्टी के संगठन मामलों के प्रमुख झाओ लेजी (60) और शंघाई के पार्टी प्रमुख हान झेंग (63) हैं।

6.रूस समेत ये देश फिर साइबर हमले की चपेट में, अमेरिका ने जारी की चेतावनी :-
रूस समेत कुछ देश एक बार फिर साइबर हमले का शिकार हो गए हैं। इस बार ‘बैडहैबिट’ नामक मालवेयर का इस्तेमाल कर निशाना बनाया गया।
इसका असर जहां रूस की इंटरफैक्स न्यूज एजेंसी पर देखने को मिला, वहीं यूक्रेन के ओडेसा एयरपोर्ट पर विमान सेवाएं भी प्रभावित हुईं। हालांकि इसकी वजह से अभी तक किसी बड़े नुकसान की खबर नहीं आई है, मगर अमेरिका ने साइबर हमले को लेकर चेतावनी जारी कर दी है।
गौरतलब है कि मई–जून में इसी तरह के साइबर हमले की वजह से दुनिया भर में कई बिलियन डॉलर का नुकसान हुआ था। ऐसी परिस्थितियों से बचने के लिए ही अमेरिका ने चेतावनी जारी की है।
एक साइबर कंपनी ईएसईटी के शोधकर्ता रॉबर्ट लिपोस्की ने बताया, ‘यह हमले परेशान कर रहे हैं क्योंकि हमलावरों ने परिवहन संचालकों सहित बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बुनियादी ढांचे को तुरंत संक्रमित किया है। इससे साफ पता चलता है कि यह ‘अच्छी तरह से समन्वित‘ अभियान था।‘

7.सिंगापुर देश का पासपोर्ट है दुनिया का सबसे ताकतवर पासपोर्ट :-
सिंगापुर के पासपोर्ट को दुनिया का सबसे ताकतवर पासपोर्ट घोषित किया गया है। यह 159 वीजा फ्री स्कोर के साथ एक ग्लोबल पासपोर्ट इंडेक्स की लिस्ट में टॉप पर कब्जा जमाने में कामयाब रहा है। पहली बार किसी एशियाई देश के पासपोर्ट को सबसे ताकतवर पासपोर्ट का तमगा मिला है।
वैश्विक वित्तीय सलाहकार कंपनी ‘ऑर्टन कैपिटल‘ ने यह पासपोर्ट इंडेक्स जारी किया है। इसके अनुसार, सिंगापुर पासपोर्ट होल्डर्स 173 देशों में वीजा फ्री एक्सेस का आनंद उठाते हैं।
पराग्वे द्वारा सिंगापुर पासपोर्ट होल्डर्स के लिए अपनी वीजा जरूरतों को आसान बनाने के बाद यह रैंकिंग सामने आई है।
Passport of this country is the world’s most powerful passport :-
Singapore’s passport has been declared the world’s strongest passport. It has been successful in capturing the top of the list of a global passport index with 159 visa free scores. For the first time, an Asian country’s passport received the most powerful passport.
The global financial advisory company ‘Orton Capital’ has issued this passport index. According to this, Singapore Passport Holders enjoy Visa Free Access in 173 countries. This ranking has surfaced after Paraguay eased its visa requirements for Singapore Passport Holders.
With 158-157 visa free scores, Germany and Sweden are ranked second and third respectively in the list. The list was considered for the passport of 193 member countries and six jurisdictions of the United Nations.
8.RBI ने बैंकों पर लगाया करोड़ों का जुर्माना, ये है वजह :-
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने यस बैंक पर छह करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है। यह जुर्माना बैड लोन के क्लासीफिकेशन से जुड़ी शर्तो को पूरा न करने और एटीएम पर साइबर हमले की जानकारी देने में देरी करने पर लगाया गया है।
वहीं केंद्रीय बैंक ने लोन और एडवांस से जुड़ी शर्ते पूरी नहीं करने के मामले में आइडीएफसी बैंक पर भी दो करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया है।
दोनों पर बैंकों पर जुर्माना सोमवार को लगाया गया। रिजर्व बैंक ने अलग–अलग बयान में यह जानकारी दी है।
बैंकों की ओर से 31 दिसंबर, 2016 को जारी की गई एक रिपोर्ट जो कि उनकी वित्तीय स्थिति के आधार पर तैयार की गई है, जिसमें अन्य बातों के साथ साथ ऋण और अग्रिमों के स्वीकृति / नवीकरण से संबंधित कुछ दिशा–निर्देश समेत अन्य बातों के साथ गैर अनुपालन शामिल है।
